I absolutely love it his place! I feel like this place is a hidden gem 💎. Best pedicure I’ve ever gotten! I love the way they take their time and you don’t feel rushed. I love it when they get in there, combined with the foot massage and this is a 5 out of 5 for me!

I have been to few nail places and out of all of them this one was the nicest. we made a last minute appointment and they fit us right in! would highly recommend if you want a good nail salon in the hartford area!

Play the nail tech at Nail Gallery was so super sweet. She was polite and friendly and kind. She did a great job, lots of colors to choose from, beautiful and clean interior.

This place is THE BEST. They are incredibly gentle, thorough and attentive to detail. Everyone who works there is so nice, and make you feel immediately welcome. Not only is my manicure lovely, but all my stress melted away after spending an hour there. Highly recommend!!

I am pleasantly surprised by how meticulous and careful my nails were taken care of. My gel manicure looks just as perfect as the day I got them done...more than 3 weeks ago! I have gone to numerous nail salons and Nail Gallery was (by far) the most impressive.

UPDATE: The salon reached out to me within hours of my first review to apologize and they coordinated another pedicure for me a few days later, which was fantastic. Many extra points for the apology and the wonderful follow-up session. OLD REVIEW: I had one great walk-in a few weeks ago, but today I called ahead and made an appointment and when I arrived on the dot no one acknowledged me and I had to interrupt someones manicure to say I had arrived, then I waited for 20 minutes with no more acknowledgement and had to leave. 5-10 minutes buffer time, sure, maybe even 15-20 for a walk-in, but 20 minutes with an appointment and zero customer service, no. Also, nail polish selection was limited. Not coming back.

I have been to my fair share of nail salons, and typically never review them however, this soon has earned all 5 stars for my pedicure. I came in for just a pedicure and polish and got far more than I expected. The decor is simple and clean with mesh netting between each pedicure station for a feel of personal attention. My best friend and I made appointments the day before for midday. When we came in the work stations were very clean and clutter free. We were promptly greeted and seated for our pedicures. Each pedicure comes with soak of either green tea or lavender which are added to the water and also applied as a lotion. During the pedicure, the gentleman servicing me was incredibly friendly and welcoming. He started my pedicures and answered all of my questions along the way. For $35 I received a full spa experience with hot stones, hot towels, a full massage and paraffin wax for added softness. It was by far the most relaxing experience. I know $35 is a little pricey for your average pedicure but this is well worth the money. Please come and support this business. They are truly great!

Wonderful pedicure. Very clean place. Lots of team effort amongst the technicians. Quiet and relaxing. And then when I messed up a toe she insisted that she fix it for me. Everyone was lovely

Very few nail salons are open on Sunday so I decided to try it out. It was very busy. I waited about an hour because there was only 1 nail tech. HORRIBLE JOB! When it was my turn he rushed through. I have gel overlay and he had the drill going so fast that I felt the heat of his drill through the gel. The job was so rushed and so inconsistent. There are areas where the gel is extremely thick and then areas where he filed the gel completely off and back to my nail leaving creases in the nail polish. Shame on you! Not to mention the lumpy nail job. I gave them one star because it is a nice location. But if Im leaving with botched nails does that even matter? I couldnt even stay to have the issue rectified because at this point I was rushing. But why would I return? What nail shop considers this acceptable work? I shouldnt have to micro manage for decent work. No one should be paying $35 for nails this shoddy. I would have loved to have had the experience that the positive reviewers had. A shame.

By far the best nail salon in Hartford. Everyone that works there is friendly and they try their hardest to make you happy. The prices are reasonable and the outcome is always beautiful. But if you want the best of the best, make an appointment with J and youll never be disappointed.

They did a fantastic job when I got gel the first time, and then I got acrylics which were awful. My nails were cut all different sizes, he left the acrylic very thick and almost all of my nails are broken after 4 days. They also over charged me ($50) for regular nail polish (which is also chipped). Sad to say I spent so much money.

Love it here! On occasion you cant get in because they only have a few people working but I always have a great experience. My go to place.

I went to this salon because I had a terrible experience at another Salon I had previously went too. Id say its safe to say I found the BEST nail salon ever. Not only is the place super clean and modernly elegant but everyone is entirely polite and patient. Jay did my nails and I was beyond impressed with his work, skills, and attention to detail. I district manage several businesses in Connecticut and customer service is everything. When you provide a service as excellent as these guys along with customer service you just cant beat it. Thanks so much for turning my terrible nails into the most elegant piece of art of ever seen 😇

I go here oftenThey have the best attention to detail. Every pedicure is perfect, nails perfectly straight, all cuticles trimmed away. On top of everything they are so clean. Owners are on site and keep on top of the operation!!

Love Love my Shellac manicure with design. My cuticles were cut nicely(very gentle),perfect shape with awesome design made my nails look like they belong in the magazine. Super clean and very friendly staffs. My nails last for weeks. Good job guys!

Love them, their pedicures are clean, well-priced and really well done. They take care of any nail issues and give great, not short foot and leg massages. I choose to go here as often as I can!

They do pretty good work and in a timely fashion - just don’t expect to walk in for an appointment! Last three times I’ve tried, they told me it’d be about a 2-3 hour wait

I’m giving two stars because the price was a little high for the work being done. I got a fill for my acrylics. After 3 days of having the fill they started to crack and when typing, one of the nails actually snapped off. I wouldn’t come back because acrylic nails are supposed to be sturdy, and by doing something as simple as typing, I find that ridiculous. I can’t see spending 40+ dollars for nails that will only last 3 days before they break. The good part about the salon that stood out to me, is that it is very clean. However, I will not be back.

To be fair, the salon is beautiful and well kept. The prices however do not match the quality of work. I would return seeing another nail tech.

Best gel mani/ pedi I’ve ever had!!!

The First time I went was Fantastic!! Then i went back to get them done again and they did a horrible job i got home not even A hour later a nail came off i was very disappointed. Then when I went back to go get it fixed the same thing happened the nails were also very thin. Also they take a very long time to do it. I wouldnt go if you are in a rush.
