The gal that greeted my sister and I was very cheerful and helpful. You can tell they enjoy what they do and they greeted me soon as my sister and I walked in. The vibe is wonderful never had a great time getting my nails done. Ill go back for sure the art she added is perfect!❤

I travel over 52 miles to come to see Bea and Chuck. They are the best nail technicians. They are always pleasant and accommodating to me. I love the clean environment and the outstanding service they provide. I am always looking for something different when I get my nails done, my style changes with my moods. I can google up some crazy nail style and Bea is always able to create the exact design on my nails! She is a Beast when it comes to nail designs. And Chuck is the best at pedicures. He always takes his time and never rushes. I highly recommend this nail salon. You will not be disappointed!

I got my nails dipped. Personally I don’t think it’s a complicated process. I came in with my nails pretty long, letting them grow out. The lady asked me what shape I wanted, I told her rounded. She did the complete opposite making them square and cutting all of my nail off. This lady was very rude and had no respect for her customer. After a day of having my nails dipped, one chipped. I’m very disappointed in this place. After the fact that she noticed how poor of a job she did, she gave me a 5% discount. Like that’s going to help. Don’t recommend this place.

I love Today Nails! Lei is my gal! She does an amazing job. My nails look great, she does exactky what I ask and no lifting or breaking! My favorite part is the shoulder massage at the end. All of the staff members are very friendly. I dont go anywhere else. I highly recommend Today Nails!

Worst place ever! Don’t waste your money they racially profile you! She literally made me get out of her seat for the another costumer and sent me to someone else to get a paint and then wanted to me to wait for someone else to be done to get my design. And because I didn’t want to wait she called me to picky. Very unprofessional place.

Today Nails is GREAT! Ive been going here for years and Ive been happy with my nails every time! They also do a great job with waxing. I couldnt be happier with this place. I really dont understand all the negative reviews. They are personable and wonderful people and do a great job!

I would not recommend! The woman doing my nails was in a huge rush. During the process she cut my finger and I was bleeding but she just continued. Then as she’s was filing my nails she made my nails look crooked! At the end she didn’t clean the nail polish around my nails and the nail polish looked super thin. I went with my mom and sister and everyone else did a very good job on them but the lady I got did not do good.

I bought a pedicure for my husband. They spent a little over 20 minutes on him and barely scraped his feet. 32.00. Felt ripped off. Gotten much better for cheaper elsewhere. Wont go here again.

If I could rate a 0 I would! I moved recently and wanted to try out a place closer to my new home. I went in for a fill only. The ONLY good thing was that I got in right away on a Saturday afternoon. The guy doing my nails took out his life frustrations on my fingers/nails. He nearly made me bleed multiple times, when I finally pulled away and said OUCH, he told me that I was TOO SENSITIVE, I responded with-You are being very rough. He continued to tell me it was me not him. He rushed through the rest of the process, ran my card for a fill at $35, through the receipt at me and walked away. Worst experience ever. I have been getting acrylics for several years and never posted a bad review, even through some pretty awful experiences. My pain tolerance is very high and never been told I am too sensitive. DO NOT RECOMMEND unless you want to be in pain the whole time!

I always have a very good experience here! I am very picky about what nail salon I go to and this one is one of the top 2 salons in Des Moines. They are very understanding and meet every need with my pedicure and manicures!

Wouldnt even get a star if I could publish with 0. Just paid $40 for a shellac manicure here that is mediocre at best. Feel free to correct me if Im out of line but I have never paid over $30 for a manicure and that is at the best salons. I had never been to this place before and I will never go back. Pretty sure the only reason I was charged so much is because I used my debit card instead of cash. Their regular manicure cost is $12 I understand that shellac is a little extra but that seems extreme to me. Not to mention I am fairly certain he used the same tools on me that he did on the woman before me with no sterilization in between whatsoever. Ive had far better manicures and service for a way better price and I will not go back.

The worst experience i ever had. Pedicure was okay but manicure is the worst ever. The lady was in a hurry even at 6 in the evening. She started scrapping my gel polish while i’m still at my pedi stall and she just chopped off my nails completely even though I told her to just trim them. She then moved me to the mani booth and when cleaning my cuticles, she cut too deep. While my finger was bleeding profusely she just doesn’t seem to care and was still going ahead to polish that nail. They didnt even offer a band aid for my bleeding finger. Very nasty service. Never ever returning to this salon and I’l advise everyone I know, not to.

Unhappy as when I went in to get a mani/pedi they spoke to me but also spoke in there native tongue to each other as I had my nails done while I was getting pedicure and I think thats rude. As well as in less than 2 weeks my nails started to peel and now I am able to just peel off myself. I went in to show them they said yes 2 weeks max and asked me if I wanted it done again. I said no as it should last longer plus my pedi is peeling as well. I have had a basic manicure last me a month.So No I will not return here. And dont advise you to get any work done here!!

Worst place ever. Especially if youre trying to get gel nails. They rip you off and make you pay almost $50 and call them gel nails when in actual reality its normal acrylic with clear gel paint. I also noticed my nail was crooked and they said they would fix it and they never did. Terrible service and terrible quality!

My fiance went here and they made her pay in the middle of her manicure while everyone else paid at the end of their manicure. Felt this was due to her appearance/skin. Humiliating experience, not welcoming

I went to get a pedicure after 1 hour and 20 minutes the girl wasn’t even halfway done so I called another girl to paint my nails after she painted my nails I left barefoot they took an hour and 50 minutes and they weren’t even done they asked me wait for your massage and hot rocks and I said no this was to long THIS THE WROST PLACE EVER my nails look horrible

The nail polish barely stays on! The man who did my nails for Christmas,(he did a candy cane) and messed up 3 times!! He was checking his phone the whole time and its a waste of money!! If you look on the chart it says $25 for a mani and it ended up being $40!
