Friendly employees...everything clean! Pool is clean and warm. Would like chair yoga to return to West Allis location. Enjoyed live music in the bar. That was a plus! Hope Packer and Brewers games will be back in club pub....like it use to be!!! Great athletic club and social club.

Do yourself a favor and don’t bother. Half their equipment is kept in the “training room” downstairs and they randomly decide to block the room off so members can’t use it. I asked if there was a schedule so I know not to come during the times it’s unavailable and they said no, the personal trainers can block it off whenever they want. Seems completely reasonable when you pay $70 a month and can’t use the equipment you pay to use. (The same equipment is not upstairs) There’s better gyms with better equipment in the area for a cheaper price. Pro tip- if you don’t have enough space for your equipment maybe ditch the bar. Wisconsin has enough of those.

Staff is nice but lacks any common knowledge, they can’t get basketball hoops adjusted to 10 feet and just guess, have also had more than once where I come in mid day to end of day and the Sauna hasn’t even been turned on by the staff. Friendly staff at gym but horrible front desk and manager staff, if I’m paying 50 a month (more than any gym around) I expect to be able to use the equipment I’m paying for when I drive there....

Great staff, especially Kaydi. Last great place to play racquetball.

They said single day passes are $25, which is way too much and unreasonable.

The two ladies working the front desk around 2:30pm today were incredibly cold and rude. I would assume a desk job is considered customer service and they clearly are lacking on it.

The employees here are great and very welcoming! I love how they make you feel comfortable. The atmosphere here is good too, its not too crowded and people know how to act proper. I also bring my kids to the daycare center here and they love it there too. Its a great place over all. I dont regret signing up for a membership. They have a lot to offer for a decent price for a membership.

I love the racquetball courts at this location. The womens workout room is also a nice feature.

Went here a few months ago for a Handball tournament my boyfriend was playing in. The facilities were really nice and the courts seemed like they were in good shape for the players. You could watch the games from above which at times was really nice except for when it was really crowded. There was a full bar in the building as well, which was nice for getting drinks and food to watch the games.

WAC is the best! I’ve been here for 12 years and it’s always clean and welcoming! All 4 of my kids have enjoyed the kids club and the kids club staff!

Staff is very friendly, facility is always clean and the complimentary classes are energetic and fun. I enjoy Ally’s classes on Monday afternoon. Her class technique is 100% inclusive. She always welcomes the new people and introduces herself along with everyone else in the class. For someone just starting out, I think this is very helpful in encouraging them to keep coming back!

My favorite WAC. Open 24 hours with full amenities. Only thing it doesnt have is a swimsuit wringer. Kind of out of the way. But worth the trip. If you live over there, lucky you. Get yourself a membership. Its worth it. BTW your children are welcome. My daughter swims with me often.

Decently priced and above average facilities. You can get various discounts like by your age or your health insurance. They also do month to month which is more flexible than most other health clubs. You get access to all facilities and a couple are 24 hours.

I love this place because I have lots of handball and racquetball courts. Sadly, theyre redesigning three of the racquetball courts for workout rooms. That really saddens me.

Its a nice gym. my initial reason of going there was because it had a steam room to offer, but when I first tried it the smell was not pleasant for me. otherwise, the weight and equipments are enough for a good work out. the staffs are good.

Best gym in Wisconsin. Staff extremely friendly and very knowledgeable. If you want results this is the gym for you. I train with Ashley ( one on one ) and my gains just amaze me. From 267lbs to a Boston Marathoner in 2018.

Pros: 24 hours including the pool (!!), hot tub, gendered steam room, sauna, tanning beds; lots of racket ball courts, mostly free classes, nice people and trainers, variety of facilities; I think theres at least a small womens-only area; an outdoor area in warm months, generally very clean; limited hours Pub in the Club is a friendly bar in the middle, large parking lot, 24-hour desk staff, towel service, changing booths available in the pool besides the large locker areas w/free shaving supplies downstairs (mens side anyway). Cons: not cheap-more like a cell phone bill than most gyms-very poor wheelchair/mobility issue access (lots of stairs, at least if you want to use the locker rooms), group showers, usually an older white crowd often running Fox on the TVs complaining how blimps are in decline these days. Pool shower has no heat.Overall a pretty good gym and likely the only 24-hour pool in town.

