Representative on phone was very nice wish they could have saved my business I enjoyed their home owners insurance rates but you can only have them if you have their auto insurance.

AAA in Wentzville is a Rip Off and Rob and the Secretary aint No Good!! And i have proof.

I was hit by one of AAAs policy holders. Hood, grill, headlight and bumper damage. The adjuster called me and said they were accepting liability. (Good so far) Now comes the adjuster to look at my car. My hood was creased and there is no way to repair it properly. The adjuster said they could pound it out and fill it, and you shouldnt be able to tell. Second my headlights are adaptive, the adjuster wants to replace the broken headlight with a non adaptive headlight. Very sad when it comes to this.
