I like Allstate. I dont like the fact that Ive been through 4 different agents. I want someone I can call and talk to about my insurance and feel they have my best interests at heart. I dont know how this is possible when the Allstate Insurance Company changes my agent. I want stability.

Until tonight (when I called Allstate to get my agent changed), my agent was Aaron Leavitt, located in West Jordan, Utah. I have sent him EIGHT emails total since January 29th of this year regarding a good student discount I am eligible for. He responded twice - once after the third email I sent (February 10th) saying that he would make sure the discount was applied and requested that I send my transcripts to him. I sent my transcripts immediately. After a few weeks and chatting with different Allstate representatives, I was told that the discount had never been requested. After ANOTHER email to Aaron, he told me that he would look into the issue and was blaming the customer care team. He told me he would have an update for me within ONE day. This was on March 10th. THREE emails from me later, and it is now April 29th, and there has been NO communication from him, whatsoever. I would rate him 0 stars and recommend that no one use him as their agent. I am a patient and understanding person, but this is absolutely ridiculous and highly unprofessional. Not receiving the student discount is not what is important here. Its the communication that is sorely lacking.

The voice line goes to a voicemail that is full. They are working remote due to COVID so the office is closed. Calling the general service line reroutes to the same phone. Friendly and helpful once you do get ahold of someone.

Aaron Leavitt is a friendly and accessible insurance agent. Anytime I need anything I almost feel like his office is a step ahead of me, which is the way I like it to be.

Other than dealing with the adjusters back when we had our vehicle accident, which was a horrible experience. I have nothing good to say about them. Allstate itself is great, our agent and his staff is wonderful to work with and even the claims department. The price is pretty affordable, they have a lot of options to chose from and adjust to what you need. I would definitely recommend Allstate to anyone looking for insurance or wanting to change. One thing I would say to anyone is, it would be wise to stay away from Liberty Mutual.

I have had the experience of working with Allstate for about 25 years. it has always been a present experience. But lately I have been dealing with TINA LAURORE. She has been incredible. Not only dose she have the experience necessary to help me with all my needs. She has the compassion and tenacity to follow up with every detail. I absolutely recommend her and Aaron Leavitt as well. Amazing people.

Firstly, it is very expensive insurance. Especially during covid times. Secondly, they confused the first and last names and still cannot correct it, its unpleasant.

Very horrible experience trying to get a refund. They gave me a quote online then the local agent called and said it was actually 5x the amount quoted. Very hard to get a refund and ended up going with progressive for more than half a decrease from Allstate’s quote. The funny thing is they charge you before letting you know how much you actually will be paying each month.

Aaron and his staff are really great about answering questions and making sure I fully understand and can make the decision that is best for me. I’d highly recommend.