I love WAC! Its got such a great atmosphere and the staff are always very welcoming! Definitely worth the extra cost over a membership at Anytime or Planet Fitness!

Best gym in southeast WI. Great pools, cool kids club house. Have been a member for years and visit all of the clubs. Love taking my kids swimming to burn off energy.

Ive been going here for a couple months now and so far so good. The setup is a little awkward but the equipment all seems pretty well maintained, facilities are clean, staff is okay. I go late at night so feels like I pretty much owned the place when Im there. Little busy during peak hours, feels a little cramped. Overall I like the place. I would definitely recommend it.

My wife has gone here for several years. I started going in August 2016 and have enjoyed it since. Kids clubhouse and employees are awesome.

Really like this WAC, though the layout is not as ideal as the other WACs I have been to.

Great gym has alot of diffrent and amazing equipment! Its honestly amazing, nothing like any other gym.

I visited one day and loved the assistance I received from the front desk and thought it was one of the best Zumba classes Ive gone too and Im an instructor who loves to visit and exercise while traveling.. Fun.

The best club that I have experienced. Truly a pleasurable experience every time I go!

The place is small and cramped. If your a weight lifter, there is not a lot of equipment or room. A big area with two racks and enough room and equipment for deadlifting is off limits 4pm - 8pm every weekday in order to reserve the room for personal trainers. The trainers usually dont use the equipment anyways, but you cant work in the same room as them doing something totally different because WAC decided a trainer and their 3 students need a 4 hour block during after-work prime time work out hours.I wouldnt be so negative about this places size restrictions if it didnt also have a decently sized sit-down bar in the middle of the gym. The bar exists in the middle of the gym when the place is starving for space as is.I only went here for a few days on a trial, but you have to wonder how someone could pay the ridiculous price (most expensive in the area) for what they get for this gym. Sure, theyre open 24 hours and have multiple locations. But, if this is the one closest to me and I have to go at 8pm to get a non-cramped non-restricted workout in, to me that just isnt worth it at all.Id rather go to the YMCA which is cheaper and actually has room for equipment and working out.I will say that WAC was very clean though.

Im here visiting from out of town and decide to come check out the cycle class. I took it on Tuesday st 5:30 with Sanita (sp?) SHE WAS AWESOME!!! Thoroughly enjoyed the class and the center. Everyone there was friendly and helpful. Ill be back every day until I leave. And Ill be back to Sanitas class next week for sure!

This place is nice, but I called around to around eight other places in the area, and the WAC is literally the most expensive place I called. Membership here is just under $100 a month for a joint (married couple) membership. There are other gyms with comparable amenities (including a pool) for half the price if you do your research.

Has pretty much everything you would expect a gym to have plus a few extras.

The WAC is an excellent gym, very clean and plenty of room.I personally use the racquetball courts for practicing soccer indoors.

I decided to try out the West Allis WAC, as I have really enjoyed every other location and their services. This one was very dissapointing. The layout was odd, as the locker rooms are in the basement and were not kept in the best condition. First and last time here.

Of all of the WAC locations, this is the most confusing of all of them. Its so much of a maze that its kind of fun. However, its in great need of a facelift and some new finishes.

This is the worst WAC location. We are at the north shore location, but we have to go to this location because of my daughter’s swimming class. There is no family bathroom for kids after the swimming. If you wanna sign up swimming classes for your kids, choose other locations or other gyms.

Lots of equipment in good condition. Racquet ball courts and a small indoor pool.

Expensive, but its clean and the staff professional. Usually not too busy either.

Unfortunately they bill far too high and even if you havent used the gym because locations changed and you cant make it they dont make any exceptions to reimbursing you for you unused membership even by 1 month. I get the contract however I expected better service considering the circumstance.
