Stopped in to get trimmed up for my buddys wedding. I think i may have just found my new hair place. From start to finish, I have no complaints.Beyond pleased with the service that Sam provided me whilst i was in the chair. Im not the most talkative in the chair most times i go in for a haircut. While our small talk was pleasant enough, I very much appreciate that she did not try to force any conversation.Sam expertly delivered on a superb cut.The shave, hot towel treatment, eyebrow maintenance, shampoo and conditioner, and styling were nothing short of relaxing and just what the doctor ordered.Highly recommend this place. The service is impeccable.

Guys. I did the “stupid” thing of getting my hair cut and styled the day of my wedding. And on top of it all I also got my beard done. And when I walked in Samie was 100% up for the challenge.She did a fantastic job even when I became very picky. She followed my lead while also tossing in suggestions. She is the sole reason I will be back to this place. 10000% recommend

Went to get a shave and had an amazing experience. Chelsea from the Oshkosh location was in West Bend. Head shave and beard shave felt wonderful. Just what I needed to feel refreshed after a long week!

I brought my son in for a haircut and left extremely disappointed. As N was trying to usher my son to her chair, we stopped her to describe the cut he wanted and even showed her a picture. She seemed very annoyed but she confirmed the style with a few follow up questions. The haircut was done in record time and the quality reflected it. My son was trying to grow his hair out, as we discussed that with her, but he came back with his head nearly shaved on the sides and back while cutting a significant amount off the top. It could not have been further from what we described, what she saw, and what we discussed. We both left confused and frustrated.

Ive had a great experience with the Barbershop thus far! Its very easy to get an appointment. Its not a chaotic environment like sport clips. The stylist are very nice and my boys have always come out with a great hair cut!!

I asked for a trim as my hair hadn’t been cut in 7+ months and she literally cut off 3+inches when I said about 1 inch or so. I confirmed multiple times what I wanted and she did the exact opposite she was cutting my hair like she cuts her wrists

For $20 you get a haircut, a shampoo and a massage. Dont know if theyre available again post covid just yet but you also used to be offered a bucket of peanuts.

My wife took my son to one of the other chain places in West Bend to get his his haircut. They severely jacked it up, like they didnt even try. Naturally I explained to my wife why I go to the Barbershop, because we always get a great cut! Needless to say, i brought my son in to have his, what i can only call a bad bowl cut, fixed. I wish I could remember his stylists name, (Blonde, left side, last chair), but she did an awesome job fixing the mistake someone else made. He now looks like his normal handsome self. Meanwhile I got a fantastic cut from Kristy, so good in fact that I have to bring my wife with me everywhere I go to keep the other ladies at bay.....Long story short, great place, always a great cut, friendly stylists, the only place to go in West Bend!

I’ve been here a few times now and honestly it’s a good place for your run of the mill haircuts. If you’re gonna go in and say “just give me a trim” then have at it. Anything beyond that, find somewhere else. I’ve asked for layer to help the hair grow fuller and they ended up just as messed up as before. I tell them to not cut the upper side of the head and leave it longer and they run a clipper up to almost the crown. And this last time I finally thought I would bring them a picture so they have a visual and hoped that would help and yeah no. Same deal. Walk out with a really unbalanced and symmetrical with bangs way out of proportionally long compared to the sides. So now I have the choice of finding another barber to try and fix the bangs up or wear a hat and hope my hair grows fast enough. Anyways hope this could help some of you. As I said if you’re looking for just a basic hair cut and trim go here

I think this place is decent and super clean but today I experienced something that I did not like. Around 11am I had called to book an appointment for 12:30pm and they responded that they could put me down for 1pm. I agreed and showed up at 12:50pm. I waited in my car until 1pm to go inside. Midway waiting in my car i saw a gentlemen walk in. As I got in the shop at exactly 1pm the lady at the front desk greeted me and told me its be a few minutes. So I said ok sure. 10mins go by and im like ok hmm.. Another 5mins goes by and I finally tell the lady at the front I cant wait this long. So I inform her Ill go to a different barbershop. The least they could of done is checked with the stylists to ask how long it would be. Additionally, why do they accept walk ins without appointments when theres people who call in for appointments. Honestly makes no sense and I will no longer go here because of that. They need to set their priorities straight. Accepting walk-ins when theres people who booked appointments is wrong.

Great experience at The Barbershop. I heard great things about Nevada as a stylist and I couldnt be happier. He has given me some of the best haircuts I have every had. I am very sad to see him move away, but I know he will have a very loyal customer following as he moves back to northeastern Wisconsin.

For a long time I cut my own hair after going to multiple hair salons and experiencing what I felt was a mediocre hair cut. I tried The Barbershop when they first came to West Bend and were running a special and haven’t looked back since. I have been requesting “Nevada” after receiving an exceptional haircut from him. The Barbershop and Nevada are a great addition to West Bend.

Just went in to get a cut and I felt compelled to give this new place a good review. Quick service, friendly staff, and a haircut that I actually like which has been surprisingly difficult. The icing on top is the fact that its an excellent price as well. Nichole was fantastic.

Absolutely amazing! My boyfriend and I went there after the first place completely messed up his hair! They fixed it and actually listened to what he wanted for a haircut and for his beard. This is where we are going for now on no other place like this!
