Made reservation through Priceline. Hertz said they couldn’t honor and cancelled reservation saying Priceline mistake Priceline said impossible Hertz mistake. Go somewhere else if need is urgent

Went to pick up the rental I reserved and the man working there said they didnt have the car or anything thing else to offer me. So i wasted my entire day because all of my plans were ruined.
Terrible location.Overbooked and does not honor reservations.Be prepared to waste your time at this messed up place as their inventory is inaccurate.Location tends to operate independently and does not take ownership of corporate over bookings.The worst hertz location ever!!
I booked online through Expedia and when I left work early to pick up the car it was not available. 2nd time this has happened to me with Hertz and Expedia. I wasnt even offered an apology. Just excuses and a explanation of how the Hertz rental process works. Blah, blah, blah. Only vehicle available was more than twice the cost. A Nissan Sentra. Lame. I guess a negative review isnt as bad as going out of their way to satisfy a customer

I had a great experience renting a large suv to take our daughter to college. The staff made sure sure I was comfortable with the vehicle before departure and happy with my experience upon my return. The location was very convenient.
Im only giving a star to post this. I made a reservation with this location. The morning of this reservation I called the office to check on the price for the hold on the car and to confirm what type of cards they accepted. I spoke with Lisa and I was 1st asked if my reservation was for the airport and I said no that isnt my reservation. Then I was told there was a $200 hold plus the price of the car and that a card with a Visa, Mastercard logo would be ok. I specifically said ok so it doesnt have to be a major credit card? The answer was as long as theres a logo it was ok. I arrived at the location 20 minutes later and was greeted by the Manager. He asked for my cards and I hand them over, only to be told they cant accept a debit card only major credit cards and how he has been the Manager there for years and is certain that they only accept credit. I make him aware that I JUST spoke to LISA and was told it didnt have to be a major credit card. So LISA walks out from the back office and the Manager ask her to explain and what does LISA do she LIES to my face and tells my she never said it. Not sure what the issue was to where she felt the need to lie but it will be investigated. This was a waste of my time and call only to get the wrong information and and wrong reservation told to me. 1st and last experience at this location. Holiday plans ruined. Thanks LISA!!
Ryan at this Hertz location should be looked at for an upper management position with Hertz Headquarters he did a fantastic job with customer service, cleaning the vehicle and up-selling me. Thank you Ryan!
This was a long term rental due to an accident with a deer. Even though the rental was through my insurance company, I was going to have to pay for some of the rental fees, so price was important.Ryan helped me get in a car with competitive pricing and assured me everything when be taken care of.The day I picked up the car Ryan was at another location, however Lisa helped us tremendously. Great customer service, even though it was late she took the time to go over all the paperwork and everything about the car. Good job to the team at Hertz in Westchester Pa.

Rainy day, needed a car because my car was in the shop, door was locked, another customer was waiting outside, no sign that they were out or coming back soon.
They dont have enough people and are inconsistent about what they tell you. We rented a car under one name and were told we could easily change it to another, but not only did we have to come in again, but all of the listed drivers had to come in again even though we had already given them our licenses. The return is taking so long that Ive been able to write this review while waiting.
Ryan and his staff are always quick to accommodate my rental car needs and do it with a friendly smile. There are closer options to my home but I still make Hertz my first choice. I know with them I will get a clean car at a reasonable rate.
This is a great place to rent the car. I rented frequently at this location for my personal use. The staff is very friendly, flexible and helpful, specially Ryan & TJ. They go out of their way to accommodate your needs. I will always go there.

The in person customer service was excellent from start to finish. The car I used was in great condition. Trouble free two weeks of car rental. Will only use them again.
Long lines, understaffed but apologetic. our vehicle was unclean and was obviously hit or in some sort of mild accident. they didnt seem too concerned about that.and why this place is in a strip mall of all places is beyond me, theres no vehicle prep place for their fleet its obvious nothing is EVER cleaned.Hertz really needs to move this to another more appropriate location and fill those desk with staff, we were close to 20th in line when we got there. never had this experience at enterprise..
I arrived to this location 15 minutes after they opened. I waited in line for 30 minutes before I was helped. They were even helping customers ahead of me in line and had clean cars ready for them. I was told they might not have any clean cars available and would have to get it ready and fill it with gas. After one of the employees pulls up the vehicle he then informs me it has no gas after making me wait in line for 30 minutes. I told them to forget it and ill take my own vehicle. Thanks to Hertz I was late to my meeting in Newark, NJ. This behavior is completely unacceptable and I refuse to rent from here ever again. Stay away !
I rented 3 times over here. They dont clean up the car. Sometime you would see trash in the car. They will force you to upgrade the car. No good cars. Most of them are old.
I needed to exchange a faulty vehicle I had received at JFK and I was sent to the Paoli office. Courteous service. Kudos to Ryan C. University Branch Manager and his staff.
It seems that location has fraud folks. I rented the car and returned the same day. But I was being charged 2 days. The charge should have been made to auto insurance company who was covering my rental. Called multiple times to the location but nobody takes ownership to reverse the transaction. It was a mistake that it was charged to my card else the hertz location folks would have charged for more than 2 days assuming auto insurance would pay for that and I would never know about it.
Terrible customer service and extremely rude. We rented a car through them while our car was being fixed. We were told to drop the car off and pick it up where our car was being serviced which we did. Hertz charged our card over $1,000 stating we had the car for longer than we did. We provided documentation that the car was dropped off and they did not care nor did they try to work with us. The manager involved was rude and belligerent.

Ive been coming to this location for many years. Now its getting better since they added an after hours key drop box.A big advantage there are many open parking spots, I always leave my old personal car when I pick rentals from here to go on out of state long trips, I never needed a ride.There is a gas station near by to top off before returning, in case you did not buy gasoline in advance. Of course they charge more than double the gas price to match the same level of gas the time you picked up the rental, its in the contract, so pay attention.You never know, some times youre the only customer with three employees, and some times you find five customers with one employee. Anyway, I always get a friendly and professional service, clean recent- model low-miles cars.

Nice staff.
Manager there didnt formally document damage that I pointed out and when I returned the car, it got sent off as a claim. His supervisor helped me out of it but it was a lot of hassle.
