I’ve been coming to Posh Nail bar for over a year and a half and I am always impressed with the service and end result. The salon is clean and I don’t have any fears about getting COVID while I’m there because of the plexiglass shields and mask policy. All of the technicians go above and beyond to make sure that each client is happy with the end result. Michelle holds herself and her employees to a high standard and they deliver every time! I get so many complements on my nails wherever I go!

Came here with my mom to get a pedicure and a full set for her. Once my toes were finished I asked for the sandals because my toes were still wet and the lady literally yelled saying no you don’t need it. I chose the $45 pedicure because that’s what I’ve always had gotten, well I got charged an extra $25 just for polish, and another $5 for removal for a small piece of polish that was left over from one toe. As far as my moms full set, she asked for a certain style she wanted they wouldn’t listen to her. They just laughed and ignored what she asked for. They charged her $55 for just a full set, another $10 for a shape (mind you she didn’t ask for anything specific for a shape), and then an extra $15 for a design for ONE NAIL. It was literally a line going across the nail. So total for just a full set and pedicure was $155. WILL NEVER BE BACK for the disrespectful people that work here and thought it was funny. Also two employees were sleeping on the chairs and didn’t want to help the next customer.

I moved to Texas a little over a year ago. I went to EIGHT nail salons before I found Viva La Posh. Being a licensed cosmetologist I know what to expect as far as cleanliness standards and nail care. They definitely know what theyre doing here. I go to Khloe and Im always happy with my nails. Michelle, the owner, did a great job with her nail salon. Its so beautiful and I love that they offer a drink during your service. I will always come here!

I just had my nails done for the first time at Posh!! Jennifer did an AMAZING job. They atmosphere is phenomenal....it’s sparkling clean and beautifully designed and decorated!! My am currently get a black pearl pedicure which so far is awesome....and they don’t use cheese graters!!! I will definitely come back with my daughter’s, granddaughter and nieces!!! So thrilled to have found this place!

We had an absolutely amazing experience at Viva La Posh and wont go anywhere else!

This was the absolute worst experience ever. I was really excited to come and get my nails done with a friend and I asked for a certain shape and kept asking it I could go shorter or if it could me more round just to be told that this was all she can do. I asked for a certain design on my nails and she couldn’t do it, so I asked for a simpler design and it came out really messy with air bubbles still in my nails and not cleaned up around the edges. I normally do not complain as I am an optimist and love literally everything but this is not what a nail salon should be like. I brought it up to the male owner and it seemed as though he had an attitude and I still had to pay almost he full amount for something that I really didn’t even ask for will not be returning.

Currently sitting in the nail salon writing this review but they won’t allow you to walk to the color wall and pick your own color. After showing the lady 8 different colors they finally had one.. she didn’t properly do my feet and was in a hurry.. also wasn’t allowed to use the massage chairs nor was offered drinks 🙄.. I will stick to nails of America. If I could give 0 stars I would. Not worth the money and having to go get my feet redone elsewhere

This place is absolutely stunning! Not only that but the owner cares about the outcome of every customers service! When I went, I got acrylics and they have stayed on without peeling up or cracking. I would recommend this place 100%.

I rarely time the time to write reviews for businesses I love. I should though, because people are SO quick to review a business with a negative experience. For every review you see, you should know there are probably 100+ happy customers who never thought twice about taking the time to review. I love all of the girls (and men) who work at this salon. They do EXCELLENT work. It’s. A beautiful place with the highest attention to detail I’ve ever experienced. Be kind with your words if you had a less than perfect experience. Attempt to talk it over with the management before running to google and yelp and hiding behind a computer with your nasty words. The management here wants to improve and listens to feedback. My nails last 3 weeks, are always done to perfection and I love the friendly atmosphere when I come in.

VERY UNPROFESSIONAL BUSINESS! These are the nails I received when I asked for something different. I showed her the image, questioned her on her perspective on the color and style, and even stopped her to tell there theyre not what I asked. She then continued to say well the powder is already on, there not much I can do. Not a well I apologize sorry for the misunderstanding NOTHING!. I also asked for a square round tip not a coffin or ballerina. I have wide nail beds so I dont not like very narrow tips. I then continued to let it go and hope they would come out ok, even got a pedicure because I requested one in the beginning and everyone has to make their money. THEN ! When I decided to pay, she still tried to charge me for extra tip and the ombré all with an attitude on a service I DID NOT ASK FOR! I do not mind paying for the the services that were DESERVED but, as a business owner, if I see a customer is extremely disappointed with her results for a mistake I MADE I would definitely make sure to make up for it to keep that client for business and because it speaks on the business my location puts out in results! EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED! Will not be returning, hopefully the gentleman who did my pedicure got his tip.

Michelle the owner is the sweetest, Trisha is the absolute best at pedicures, and Kelly is the only one that I let do my nails. I have been coming here for the past 3 months every 2 weeks and not once have had a bad experience. I recommend the CBD pedicure!!!

I recommended Posh nail bar to a friend(I’ve never had a issue with them) and dear Lord did they do her wrong!!not once, not twice, but THREE timesshe was too embarrassed to have to ask a third time but when she got home sheer everyone they Told her she needed to go back and get them fixed.. well she went back and talk to Michelle who told her after taking them off that she would have to pay full price for a new set if she wanted to get them fixed... this upsets me so much because I was the one who recommended my friend to come here needless to say I will never ever recommend anyone to posh nail bar again!!! BOOOO!!I wish I can post pictures because it’s bad I will be posting the same review on yelp where I can post pictures!!!

