I would recommend Tyler and his staff. They were very helpful after my son was in an accident.

If I could give zero stars I would! This company is the worst insurance company I have ever EVER dealt with! I was disgusted by how they treated me! I left this company and am now insured with Geico. I got a new car and asked this branch to send over my policy to my loan holder, they stated they did and even sent me a email stating they sent it over. My loan holder informed me a week after that they never received a letter from this company. I decided to cancel my insurance here because they lied about sending the letter to my loan holder and because they refused to contact me on anything regarding the insurance policy, they would only talk to my husband, even though my phone number and name was primary on the account. When I canceled the insurance I received a call from a girl that works at this location information me that Mr. Huff would not cancel my insurance unless I sent them documents that I was insurance through another insurance agency. I informed the girl on the phone that I did not have to send them any documents of the company that was insuring me and she stated Mr Huff would not let her cancel my account unless I provided documents that I was insured somewhere else. I informed the girl that this was illegal and I would contact the better business bureau. Please do not go through this company!!! Save yourself the hardship of being discriminated against because of your gender and being lied to and manipulated by a man how thinks he can treat women how ever he wants.

The atmosphere and just welcoming environment of the J. Tyler Huff insurance agency is what got me in, and the upbeat and joking staff has made every contact with them so fun its kept me here for a long time. I would highly recommend Tyler and his amazing staff to anybody!

Best decision ever! My husband and I recently left Liberty Mutual (who we had been with for years) not only because the rates were far better, but the customer service has been outstanding! Tyler, Seth and Kayela are professional and always happy to help! We have switched both our vehicle and homeowners policies over to American Family. I have had quite a few situations lately that I have had to be on the phone regarding our vehicles, and honestly it is not something I usually like to deal with. However, Tyler and his staff have been so helpful to me. From the transfer from one company to another, to a DMV crisis and then advice on insuring TWO teenage drivers, I have had nothing but great service with this agency. American Family has great emergency roadside assistance service as well! I contacted our agent, Tyler, late on a Friday night, he took my call AND gave me everything I needed to help my teenage son who was stranded on the side of a highway.I happened to catch the other review on this page because I was curious as to why she left this agency. I have had numerous phone calls with Tyler and Seth, and I never once felt like I was being disrespected or discriminated against because I am female. I have actually referred many of my friends to this agency, who also happen to be female, and they have been completely satisfied as well. Its unfortunate that she had what she felt was a bad experience at this agency, but after the few months that they have had to deal with my frantic female phone calls, I would bet anything this had nothing to do with discrimination or gender roles. I guess you cant make everyone happy, and she is entitled to her opinion of course, but I have to say I am 100% happy with our choice to switch over! Definitely give these guys a call - you wont regret it!
