My boyfriend has had insurance with Roy Rushton for a LONG time. He likes to go in and pay his bill. He went in and wanted to pay with a card and Roy got mad and told him to call over the phone to pay by card. He left and called the number, payed it, and wanted to call Roy back to see if they got the payment. Roy got mad, made fun of him over the phone, told him he needs to stop worrying and hell probably worry about it ALL weekend. He then continued to mock him over the phone to the other employees. Roy is completely unprofessional and juvenile. If you would like to do business with an immature, rude and unprofessional person, then Roy is your man. BUT, if you want to do business with someone who is decent and respectful to his clients, then GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!!

Horrible customer service. Roys daughter who Is also an employee there, has to be one of the rudest people I have ever had the misfortune to deal with. I have been pulled over on three separate occasions for not having insurance. I showed my insurance card showing that my car was covered. Each time I would go into Roys office to ask about it. The first I talked to Roy about it and he brushed it off and laughed about it. The next two times Roys daughter was the one that I had to talk to about it. Each time she was rude and tried telling me that I didnt have insurance on that car. I showed her my insurance card and she still was arguing with me about coverage of my car. The third time she implied that I was lying and then turned around and said that I never brought in the car for their office to get the VIN number. I told her that she was the one that came out to my car and got the VIN number. After that I changed insurance companies and havent had any problems since.