I left a good review before but after going 3 times I had to remove my review. At first this place was great. It was a really good first experience except for my daughter. She said her tech had an attitude with her after my daughter said thank you for doing her nails. The second time I went in at the time of my appointment and still had to wait 40 mins. The third time is when I drew the line. I called on a Tuesday and made an appointment for a Sunday. I cut my vacation short to come home early to go and get my nails done. When I got to the salon Michelle wasn’t there and no one could do my nails because they had a party. So Michelle calls me and says she doesn’t remember talking to me and wouldn’t have put me on the schedule because it was her sons birthday. So I had to wait a whole week before I could get back in. So here comes my next appointment and me and my daughter both had appointments at the same time but my daughter had to wait an hour. So Michelle made the comment that sanding my nails down was like sawing trees down. Um. Ok. Then her next client comes in and she rushes to finish me and there was a bump sticking up from the clear coat and she just took a file and filed it down. Didn’t put the clear coat back on. So I had to go around with it feeling horrible. The lady FINALLY finished with my daughter and I went and got my eye brows done. When we go to check out it was $145 for me to get a color change and refill and my daughter a new set. I don’t even spend that much when I get my hair done. So we are on our way home and Michelle calls and says she forgot to ring up my eyebrows. So you are telling me the $145 didn’t include my eyebrows?! So I am furious at this point and just give her my card number over the phone which I NEVER do. So we WONT back. It is too hard to get an appointment and my daughters nails started lifting and coming off 4 days later. Not impressed.

Ive been in Texas for a year now and have not been able to find a salon that I like, until now! I wish I got the name of the gentleman that did my nails but he did amazing! I think I found my new spot.

Michelle is absolutely the NAIL QUEEN. She is very professional, takes pride in her work, takes her time with you and most of all makes you feel like family when you are in her salon.. from lashes, to microblading, to nails, MICHELLE is my go to! Pedicure wise, ALL the techs are absolutely AMAZING.. Posh Nail Bar DEFINITELY has a customer for life

Previously visited this salon prior today and my experience was awesome. But for some reason today they could not provide the same color powder to refill the ombré set that I already have on my hands and was done by this salon a few weeks ago.. The nail technician instead asked me if I wanted white and grey ombré. Smh I just said no I don’t want that and left. In search for a new nail salon. I thought this would be my new salon seeing as it’s only around the corner from my new home. I find it amazing that they will just allow customers and money to walk out the door. Manager was present but apparently customer dissatisfaction is not enough concern for her to get off the phone and address. Unprofessional!

I was there for the first time and I will definitely come back. I’m very picky about my nails. In fact, I love my new nails and a pedicure massage was great!

I was recommended to this place, because I loved my hairstylist’s nails. Called and they said they could take me, just walk in by 6:30. I drive 25 min. To be asked if I had an appointment, then if I called, then who I spoke to, and if it was the boss. I felt unwelcome, and it wasn’t a good look for a new potential customer. I left so they didn’t feel pressured to take me 30 min before closing.

Highly unprofessional. Made me stop in the middle of my full set to let another customer take my spot. The pedicure took maybe five minutes and it was extremely rushed and she picked out my color without approving it with me. The owner is very rude to her employees. I felt like really uncomfortable. And I love trying new salons but I’m not coming back.

Very welcoming and personable staff.AC was turned on and a great temperature.Atmosphere was classy yet normal, the staff engaged and listen to customers when speaking.Also, my 15 year old daughter was provided exceptional service! We will definitely make this our preferred nail salon. I would also wait if needed for this type of service! We worth it!!

My nails turned out great. However, owner was very rude and unprofessional. She was rude to staff and put regulars before new clients even when appointment was made. Made an appointment a week in advance and was told to come back or switch nail techs because of a double booking error. it’s a very pricey place but unprofessional. Will never return.

I booked Microblading and lashes with Michelle - she did an amazing job. She was super kind and very patient with me throughout the entire process. She took her time and didnt rush any part of my service and I could not be more excited with her work. The salon is stunning and every staff member kept up with extreme cleanliness. Nail techs did a wonderful job on both a dip gel mani and the pedi I received. I highly suggest an appointment, with their popularity there seems to be a lengthy wait for wall-ins.

The owner takes a lot of pride in the service here. The technicians always seem pretty happy and the atmosphere is truly relaxing. I’m fairly picky and I’ve never been upset by service here. I won’t go anywhere else anymore. All of the techs are great but Daniel is my favorite. I get the powder dip nails. They never crack and Daniel always gets them perfectly right to the cuticles. 3 weeks post a mani here looks like 2 weeks post at other more expensive nail salons.

Great service and a gorgeous salon! My nails look great and they have stayed on for way longer than I have experienced with any other salon. This is definitely the place I will be going to from now on.

I was in town visiting family and this place was highly recommended. Khloe (hope I spelled that right) did a wonderful job on my shellac manicure and Victoria was amazing with my pedicure. I did the Pamper Me pedi. The experience was great and worth every penny I spent. The customer service from beginning to end was perfection.

5 out of 10 nails are crooked, and I brought it to my technician’s attention and she didn’t fix it. Was kind of rude too. She didnt shave the access powder under my nails. I asked for coffin shaped nails and they look square. Was overpriced as well.
