The service was always great. Since covid times started, Ive not been able to schedule a haircut. Its hard to find a new barber mid-apocalypse.

I’ve enjoyed hair cuts here since they opened. They are following safe covid guidelines now. Along with a good cut, you get a shampoo and scalp massage. My advice is to try out several of the stylists, and then go back to the one that you like best. The quality of care and cut varies among them.

Was super excited to finally get my sons haircut with his stylist again, sadly the ladies I have seen in the past do not work there anymore? Several new faces there turned us off. Come to find out all the previous stylists work at the new barbershop in town. Blades is the name. That is where we will be going from now on!

Its a mixed bag. Ive been here a number of times over the past few years and gotten a good haircut, but recently they seem to have a lot of turnover. Three of the four most recent cuts I have gotten were not good - the stylist flat ignored what I asked for and kept cutting, leaving the sides and back too short and the top too long. Three different people and all of them ignored what I requested. If you want satisfied customers, LISTEN TO THEM. I dont care about wash, massage, or any of that other stuff - if the haircut isnt right, nothing else makes up for it.

Made an appointment for 3:30 and was a little late and the ladies said. That my sons haircut was at 3:30, I said okay. And turned around and walked out. I will not recommend going here. If your late, forget about going in. There was only 1 customer in the building and 2 hair dressers

Today I decided to get a hair cut at mens hair house. Before I got the haircut I showed the barber a picture of exactly what I wanted. She nodded and started to give me a haircut. Then she shows the amount that she was going cut. Everything looked great until I looked back in the mirror and I had something short of a buzz cut. Keep in mind it looks like ABSOLUTELY NOTHING LIKE THE PICTURE. Wouldnt you think barbers here would be good at their job? Well guess what, you thought wrong. I highly would recommend NOT TO GO TO MENS HAIR HOUSE. Id also like to mention that almost instantaneously after my haircut started the lady tried to sell me products. Maybe thats why she messed up my hair? Well, if thats true either buy their products or just go to a good barber shop. If you love your hair as much as I do I would HIGHLY recommend to go anywhere but here. I will be living out a good majority of summer inside now. Thanks, Mens Hair House!

While staffed with professional, courteous stylists, the mens hairhouse is seemingly incapable of handling walk in traffic. 3 times Ive attempted to walk in and been told no slots were available. I would use their appointment feature but the design is so clumsy that I have up due to glitches and ineffective attempts. I recommend seeking other establishments or calling far in advance.

As much as Id like to keep this place a secret, truely the best hair cut Ive ever received. The bonus hot facial towel and shoulder n neck massage were unexpected and amazing. All those at same price as any other hair cut joint!

Went to Mens Hair House for over two years. During that time prices kept rising as did wait times even with scheduled appointments. The stylists themselves do a solid job but once my favorite stylist bounced so did I. Without competition Mens Hair House was the best deal in town but now that honor goes to the Barbershop with lower prices and better turnaround time.

Scheduled a hair appointment for 6:15; 6:35 rolls around and no one said anything to me. I ask what’s up and they said they’ve been running behind all day. Then don’t schedule me for a time you can’t keep! Seems very consistent with poor service according to the other reviews.

The only reason I gave this 3 stars was my appointment time. I scheduled in advanced, a 1 pm appointment. I was told they were running a few minutes late. I finally was called back at 1:43 pm. No apology or update was given, while I awaited. The stylist and hair cut were fine and no issues there. My only issue was almost 45 minutes late on a scheduled appointment. From reading reviews, it seems to be very common. I personally will not go back due to this.

Both my son and I go here and love it. We always get a great cut and I like the fact that they will use a straight razor. Another plus is the nose waxing. They have all the products I love and trust and have always been very professional. My favorite stylists are Alicia, Anna and Shelby. I am always happy with the service.

I made an appointment and I was there on time and I understand that sometimes haircuts take a little longer then others. So I was willing to wait until someone opened up. 15 min past my appointment a lady was all finished up with the person ahead of me so I waited another 15 min while she decided to sit behind the register and talk to the receptionist instead of cutting my hair so I left and wont be back

For 20 bucks you get a haircut, wash with hot towel and a shoulder massage! Its an experience... One I feel every guy should enjoy every now and then.

There is nothing to share since they were completely booked for the day and I would have to wait til tomorrow....sorry by the time I get home they would be booked for those times too.. not going to fight it.. thought it would be a nice experience but not going to happen and wont recommend and tell them unless you have appointment dont bother...

