I will say my experience with this location FAR surpassed my expectations. I typically use the other Hyundai in St. Peters, and to put it nicely, they are terrible. They never answer the phone, always close early, and just have poor customer service skills. When I called your location, I was treated with respect and urgency, which is much appreciated as a working father of 2. They got me in quickly to diagnose and confirm it was the recall fix, then I was scheduled within 2 weeks as they waited for the alternator. Once I brought the car in, I was SO surprised I got it back that same day! Great work, and I will be using this location for all future services and purchases. Once I pay down some more on the loan, I will be looking to trade in for something newer. For now, I am very happy to have my car back safely for me and my kiddos. Definitely a 5 star experience, and I will continue to search for the survey. Thanks!
My Wife and I were first time Car Buyers and didnt know what we were doing. We had been to several different Dealerships and decided to check this one out after falling in love with a Hyundai at a different dealership. Our Sales Guy Matt was fine. Personable and Friendly and tried his hardest to get us in a car. HOWEVER, the vehicle they tried to sell us was not in good condition, dirty under the hood, torn seats, and still smelled like cigarette smoke. My Wife and I considered the car and almost signed on it just because we were approved but my Uncle was able to make us a better deal via his bank in a better and cleaner car. After we declined the offer they followed us out to our car and tried to sell us the car still. Not cool. Unfortunately we found a better deal elsewhere no need to continue to push. Because of our experience we will not be back to this place. On top of that my In-Laws who were with us at the time and had bought a couple cars from them saw how we were treated and decided they would also not being doing business with them anymore. Not to mention they had a transmission go out as soon as they bought one of their cars and had a heck of a time getting anything done with them.
Chris Johnson was excellent. He made room for me even tho they were swamped with repairs. He had his staff repair my airbag within the hour and didnt even charge me ! Chris made me feel completely safe! Chris did for me what I cannot do for myself and that makes him a hero! Many thanks to Chris and his crew!

Bought 2 new tires here 6 months ago. Came back for an oil change, they said the other 2 needed to be replaced but we should just buy 4 because the other 2 only had 1/32 left on the tread. They claimed my 6 month old tires only had 1/32 left. Obviously trying to scam my wife who dropped the car off. Will never be back. Spend your money somewhere else with people that wont take advantage of you.Edit:I have reached out. I left two messages, one with the service counter who wont answer my calls. And one with the service manager who never called back. Thanks anyway!
We had issues with the battery. The person in service my husband spoke to was incredibly rude. They had the car over night to test the battery after making us tow it there because just bringing in the battery was against policy. Working smarter not harder is not their forte. They also need customer service training. UNIMPRESSED!
Clement Hyundai went above and beyond when compared to other local Hyundai dealers. They don’t charge an addendum in addition to MSRP and allow you to bring your own financing to the table. I visited multiple other Hyundai dealerships while shopping and the others either added $2-3k to MSRP or forced you to take financing at a higher rate than you qualify for. Thanks so much for everything to all the staff at Clement Hyundai! If you’re searching for a vehicle, don’t waste your time with other Hyundai dealers, just go to Clement and speak with Kurt Gieselman or Patrick Piper and you won’t be disappointed.
WE moved to the OFallon area with in the last year and started thinking and looking for a new SUV. Doing our home work the model we picked was the Tucson because of its ratings.We could not be happier with our pick and the best thing about our buying experience was finding Clement Hyundai. Called about a vehicle, was told it was in detail and that I would.get a call back as soon as they get it. Next day no phone call, call them instead and speak to different salesman that stated he will hold it as soon as they get it on their lot. Call back 2 hrs later and truck is sold. Call supervisor and he says sorry theres nothing he can do. Will never recommend buying a vehicle from them

DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THEM!!!! I bought a car 3 weeks ago and they had done work to it. When I called to tell them about it they said it wasn’t there problem. I had the car towed to my local dealership and they said it’s the part that they tried to fix. I’m going on week 2 without a car to drive because Climate Hyundai won’t give me a far to drive. Finally I got them to fix my car but they are having it towed back to them from 2 hours away then expect me to come pick it up from them when I don’t have a car to drive. Do yourself a favor and go someplace else to buy a car.

I had already posted this review but dont see it so it was probably taken down. I do NOT recommend buying a used car from this dealership. Nothing under the hood was checked and my check engine light came on 5 days after having it. There was almost NO antifreeze so I spent over a $1,000 just to get everything up to par. Salesperson was nice until I had issues. I said that I assumed that you would check the vehicle to make sure you are not selling lemons. He then called and yelled at me. This dealership only makes sure it passes the safety/emissions checks for Missouri. I wish I had not purchased this car after this horrible experience.

