I have a hard time with liking any haircut that I’ve had in the past and have usually left with a haircut that I am not very happy with. (At any place I’ve been)However, today Heidi got me in, even a little earlier than scheduled, which was nice. She did an amazing job with my hair! It’s exactly how I was picturing my hair to be! She was extremely friendly and it was a nice quick cut!

We loved it. It was an awesome experience for my husband who didnt have a haircut in 30 years. Recommend them highly.

The staff here is very professional! They work extremely hard to get you the exact look your wanting.The haircuts are fantastic!It’s best to book an appointment online! Altho they are great working you into the same day schedule.I wouldn’t go anywhere else for salon services!

Kelly was my hair person she did a excellent job she has great peoples skills. Shes clean polite and Ill be going back to her again. She knows what she doing very professional.

Salon is clean and bright and the ladies are friendly and attentive. Always a warm greeting when you walk in too. I love the online check in so wait time is minimal. My daughter has always had a good experience here.

My handsome 14 year old son had the worst haircut of his life here. We only went there because his usual hairdresser is sick and he has team pictures tomorrow. Huge mistake! His hair is way shorter than he asked for and cut in a straight line across his forehead. There is no rescuing this cut. Do Not go here!!

The service was absolutely A-mazing. The staff are very cool, professional yet relaxed and easy going. And the hair cut I got was literally THE BEST haircut I ever got anywhere. I would highly recommend this location to everyone. I now have found my home salon. I even live in Milwaukee but will gladly drive to west bend from now on.THANKS SUPER CUTS! These stylist treat your hair as if it were their own! I trust them with any situation I walk in with, needing a root touch up, high lights, low lights, a trim is truly a trim and a cut is a cut. The staff seemed knowledgeable as far as cutting hair. Our hairdresser was a bit curt. I felt she may not have asked enough questions too. While my son, 6, and I were okay with her cut I dont think it was exactly what he wanted. It was a bit too short. We were in town visiting so it was a quick stop at whats open. Im not sure if Id stop again, unless he wanted it short like that. At the end of the day nothing was done in terrible taste, his hair grows stupid fast so were not mad or anything, itll grow back. The place was clean, they had product stocked in front to choose from.

Ive been going to Supercuts in West Bend for a number of years now for my boys hair cuts, and also my own. Sharon did an excellent job coloring my hair - I was having an issue with hot roots and a darker band in my hair line - she fixed it right up.

Took wife here, she is loosing her hair from chemo treatments. They were kind and got her right in. Very good customer service...

Went in to buy gift card. 2 people on, 1 doesnt know how, other tells me to wait a minute. Wait about 5 standing at counter. Getting disgusted I go sit down. Woman finally comes up, checks her lady out, proceeds to look at pics on another customers phone, and at that point I decide 10 mins is way too long to wait to buy a gift card. Get up and walk out, when I reach the car I hear, mam, oh well. While I proceed to get into my car. NEVER will go to or attempt to buy a card at this place again.

Staff are super nice and the price is on par with other local strip mall hair styling joints. Whitney does a great job.

If I could give 0 stars I would. They are very rude! Plenty of places in West Bend to go to. I wont go back. To schedule 2 people and then make the second person wait 45 minutes between cute is rude. That isnt the way to run a service oriented business when their are lots of other places to go

Scheduled an appointment same day and when I arrived early was told they were running late so it would be about 20 min past my appointment. I have another appointment this afternoon and this would not work for me. Two stylists had no customers at that time. I will not be back.

Went in got a hair cut told the lady i wanted hair cut shortened all around except leave hair on top its short already . She did not lisren basically gave me a butch hair cut . Not happy with the place . My wife felt really bad for me when she saw hair cut.