Been going to Mens Hair House in West Bend since March. Excellent staff, friendly environment, good prices, and great service. Brittany is a great stylist and is very personable. I will keep coming back for my haircuts and beard trims. Tip for anyone going in, schedule an appointment for yourself either online or over the phone. I have yet to walk into and see a single stylist standing around

Ive been here a few times and its usually better than other places for men in town but not spectacular. This last time was the best cut Ive ever had.

I call and schedule an appointment every time because I like getting the same stylist. Whitney does a great job cutting my hair! Everyone is always friendly and Im in and out in a timely fashion. Great service at a great price. Will not go anywhere but mens hair house for a cut!

I have been to Mens Hair House quite often. The ladies have always been courteous and prompt. The hair stylists are knowledgeable about all hair styles. Its a good place for a quick trim or a complete redo.

I’ll be honest......... after this cut I look like a Nubian princess! I feel like the untrustworthy attendant hair cut gives me looks like I’m 13 again! I think it takes about 5 Linda off my appearance as well! 😉

This business does not understand punctuality. I have been there twice, the first time I had an appointment, showed up a couple minutes early and did not get in until 10 minutes after my appointment time. The haircut was okay and the price was decent. The second time I went, once again I shoes up a couple minutes before my appointment time. I sat there until it was 25 minutes after my appointment time and there were still no barbers that were finishing up with their current customers. At that point I got up, told the receptionist to take me off the list and left.

Always a great cut. Wait times can be unbelievably long, (which is a good sign) I would recommend making an appointment. But even the sometimes just isnt available at certain times of the day.

I’ve arrived at 3:31 for my 3:30 appointment and waited about 20 minutes, I then came to the counter and asked if they were backed up they politely said sorry and they were she then took me back immediately and I got a nice hair cut for a discounted price, very nice people just not very organized. Also a little bit too much off the top of my hair so that was disappointing but overall a good experience.

The place is great... Courtney is the BEST!!! Surprisingly inexpensive compared to other chains (like Cost Cutters and Supper Cuts), considering what you get for your money. Hair wash feels Sooo good!... is the hot towel. Straight razor shaves are available and sooo close. The shave is so close that you can go a few days without shaving yourself. Make reservations with Courtney and tip her well! She will make you happy! Leave some room with her for me!

I used to be impressed... Now I go out of shear convenience! I tip graciously yet I always get half of what I pay for!!! They dont wash my hair, no massage, and the conversation is lackluster! What happened? Turnover is ridiculous, always stuck with a new stylist! You had something good there, go back to it!!!

Went in for a trim. Was told the wait was 30 min. I waited an hour before I left. Someone just before me also walked out. When new walk-ins came in they were told 25 - 30 wait! The girls had NO sense of respect for time wasted!! DO NOT go there. They give better service at sports clips on other side of town. Drive is worth it!!!!!!!.

Been going here for years, wait isnt a bad thing. But when you walk in and your name is first on list and you wait 40 min and everyone who walks in gets a cut before you. No one says anything to you that they were all appointments, love the communication they have lack of. I know this because i had to ask before i left, dont waste your time

The hair cuts and all that great... but be sure to have an appointment. If you go for a walk in without some one at the coumter, be ready to sit. Was never acknowledge or never was told how long of a wait. After an hour I left. Probably wont be back.

I have been bringing my 5 year old in to mens hair house for years. Any stylist weve had, has done a great job with him! Very patient with a squirmy toddler, yet make him feel like a little man.

I come here every week for a cut by Kyra and always leave happy. The staff are excellent and they always have a fun energy whenever I’m there. Kyra is excellent and would recommend her to anyone!

I have never had a more inconsistent experience getting my hair cut... It ranges from terrible to pretty OK. I had one hair cut that was excellent - very friendly stylist and the experience was spot on... but I have never had the same experience since. I have been going there since it opened in West Bend, but have finally decided to look elsewhere. I would rather pay a little more -- why is Mens Hair House trying to compete against the cheap haircutters? They have a premium product, charge a little more and get some stylists that actually care...

Went there for the second time and no one in there for hair cut then they told me they werent taking any walk ins and there was two stylist there doing nothing. And this happened on a Saturday at five pm and the other time went there and they messed up my hair cut .and this place doesnt even take walk ins on sunday that sucks

Very disappointed happen twice now!!!! Had 11:30 appointment arrived at 11:15 had 3 people walk in after me all got called up before me and finally after 11:40 I got up and asked how long it will be and then said another 10 minutes yet!! Not happy they lost another customer today
