Support seems pretty nice, prices are good.Unfortunately though Im going 3+ months with no real updates or even a tracking number for my purchase. Was told the manufacturer is backordered and it isnt a filter they carry in stock.I understand Im not really a priority as Im buying for personal needs and only really need to order maybe 5 filters a year, but unfortunately I have had to move to other suppliers that cost a bit more but can reliably deliver small quantity online orders, and can give me a better answer than Hopefully soon when I email to find out when the product will be shipping 2 months after ordering.

Ordered products. Prices were reasonable and expected delivery times were average. Shipping was high but I needed the parts. No products arrived.... Finally called to inquire about delivery times. Products not in stock! While on the phone I also questioned why the shipping cost as much as the few ounces of plastic parts I ordered. Was told because of shipping distance. This is nonsense as I order from the East Coast frequently and never pay such high shipping costs. Explained my complaint about selling out of stock items and high shipping costs. Parts ordered for my fuel pump were at a good price and what I needed. Only one issue that bothers me is the shipping cost. Seems a bit high but orders arrive fast. Would be nice to have more than one shipping option.

Jarhead 7620 is an easy installation and works great. I have 2 installed with one on a bulk diesel tank and the other on a 1,000 gallons rain water harvesting system. Always know right where we are on reserve.
