Have been with Mike ever since I can remember. He is a fantastic insurance agent! And has an amazing staff with quick response time. They are always doing their best to provide the best. I definitely feel valued here and would recommend to anyone!

Mike made the process incredibly smooth. He is incredibly knowledgeable and efficient. He was on top of things before I even knew I needed to be on top of them! Id recommend Mike and his team 10/10 times! The best part about Mike and his team is that in addition to being fantastic at what they do, they are connectors, if for some odd reason they cant help, they will find someone who can! Again, I cant see myself working with anyone else after the incredible experience his agency offered!

Mike has been my insurance guy for about 5 years now. I have never had an agent that I can call, text, or email and get a quicker response. His customer service is exceptional. He always puts his customers first and makes sure that they are taken care of. There have been several times when I know he has made sure I was taken care of outside normal business hours and it meant the world to me. You will not find a more honest or trustworthy person to take care of you! I highly recommend him to anyone looking for an Insurance agent.

Mike doesnt call or email. Im frustrated with the total non-communication between their headquarters team (phone customer service reps) and Mike, my agent. HQ isnt empowered to make certain policy changes without the actual agent, and you cant cancel online.Mike only solved my issue once I got their state support team involved. Theres no number for state support team, you have to have them transfer you.Companies like this need to evolve, badly.
