I booked my appointment a month out in advanced. When I arrived I was advised they wasnt able to handle the job detailing my car. I tried to rebook for another car and was told they arent detailing anymore cars.

If you want your car looking like a new vehicle! Go to Alabama Auto Clean. My truck is 10 yrs old and was past being dirty inside and out. They cleaned my truck so well, people thank I got a new truck. Thanks guys! Great job!

Did a fine job but not worth the price I paid and the time I waited for it to get serviced (8am - 4 pm). Didn’t get all the stains out in my seats, smudges still on my windows, and quoted me higher for having dog fur.

Customer service was on point! George did an awesome job on my Cr-V. I got a free shirt. The service manager was too polite.

If you want your vehicle to look brand new and if you want to be treated like a valued customer...get yourself to Alabama Auto Clean! They do a fantastic job.

This place does amazing work! One of my vehicles is a 2004 and it it still gets compliments because of the wax jobs this company has done to it in the past. I like how thorough they are and how they pay attention to detail when doing a vehicle.

I have used Alabama Auto Clean for a number of years for all of my personal vehicles as well as family members vehicles. In addition I am the treasurer of a local credit union and we have used Alabama Auto Clean when we needed to sell a repossessed vehicle. They always do an amazing job cleaning the vehicles and I have always been happy with the services they provide. Unfortunately when I recently had my Yukon XL detailed I left the trailer hitch cover and another item in the third row seat. Again they did a great job with the detailing but the items that were left in the car were missing when it was delivered back to me. I am not sure if Ricky is still there but I wasnt able to talk to him at any point during this visit. It is a shame that someone would take items from the vehicles they are responsible for but when I asked about the missing items I was told they were not there. Just the hitch cover is $115 plus the body shop cost to paint to match the Yukon. I am sure I can find another detail shop that is honest and does as good of a job.This issue was resolved - Ricky saw my review and, as I expected he would, corrected the situation. Since they do remove everything from your vehicle prior to detailing I would recommend not leaving anything inside. There is always a possibility that something can get lost or misplaced.Thank you Ricky

Paid a whole bunch of money to remove water spots and full exterior detail. The whole grill was still littered with bug stains and they said they couldnt get them off. They also missed a lot of spots and had to correct them. I still had water spots afterwords. For a 325$ job I expected better.

Cut my trim, scratched my hood, cut my tint, used a polisher/rotary caused swirls from inconsistent pressure. Save yourself the headache.

Good car wash but HORRIBLE customer service. I have been a faithful customer for over a year but over time, they have received a lot of business from car dealerships and simply DO NOT care about the individual customer anymore. Rickey does not answer the phone, will not return voice mails in a timely fashion, and has excuses for why issues on my vehicles do not get done. The customer should not have to be bothered with the owner or managers issues. Every customer matters!!!