I made this mistake of buying a vehicle from here! If I was you I would not buy a vehicle from here! All they do is dress up their used vehicles to get them by and did they lie to you about having a warranty when you really dont. I had the truck for 5 months all kinds of rust spots are starting to bleed through. Ive had to replace the rear rear pinion seal. The parking brakes came apart. And now the timing chain is going out.. Thats not including the two times it was in the shop before I even bought it. When I attempted to walk away from the deal and I didnt when I should have

Several months post-purchase, and a simple issue such as a missing key has cost me +6 phone calls and multiple dealer visits, only to not be resolved.Full details below:The purchasing experience was great and went smoothly. We were given a good deal on our trade, as well as the Tuscon we had purchased. However, the service following the car purchase has so far been the worst of any new-car dealer I have done business with.1. I was told that I needed to return to the dealer after purchase to obtain the cert. of origin and spare key for our Tuscon (all other new cars I have purchased - Dodge and Toyota - provided this info the same day, but not a huge deal.)2. When I arrived a couple of weeks later, the 2nd key was the emergency key only, without the remote/fob. I had asked the parts counter attendant about this, and they referred me to my sales associate.3. I reached out to my SA, and he stated that he no longer worked there but confirmed that I indeed should have received a 2nd key fob with the car. He referred me to the sales mgr.4. I had called the sales mgr, and left a voicemail with my name and number to return my call. After 1wk I received no call back.5. I called the sales mgr a 2nd time, and was able to speak to him - where he also confirmed I should have received a 2nd key fob, and stated he would track it down and call me back. Another week later, no call back.6. Days later I drove to the dealer on my lunch break, and spoke to a manager. They checked the key box then referred me to another person in parts.7. Parts had a spare remote with no emergency key, however, needed my vehicle to test it (which was at my wifes business). I drove to her work, swapped cars, and returned, to which the remote did not work.8. Parts took my name and phone number and promised to call be back by EOD with the key status. Days later, no call back.9. Meanwhile I called Hyundai Corporate, who stated there was nothing they could do and I had to work it out with my dealer.10. I was able to get in touch with the service mgr, who said they could order a new key with approval from sales. Delivery would take a couple of weeks and they would notify me when it was in.11. Over a month later, I still have not received a call that my key is ready.I have bought new cars from both Lou Fusz Chrysler and Lou Fusz Toyota, and in both instances the experience was top notch and everything I needed was taken care of the same day as purchase. Im honestly shocked at how a simple issue such as a missing key has cost me +6 phone calls and multiple dealer visits, only to not be resolved.I highly, highly recommend shopping around at dealers if you are looking to purchase a Hyundai, as once you purchase the car it is clear that Clement Hyundai does not care about the customer service experience whatsoever.
So, the buying experience good...up to the point where they forgot to transfer our plates to the new car. once the purchase was complete ALL communication was thrown out of the window. They very rarely return any of my calls, Ive left multiple messages and none have been returned except for the Salesman we worked with. We have had to report our license plates stolen today because the dealership cant locate the car we traded in...So all in all EXTREMELY poor service AFTER the car is bought. Looks like they give the same response for everyone who has a bad experience and still never gets back to you. Very Disappointing.

Patrick laughed at me when I told him I was no longer interested in the position due to the chip shortage and my scheduling conflicts. Granite I totally forgot I even scheduled an interview, I explained my reasoning hoping he would just say good luck. The way he communicated was like a spit in the face. It’s odd, you would think people would be professional of others opinions and thoughts when it comes to hiring but I guess not. Surprised he is a hiring manager for clement Ford.
This is a high pressure sales environment. That was our experience. Instead of handing over your license and taking a test drive- you sit down, give them your name, phone number, email address, how much you want to spend, what you want your payment to be, and roughly what you think your credit score is. Then you get to drive the car with the salesman as your escort.I dont mean this review as a dig, or stop traffic to their location. They have nice cars, the people are nice, etc., but this sales style can cause some awkwardness when they are trying to get you to stay and you are ready to go.If you can handle this type of sales style then youll be fine.
Blake was so helpful when trading in my car! I needed something more spacious, but nothing to big. 😊 he only showed me cars that I told him we’re my style.(not selling me something I don’t want) That’s a great salesman! I am extremely frustrated with this place. You would think spending $50k on a vehicle would give you some sort of customer service. From the sales person to the manager to the service department. I will never spend another dime of my money here ever again. The sales person didnt listen to anything I said. I had to repeat myself numerous times. My vehicle had scratches on it that were supposed to be taken care of. When they did after I called and pushed the issue they did a poor job of it. We are still waiting on them to contact us back to fix them all. I spoke to the manager who sounded good on the phone but then snuffed me to an employee when I got there. Im just done with this place. Everyone lies and the customer service is horrible.
Their service department is a joke. I have been coming for for 4 years because my wife has a Hyundai. I would never buy a Hyundai and take it here for oil changes. Waste minimum 1-2 hours for them to figure out my maintenance plan. Would not reccomend at all.

