Amazing staff, super friendly! Covid safe! 10/10 recommended!

THIS PLACE IS ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE!!!!!!!! Over the weekend, I was able to receive such an amazing service! The ladies here did a great job on my liquid gel full set nails! Perfect well kept, organized and clean salon! They offer many types of services for all an affordable price!

I took my mother and daughter out today to have a manicure and pedicure. This was our first time going to star nails and spa. They were friendly, professional and did an excellent job. We will be back.😊

Been here twice. I love them ladies. They are sweet. Cannot really talk to them, but they tried their best to communicate. I love their work.

Worst pedicure I’ve ever had...I blinked and it was over. Technician didn’t speak to me once..she just smacked my foot and gestured where she wanted me to put it. Skipped right over the “relaxation” part of the experience. The polish I chose was dried out so they asked me to choose another color. Paint all over my toes. I’d be surprised if the paint lasts a week.

The waxing was incredible! She was very patient and extremely nice. Not to mention prices are reasonable.(Update) Went back a few months later [today], the pedicure was so thorough and worth it.... I recommend if youre in the area. Cute environment as well :)Maybe Ill try a manicure eventually!

My polish was put on very light due to the polish bottle being almost empty. I also had a cut on my toe from the girl trimming my nails. The other party I was with had a different color polish but the polish was only put on half of her pinky toe. I would not recommend this salon to anyone and after talking with a few people I feel I paid a lot for the quality of work I had done.

Always love this place!! Although this visit they rushed an entire visit for my fiance n I was not enjoyed as had been in the past...wish she did 2 coats of polish

Nice service! The prices are affordable. The masters are fast, clean and responsible. They are very nice girls, recommend them. Also pretty big choice of colors.

Although my nail tech was a bit rude and wasn’t very friendly, and rushed through everything, I absolutely love this place and it is definitely going to be the place I go every time. Regardless of only going there 3 times, the owner was so welcoming every time and helped through everything. My nana, and my best friend Angelina went with me today, and their nail techs were just the sweetest. They made this experience probably one of the best, though I didn’t get their nail techs names, they both stayed an hour after closing and were both so kind offering help to them and even me. I love this place so much and keep up the good work!!!! 😊😊😊

Very nice staff. Got a spa massage pedicure. Only down side was my lady had to stop & answer the phone several times during my appointment.

This is twice that I go to star nails to get a nail dip and toe nail polish change. Both times I picked a dip color and an employee pick what was supposed to be the matching color for my toes and both times I’ve been disappointed. Today the two colors weren’t even close. Two different shades of red. I also have very ticklish feet so she only clipped nails on one foot, large toe nails are completely different lengths and shapes. I wish them well but I won’t be going back.

I went last week for a fill. Two days later I woke up missing a nail. And now ONE week later at least 50% of them are lifting to the point that they are almost off. Completely unsatisfied. And they charged extra for “long nails”. Which honestly their maybe not even an inch. First and last time.

This nail salon was really good they took their time with the nails and made sure I liked what I got. Their prices weren’t that high either. Me and my friend went to get ours done and they did exactly what we asked for. And the colors we chose where very vibrant and nice. They also have many colors to choose from.

Always patient with my group of tweens and teens! I love that they go over the whole bill unlike alot of other places.PLUS everything always comes out great. Nails, toes, eyebrows, facials, etc... No one ever makes us feel rushed even when theyre busy.

I’m not one who ever rates places and on the rare occasion I do it’s always positive, but this place is god awful. I paid $35 for a polish change on my fingers and toes and I swear to lord Jesus Christ himself I could have drank a bottle of wine and did a better job myself. She kept on blaming it on the polish or the fact that I have “short nails” but oh man this girl must have a hard time coloring in the lines in a coloring book. Half of my hand is painted while at the same time only half of my nail is. Always give places 3 bad experiences before I officially stop going and third time was definitely not the charm in this case.

Very sloppy job for a manicure. I used to go a lot but the quality had gotten worse and worse . Nail polish all over my skin and very choppy cut for my cuticles. Highly recommend to not waste you’re money here

Slow service, my nail painting did not last more than a day!

Just moved to the area and decided to try a new local nail salon.the woman that greeted me was very nice, told me to pick a color and head over to chair 4. The moment I sat down I knew this was going to be an awful expeiriance. The girl was extremly rude and kept sanding my nail down to the point of pain, not just once but literally every nail she touched and when I would flinch she would mumble yeah sorry then jerk my hand back to a comfortable position for herself. When that torture finally ended I looked down to see every single nail a COMPLETELY DIFFERENT LENGTH. When this happened I politly asked her if she could fix them as Im having Christmas cards photos taken tomorrow and she said They just look longer cause I had to put on a new tip. That was it. Like no they are all different lengths because you have done nothing but watch the tv and text on your phone while I Sat here in silence for an hour for a FILL. She then grabbed my hand and rolled her eyes and filled one down to somewhat normal length and I knew at that point I was not going to let her fix anything else. I said it was fine and let her start painting. Awful. I have polish all over my skin. Some nails are not even covered, I was visibally upset and sent over to the dryer with almost no top coat. So now my fingers hurt from being over filed, every nail is a different length, my polish looks Like a preschooler did it, and Ive been treated like the biggest inconvenience to the nail tech from the moment I sat down. As I was holding in my frustration I got up to the desk to pay and I told the woman cashing out that I will pay for the service but it was the worst experience I have ever had and my nail were horrible and I would now have to go somewhere else and pay again to have them fixed. I said your technician is extremely rude and my nails are a mess. Here is your money. She didnt seem to understand but knew I was mad, she said you dont like? I said no I dont, and repeated everything I said and She looked ready to offer to fix them but I just said I will pay someone else to fix these I will not sit uncomfortably for a service I have paid for and now need fixed and then walked out the door. I will never step foot in there again. CUSTOMERS BEWARE.
