Great family oriented facility which puts emphasis on the holistic wellness & care of the individual with classes and courses set up to train and condition the body, mind AND spirit. The center staff have to this point exemplified to me the exact tenets of which the original founding were based; cultivating relationships with the understanding that EACH one is important to the ultimate goal of the regeneration of mankind to his original God given ideal. Hats off to the organization as a whole.π©
Its a great, clean place to get a good workout. Lots of options with newer machines and weights, and if you like exercise classes, they have a wide variety to choose from. The staff are very friendly. We have been going there for many, many years. I totally recommend it.
Love this place. My whole family enjoy coming to this YMCA. The staff is excellent, Front desk. Floor people, Gym area and most of all The Sports Director Michael and his staff are great! My kids played sports there all year round and as long as I leave in this area wouldnt change this place. Great people excellent service. Thumbs up ππ»
Good facility, good community, and WONDERFUL staff. The childcare staff are so lovely and great with the kids. I trust them completely and they have always been so helpful and friendly. Couldnt ask for a better place to work out and take my kids.
Check in was easy and fun. I could have talked to them all day and skipped the work out. We were from out of town and Elizabeth checked us in with ease. Durell was fun to talk with as well. We attended the group classes and felt like part of the Texas family. Karen, Diane, Piranda were excellent class instructors. They made it fun to play along. Wisconsin felt very welcome.
Love almost everything about the Y, except their hours. The kid watch is great, the staff are friendly, but the hours suck. So trying to get back into the gym when your hours are limited really is frustrating, many times Ive thought about canceling for that reason only.
I mainly use the pool, and EA Smith keeps their pool in great shape. More than that, the staff at the desk, and those on the pool deck are very friendly and helpful.
I love the classes where I can meet people. The gym is well-manged with friendly and helpful. Busy and friendly.
Affordable and good programs for kids ! Very good gym and facilities for adults too
The facility is just okay, but their communication is awful. I just tried to go with my child since the website shows that child watch is open 1-4 on Sundays. Was rudely informed that it is not open and this is part of a winter program. Thereβs a flier I could take home, but this kind of information should be online in 2018. Not the first time Iβve had trouble with poor communication from the staff. Will be considering better options for the future.
My family loves this place. Its clean, doesnt smell. The staff is πππ€π!!!The team coaches are nice and friendly. The parents are down to earth.
The classes and instructors are awesome. Although Perry YMCA is a much nicer looking facility and closer to me, I prefer to go this location just for the fact that they have variety of group classes with great instructors.
I would say thank you your YMCA always nice and cleanDo not forget all the nice people who works there
Entolled my two grandchildren in soccer. They had no coach so I volunteered. I went to the website to fill out the coaching app. Found out the site was not working. They called me and said it was fixed and to try again. This time it kept telling me to click on a certain icon that just was not there. So the team was without a coach for the season and I saw no comcern on their part at all. They didnt even offer team pictures. Our team made it to the playoffs without an assigned coach but lost in the first round. This is eight and nine year olds playing through adversity. It cost close to three hundred dollars for my grandkids to play in this league and when I tryed to help I was told to get off the field and fill out the app if I wanted to coach knowing the app was not working properly. This is the worst excuse for a YMCA that I have ever seen. The young staff that helped when they could did a good job but nothing was permanent. It was always uncertainas to where we stood. Other YMCAs have to be better than this one in Webster.
This is about the worst gym I have been to. They were over charging my credit card and over drafted my account I had to pay extra to my bank because of it. On June they called me and told me the monthly rate was going to be $15.00 dollars a month because of low income program. To find out the first month they charged me $45.00 thent next $15.00 month . Then the last two months they charged me $75. I called them several times about my refund and they Sayed it would take 30 days I waited more than that to receive my refund and they havent reimburse my money until I payed off my $15 dollar balance since I had to cancel my bank card because of them. Bad business and not honest about their billing practices. So you have to hold my refund hostage in order for me to pay off my $15 dollar monthly balance. Will not recommend!!!!!! Horrible communication!!!!!!Child care hoursMonday - Thursday8am -12pm then from 4pm - 8pmFriday8am - 12pm then from 4pm - 7pmSaturday8am - 12pmSunday CLOSED
My son loves this YMCA, he has been going here since he was 5. He loves the summer camp.
Great gym! Awesome environment, dont have to worry about the-intense-gym-eager.
Staff is cool. Could use plate loaded machines. Did not care for community shower in mens room other YMCAs have stalls with curtains.
*UPDATE* The webster YMCA has now charged me for FOUR months of a membership that I canceled in July. They have taken $180 Out of my acct. since August 2019.I got a notification today that they have βApproved my membership Cancellationβ...I am very unhappy, and have yet to receive my refund.Original- I asked them to cancel my membership over a month before I was billed for the following month & they still charged me the entire months fee.
Baby sitters really nice n everybody is really nice over there
My girls love this YMCA .....Gives Mommy & Daddy time to exercise π«π β£
This place is too small it was nice in 1987 but they need to expand but are happy but work more and more people moving this way its just too small
Excellent work out facility, and their coffee is good too.
Great equipment, respectful staff and members. Not your planet fitness crowd.
Pickleballs played here M to F 9a-1p & Sun 12-2.30. Come and join us.
Aboustley hate this gym ! I used to go to the YMCA by my house so sad they had to close they were so respcutful and friendly to me and then I come to this place were there is a bunch of douche bag workers this gym doesnt even deserve one star
I was ok with it being small but darn some of the staff were rude. Im going to try other Y
The child care center workers are abusive and poorly trained. There is high staff turn-over.
This is bad my son went there to play in a league and u cant steal
Way to expensive and lack amenities
Dated building, many teenagers go here just for the mushroom fields behind the center.
Staff and place is unforgettable.
They stay asking how old I am fam.
Over the years this Y has gone down. Mostly its because the staff doesnt treat members cordially. They do not protect members privacy & they operate the Y on a buddy system. Its who knows who.
I love it
Nonprofit, 125 to join and 60 monthly
Its good
Needs a sauna