Still waiting on promised item.Had to wait to get a front license plate holder put on vehicle for more than a week. Then had to drive almost 200 miles round trip to get it done. Now am still waiting on cargo cover for my 2021 Tucson. Has been more than a month. This even after I have emailed the manager and owner. Unacceptable behavior for a customer driven dealership.

Jeremy also made sure to explain all the features of the car and how to operate them as well. He really was great to work with. The finance director, Jeff Hackman, was also very friendly and professional.
Everyone was very helpful. They were quick, Ashley in service is the best. They even found that my fix was under warranty (I didnt think it was and I didnt even ask, they found it for me). They were also knowledgeable about my model. We went through possible recalls and there were none, but I left with a feeling of confidence knowing that was the case. And the fix they did was quick and professional.

Car shopping is my absolute least favorite thing to do... I mean, can I go get a dental cleaning instead? Its bad. Generally it lasts all day long and I feel hassled and like Im getting a sales pitch not an authentic salesman. I hate it. Plus Im a woman alone and it feels as though I have a sign on my forehead announcing that. However, Hyundai of Wentzville was a treat to work with. No joke, it took me 2 hours from walk in to walk out. I worked with Jeremy Null and he was a joy to work with. I didnt feel like I had a salesman working me over. I felt like I had a person that listened to what I said and I what I wanted and got it done. Jeremy was funny and easy to be around during the two hours. He joked and made me laugh. He also went over every feature on the car that I could want. Im happy with my Kona purchase and happier that I lucked out on salesmen.

Honestly due to the way I was treated by Jeremy Null I would not recommend buying a car here. I told him right off the bat that I was just looking to test drive a car and get a price on it. After the test drive he told me the price which was 3k more than St. Charles Hyundai that I had went to the week before. I then told Jeremy that I needed to think about it (I wanted to go to the other dealership since they were so much cheaper). He continued to pressure me into making a purchase right then and there as I repetedly said I needed to sleep on it. He made me feel like I couldnt leave and it was just a very uncomfortable situation. He also wouldnt listen to my request of the color car that I wanted. All he was trying to do was sell me one I didnt want on their lot. After an hour of trying to get out of there he finally got down to the price that was at the other dealership after saying previously there was no way that could happen. I was then lied to by him when he told me that there was only 1 car in the color that I wanted in the United States. Lies. There were at least 40 of them when I went home to look for myself. Once he said he could make a dealer trade happen he ran my credit to tell me the apr. When I went to actually sign the papers a week later, it was way higher than he had told me. I put down half my down payment and was told it would be at the dealership in 2-3 days. Come to find out, the car wasnt even secured from the other dealership until 4 days later. Basically Jeremy and whomever he kept going to talk to are just filled with lies. When I got the car he also had the audacity to tell me to give him a 5 star review or else he would get talked to. Would not put anyone I care about through that process. Would not recomend. Happy with my car though.
The car was delivered with scratches and paint imperfections at the rear trunk deck area.I noticed the problem when washing and waxing the car - less than a week after I bought it.I brought it in to be looked at and was told to return several days later. The scratches and nicks were still there.No service after the sale. I will not go back.

