I usually get great service and quality. I love 2 of the stylists. But my last 2 visits, there was a new stylist, she butchered my hair, seemed really cold, didnt understand what I want. I didnt get my receipt. I thought it was just because she was new the first time, I let her slide. Its just hair it will grow back.

I highly recommend this place for service. Nicole is the one that did my hair cut and she was very professional. The salon was very clean and a friendly environment.

Tia is the greatest. She is friendly, entertaining, personable!! Trust almost anybody with haircut. Only want her for my color! I have used others in the salon for color and they have done just as good, no just as great!

Nice place to go for a haircut. They practice CD directives by wearing masks & disinfecting. I got a good hair cut there as well.

Felt very rushed even though nobody else was in the salon. Stylist seemed like she wasnt really into it. My shampoo was terrible. Its the one thing everyone loves about getting their hair done yet nobody gives a good shampoo anymore. I have a back to my head why did she only seem to lather and massage the front? When the cut was completed I never even get the mirror to check the back of my hair so obviously she was rushed to get me out asap. Probably will go to Supercuts next time.

Great personalities of both the ladies there. My client had Krystal and she was patient and friendly with her. Thank you for making her day a little brighter!

When I stopped to ask for a service I waited 3 minutes for worker to finish her personal call. Then when I asked how long of a wait for an eyebrow wax she said three hours. Mind you NOBODY else in the salon. NOT ONE CUSTOMER. She was very rude, and unprofessional.

I enjoy going here. Most of the hair stylists there do a great job. I take my son there and I also get my hair done there as well. They are really friendly. Tia and Atlanta are the best! I also like the fact that they squeeze you in when they can. I would give them 5 stars but one of the other stylists did not impress me when we had to reschedule because the person there had a coloring job that was running late. Not cool!

I highly suggest the stylist Atlanta. She is so sweet, accommodating, and extremely talented! I was nervous trying a new stylist, but she did a outstanding job with my hair color and cut! Better than I even imagined!

I got such a bad hair color and cut here that after 3 months, I am still trying to find someone who can fix it. The color was too dark and now I have to gradually have it lightened each month. I may have to grow my hair out so that someone can fix the cut. I spoke with the manager about my experience who then passed me on to her supervisor. The supervisor promised to send me a gift card, and I still have not received it after 3 months. Dont go here. The stylists are not experienced.

My Fiancé and I both go to Tia (when shes available). Shes the best thing since sloced bread. However, all the girls in there are great, and I was a little skeptical about going here (Walmart) for a haircut, but its definitrly better than a few salons in the area. And much better prices!

I have gone there several times and I do like the girls and they have always done a good job. This last time I had decided to get my hair done in some vibrant colors dont get me wrong I loved the results, I was a little upset because me and the girl had talked about it before she started andshe told me between me and my daughters hair she could do it for around $170 because I had told I didnt want to spend $250. So I was like ok $170 with tip that ok so I gave her the go ahead. Like I said I was happy with it. We get to the register and she says my math was a little off the total comes up to $214 so I was a little upset because what if I wouldnt of had that much especially since we had talked before she started. So I ended up paying $ 240 after a tip yes I left a tip because between her spending 4 1/2 hrs on mine and the other girl doing my daughter I only tought it was fair. Well two weeks go by and 2 cold water washes go by and my color is already fading, so I was at Walmart and stop by there and talked to someone and she took my name and number and sad that she would have the manager call me the next day. Next day no call. Two or three days later I go back in there first the girl says she dont see it fading and then ask me if I bought any of there products because that was the only way it would have lasted long. Now grant you this was a mothers day gift and really didnt have the money that I had already spent much less spend another 100 on products especially after I was told before hand it would last about 16 washes. So I show her my tips and then she said she seen it and yet again said that the manager would call me the next day. Well I still have yet to receive a call. I also found out that I could have gone somewhere else and actually got my whole head done for way cheaper then I paid for a partial head. Like I said the girls are nice but if you are deciding to go a vibrant, wild color I would not go there. After this I doubt I will ever go there again.
