Don is a great agent! Weve had policies for a few years with him. Hes extremely knowledgeable and so helpful. I highly recommend him.

It was such an improved experience in comparison to what I received from other insurance agencies. Don was incredibly informative and made sure everything was laid out clearly for me instead of trying to rush me into making a decision. You could tell that he cared about getting me the policy that worked best for me instead of making a quick buck.I feel really good about what I ended up with.

Very horrible experience trying to get a refund. They gave me a quote online then the local agent called and said it was actually 5x the amount quoted. Very hard to get a refund and ended up going with progressive for more than half a decrease from Allstate’s quote. The funny thing is they charge you before letting you know how much you actually will be paying each month.

Don is knowledgeable, personable and capable. He knows the insurance business and gives great advice. He is willing to talk with you and address all of your concerns without rushing you through the process. I have been with him for years and intend to stay.