Came in for a special event and met Mr. Cooper who was in every way youre stereotypical car salesman. He talked fast, kept stating I need to buy a new truck while being very pushy and pressuring. He walked me out to the lot and had me drive one of the newer trucks on the lot. Funny because he didnt ask me any questions prior to as of what I was even looking for. I get you guys are there to sell cars but try to work on people skills and not being so greasy....
Had a wonderful experience - my daughter bought a car for the first time on her own. She was treated with respect and kindness, which was not the case at several other dealerships. We worked with Chang and he was great at explaining the whole process as well as giving her a personal tutorial on all of the features of the car. I went to several different dealerships looking for a used car. The others I went to left me standing for long periods of time while they were looking for a car for me to test drive. They would take to long. I went to two dealerships and still didn’t get to test drive. So Saturday I went to Hyundai of Wentzville. We walked a around a little peeking into cars. I knew about what I was looking for, or at least the size.We went inside and was met right away by a salesperson. His name is Jeremy. He listened to me, gave suggestions and we talked for a bit. He really understood. I was telling him that I had owned a Hyundai Santa fe for 15 yrs. I loved it. So he introduced me to a venue. I had never seen one before. It was the right size and color. When he opened the door and let me sit inside. Oh my gossh, this car was a good fit. I told him that it was like getting a hug from the venue. It was so comfortable. So it took the test drive and knew from the way it handled that this was the car for me. Jeremy explained everything to me and told me about the neat stuff on the car along with apple car play and other stuff. Also offered a deal I couldn’t pass up. I got me a new venue and it was “THE PERFECT FIT”. Just like a great hug from an old friend.I was excited and very happy with my car!Thank youLela BairdP.s. I would rate this dealer 0 stars if I could. Worst dealer experience ever. The finance guy Jeff pressured us to buy an extended warranty even after politely saying no 3 times. Then the paperwork to transfer license plates (we are from out of state) got screwed up by whoever was in charge of that. Rock chips were left in the windshield and the sunroof was broken. This dealership does not thoroughly inspect their cars before selling them. Find a dealership with better people to buy a car from. These people are the slimiest douchiest people to ever sell cars.

Four stars for now. The sales person was very friendly and not pushy. The wait for everything to wrap up was very long (but is a weekend too..). When I got back home, I noticed that two critical forms were not signed by the dealership - the bill of sale and one having to do with delivery of title! Shame on me for not checking this and hope that its an innocent mistake on their part. I called and left a message as its after hours now on a Saturday. Ill drive up on Monday to get the documents they missed. More to come - and will re-rate up or down once resolved. Leaving at 4 for now - giving the benefit of doubt that it was a mere oversight.

When I mean this dealership is no pressure no back and forth haggling they are amazing to work with the entire staff was was kind super helpful even financing was a breeze and right to the point! Also all said and done took an hour and a half from test driving to signing... My husband and I couldn’t believe how hassle free the entire ordeal of buying a new car can be with Hyundai in Wentzville! Make sure you ask for Chris Bittick. Run to this dealer!! Hyundai alsoHas an amazing warranty that comes with their used car that is standard with almost all of their used vehicles (no extra payment needed) 30 year 300,000 power train warranty. Received a mailer with some scratch off style promotion on it. Naturally I am curious. It appears as if I had won $100,000. After reviewing the steps to redeem, and the fine print, it turns out that this just allows me to be entered into a drawing. A deceptive marketing tactic that will lead to increased foot traffic at a cost of their reputation. I will never buy a car from here just because of this sleazy tactic. Whoever thought this was a good idea should be fired.
Sold me a car that appears to have hit a curb pretty badly. It was located in a spot that you would only notice if you were on your knees or a distance away at the right angle. I ran the carfax and all that stuff and it came back clean so I assumed it was safe. Well the next day I notice the damage so that very same day I bring the car back explaining the situation...so they said they will put me in a rental and have their guy look at it. Which I thought was awesome...until a month later when my car is finally done they hadnt done anything too it!!! Also they refuse to wear mask. I recommend elsewhere
Typical bait and switch. The bold tall guy who just came out of the tanning bed yelled at me that I am the problem and not their bait and switch tactics. Car is listed at a discount from MSRP, thats the internet price; one of the discounts that takes you to the internet price has a disclaimer stating you cant combine with special financing incentive; thats fine! Whats not fine is that person who sets up the appointment (Mindy) states that you can still get an incentive on top of the internet price if you go through the usual Hyundai financing, not the special 0% APR. Not my first rodeo guys, I know that if you want to sell the car, or if you think you make money on on trade, you can go below the internet price. But when tall tanned guy yells at me that I am the problem, its clear to me that you arent going below it. And thats okay, the only problem that remains is Mindy the business development lady saying one thing to get you to the dealership and then sales people denying it. That is precisely bait and switch. Wishing you better, less problematic customers!!4/29 not much of an update: spoke with salesmen from two different hyundai dealers in town: yes, currently you can qualify for financing incentives on top of the internet price.Your standard response to a negative review is pathetic; it doesnt even attempt to address the issue.
It is easy to do a great job when everything goes well. How a company handles its problems whats important. This company has 0 accountability! They leave you chasing them for answers and fail to return phone calls. If I could do it all over I wouldnt buy from this dealer. They have been trying to fix our vehicle for 4 months. That is the level of service you will get from this dealership.

