First time using this place and I heard great reviews. Turned up for a 2pm appointment. There were a few ladies waiting. I informed the consultant I had a made an appointment for 2pm, only to be asked how did I make the appointment??? I explained i called a few days prior, she said oh! She then did not speak to me again, not even to inform that there was a delay or that I would be seen soon. I felt like my presence was not wanted, especially being the only woman of color! I can not speak to the work of the consultant as upon the bad customer service, I took my money elsewhere and left the premises. Such a shame as I work in the area and wanted a new threading establishment.

It was my first time ever having threading done and the staff could not have been more wonderful! They were efficient yet did not make me feel rushed at all. I had my eyebrows done and the result is absolutely perfect. Plenty of parking right out front. They got me right in for an appointment! I will certainly be returning here and will not go back to waxing again!

Ive been coming here for 3 yrs and wouldnt go anywhere else. If my eyebrows need to get done and I dont have time to make it over there, Ill leave them bushy until I make it. And theyre so friendly and welcoming. Prices are amazing and service is quick. Highly recommend.

First time there, ask to clean up my eyebrows, make them even and keep my eyebrows thick . The woman who did them, did what I asked. Awesome customer service. Store is clean, and is beautifully decorated.

They did a horrible job with my eyebrows..my eyebrows don’t match at all. All she had to do was to clean the extra hair and she messed it all up. It’ll take months for my eyebrows to grow back to normal .. Will never go back and wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone either..

Kusum is an eyebrow GENIUS. She is so amazing- I now live in North Carolina and grow out my eyebrows in preparation for her amazing work. She also dyes my moms eyebrows and shes never looked better. Ive sent all my best friends there. In addition to eyebrows, her waxing is impeccable. She is also the nicest person ever. Counting down the days until I get to go back!

A bunch of robots working here who are least interested in whatever you are trying to say, least bothered about any pain or discomfort you are feeling while threading, never bother to brush the threaded hair on the face after threading, least care to offer a lotion post threading. And never even expect to get a good eyebrow shape. The only reason I visited here roughly 5 times is because it’s in a convenient location. Swear never ever to visit again after today’s experience. Robots are better off in machines not in salons and beauty services. Wish could post a rating of negative star.In short, a group of ridiculous, unfriendly, inefficient robots.

I get compliments every time I get my brows done

As a man who has been all over CT to get the right shape for my eyebrows, no place even comes close. I have recieved many compliments from the biggest local model/acting agencys talent asking me who does your brows?? I always say no one touches my brows but Kusum from GBS. Everyone there is great and unreal talented.. Not to mention they are so very sweet and thoughful. One time my 2 year old was with me so I called ahead and asked if she could sit in my lap. Not only did they say ofcourse, but they were so good to us, making her laugh and understanding that kids will be kids. Btw they ALWAYS offer lotion. I read a review to the contrary. Total bs or jealousy. Thank you Kusum and everybody at GBS! See you soon

Hello everyone, I never complain about this place because the lady who is been working since 5 years is (kusum) amazing and awesome, but I went there on Monday 2 weeks before there was Someone else, I took my daughter for waxing, my god she did horrible job on her, this massage is for management she needs more training, or kusum needs to be there to guide her, I wasnt happy with that, i figured to pass this massage to management for better improvement, hope you understand me, thank you
