I got a gel mani and regular pedi and eyebrow wax! I thought the ladies were very nice. They use hot stone and the massage chair

All the nail techs here are nice and do.an amazing job every time I go. Very polite and its a very comfortable atmosphere to be in. Very clean and they sanitize everything after every client.

The ladies are always super friendly, and do a super job on your nails! I get the gel nail polish. And after more than 2 weeks, theres not even a single chip! They look like they did on the day I got them done! My ring fingers are just a little different than the others. 💚💅

I got my nails done on Saturday and 3 of my nails are already cracked 2 days later. I spent so much money here I’m so disappointed! I can’t make it during the week because of work so I can’t even go to get them fixed. They are supposed to last at least 2 weeks definitely won’t be back here.

This is not my normal spot but i had no choice but to go here- broke my nail and needed an emergency nail repair. Almost immediately after leaving my nail was already lifting. They rushed through it and used a nail tip that was far too large to fit. The only part i was pleased with was the polish job. Wouldnt go back.

1st time here nails came out great..wish i had gone here for my pedicure.

I liked going the first few times but I noticed they started to rush while doing my nails. As a newer business I do understand building clientele is important but so is making sure each customer is happy. My cousin just went there and had her nails taken off, they did not even soak them just started taking them off and literally ripped one of her actual nails off. If they paid more attention to each individual customer, I could say they do a great job.

I absolutely love this place. Ive been going for about 3 months now and will not be trying any other nail salon. They do an excellent job and are super friendly every time Ive been. The prices are standard salon prices and sometimes they lower the price if you ate a frequent customer. I love Pro Nails!!

I came here to get my eyebrows done I didnt have an appointment and they informed me someone called ahead it was fine with me but for thirty minutes three of the women who work here had their hands free none of them did my eyebrows I quietly waited thinking the where on a brake but I stood wrong an hour later still Im waiting! But two people called after that hour that passed and they took them in right away then when it was finally my turn the women didnt listen to me and thinned out my thick eyebrows way to much on one side and made it trailer while the other side was raised up and thicker then the other.

My sister and I came in for our appointment at around 5:30 to get a full set of acrylics. I already had acrylics on for the past two weeks and the lady said that they needed to be removed so she literally ripped them off my nails. It really hurt. They were my first set of acrylic nails ever in my life. Then as she was drilling off the acrylics, she also drilled off some of my real nail bed, so there is craters in my real nails. She didnt even soak them! She was rushing so much and didnt even take her time. She trimmed my natural nail but didnt even file it. So my natural nail underneath is all screwed up. My acrylics are now uneven and some are a different shape than the rest. She put too much acrylic on my nail bed so its literally pushing on the side of my nail and Im in so much pain from them. Also I felt a burning sensation on my nail as well, which Im pretty sure isnt normal. They made my sister wait for 30 mins until another lady came in and did her acrylics.It was getting close to 7pm (the time they close). She rushed my sisters nails, and she was getting acrylics for the first time. They are uneven and the gel polish on them is not even covering the whole nail. I understand its closing and you want everyone to leave, but dont rush our nails! Thats poor customer service!! Even at the end she kept asking me if I had cash and I said no, but she kept insisting! I said no, then she asked if I had debt. What the hell, I didnt! She kept asking me and in the end she got annoyed because I didnt have cash or debt! Poor poor poor customer service! I DONT recommend this place at all! Im calling in the morning and requesting a full refund and have them removed!

I heard this new place was great, so I went to get my own take on them!I walked in with no appointment and they welcomed me.ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL!I would highly recommend this place to anyone who likes getting getting pampered.Ive been having my nails done for many, many years and this was one of the best places Ive ever ever been...Thank you to EVERYONE there who made sure I was more than a satisfied customer!Ann Keegan

My first visit and last. My appt for the pedi was at 6pm didnt service me till 35min after. My feet and legs were not rinse with clean water. The price not worth the quality. Am very disappointed ☹️

All in the end my nails do look nice, but the customer service is a little off.

I wanna start with how clean this place is! They wash all of their tools and uae alchol to sterilize everything as well as opening new tools to usemI paid $90 with tip. I had a pedicure, gel powder and polish, and nail art ($25, $45).Some places a pedicure is just a pedicure. I got my feet washed, nails trimmed, skin exfoliated, a hot stone rub, and some minty lotion that made my skin tingle and it was delightful! Along with the usual foot rub and polish. Took about 30-45 minutes. Almost fell asleep .Did the gel powder for my nails and a gel polish . Very beautiful sparkle dark purple that I originally picked in non gel but when Cindy said she had gel powder I switched and they had the same color in gel too!My only complaints:1.When I asked for a design ..which is extra.. i wanted a cross ✝️ with the horizontal line continued on all the nails. Had to draw it and only got it on my ring fingers. Its not exactly worth paying the extra.2. being asked to bring cash even though they take cards .. probably because they have to put the tip in the total and its awkward to ask for a new total.

I love this place. My nail polish stayed on for weeks and all I got was a polish not gel or anything else

Great prices, clean, nice and knowledgeable staff..what I like about this place is when you make an appointment they really keep it..eyebrow wax has been good as well..there is 1 small pink pedicure chair for a young child as well.would fit a 5yr old well..prices are average of other nail salons ..☺

People here are rude. I had 3 left of my bill and gave for a tip, she tells me.. oh no you tip more.... sorry lady not for this poor job.