My car has been here for 3 months it was brought in for a recall on the knock sensor and after it was replaced for a second time the mechanic calls me and tells oh well we found damage to your engine and he verified that the damage to my engine was from the knock sensor which was a recall and now are telling me they need maintenance record for my vehicle so they can extend my warranty on my vehicle so they can see if Hyundai will pay for the repairs and i give them maintenance records almost 2 weeks ago with no response

Worked with Jeremy the other day when buying a Tuscon. Jeremy was great in listening to what I wanted and giving me options to choose from. He was very easy to work with and I felt no pressure at all.
My husband and I lease our Hyundai. Our lease was about up so we stopped in to see what our options were. Jeremy helped us, and was wonderful. We went in with a Tucson and came out with a Santa Fe, which is what we wanted. Jeremy made it happen. Thanks Jeremy!!! I LOVE our new Santa Fe!
Took just a little more time than I had hoped but I feel that I got a good deal and everyone was friendly and helpful. They are not lying when they say they will work with anyones credit they did it for me.
I called a little before the dealership opened to schedule an appointment for a truck that I had seen online. The operator named Lindsey or Lydia was very nice and directly to the car folks. The person who picked up the phone informed me of all of the details I wanted on the vehicle. Since this was the only vehicle within my price range, which was 10 grand, I decided to schedule the appointment and ride out there. I rode 45 minutes on my motorcycle to get to the dealership for the appointment within the same day. The first person who walked up to me was named Mike. He came off as pretty friendly. I quickly informed him of my appointment for the truck. Mike walks me to the inside where tells me of whatever sales that was going on. He asked for my info which I gave. He then tells me that someone was already looking at the vehicle and was in the process of buying it. he then disappeared for a few minutes and returned. I asked him what similar vehicles are on the lot for the same price. He then goes on to try and sell me a truck for 30 thousand dollars!!! After looking around a bit more, I left. I later found out that he ran a hard inquiry on me for a vehicle that I had never seen before and that was apparently already being sold. Now Im waiting to see how they plan on make things right...
They were very nice and they did a great job to go me my car they went of the way to help me and get my car and I had a lot against me and these people were nice people thank you Theo and Sarah
Hyundai of Wentzville is an awesome place to buy your vehicle. Everyone is very respectful and fun. I was nervous coming in because I never thought I would get approved but I was pleasantly surprised . I came in and got the vehicle I wanted. Chang is amazing guy to work with. I didnt like the fact that I couldnt look at other cars.I wanted a cheaper one,but they kept saying lets see if we can get u in this one first .Was there for 4hrs or more . And I was getting frustrated, wanting to go home. I like the car I got. Just wish I could pick it out .
Went to this dealership thinking I was going to browse and test then come back in a few weeks. Mr. Chang got me a brand new hyundai Tucson with low I surance rate. Thank God for sending him my way. He also helped my twin with the same vehicle. We both were blessed this morning.
I got something In the mail from Hyundai of Wentzville that said I won $100,000 or 2 cars. I don’t have a car or little money right now and almost fell for their misleading sales tactic and almost spent about $80 in Uber rides to go there. This is a detriment to people - esp. vulnerable, desperate ones who get false hope and end up losing money with time and expense of going there for nothing. Trying to fool people during a global pandemic and higher unemployment is extremely low. Wow.
The entire staff at Hyundai of Wentzville were professional and answered all questions we had and made our experience painless. I will go back when the time comes.

I came into the dealership Feb 1st 2021 because I received their promotional clearance event mailer. The mailer had a lotto type of game that you can play and I had won a prize. So Im immediately greeted with, Are you here for the free stuff or are you actually going to buy something? How rude can you be? Then the salesman is asking me a lot of questions about all the vehicles I own. When he realized I was just checking to see what I won, he said that I can leave right now! Though I wasnt at the moment looking for a vehicle, I will be in the spring. I didnt get my prize and I will never consider shopping there after that. I can only hope it was one bad apple.

They had a lottery going on, which was competely misleading. They make you think you won a car, so you take a day off work, drive to them, just to give them a chance to sell you a car and get you contact info. In the end, it appeared that I didnt win a car, but won an opportunity to enter another lottery.Misleading, frustrating and disappointing. Ill get my Hyundai serviced at another dealership from now on
