No hassles always equipment available . Great atmosphere. Just the positive motivation I needed

I have been in gyms for 35 years. PF is always clean, everything works, none of the pads are cracked like in most gyms, high quality treadmills, modern weights & machines, air conditioning, free combination lock lockers, massage chairs, low crowds and low prices. I miss the days of gyms with hot tubs and swimming pools and I would pay a lot extra for them, but PF is still a 5 star gym.

This is the second PF that I have been a member of, and I love this place. The gym is always clean, and even with the restrictions in place there is more than enough equipment to get in pre-planned workout. The staff is great, always friendly and professional. This is by far the best value when it comes to local gyms, so much so I just upgraded to the Black Card.I have read all of the negative comments and the people who posted them either work for another gym or are likely the type to complain about free money being too green. Check it out for yourself. I dont think that youll be disappointed.

Ever since covid 19 their price went up monthly and their customer service is worse, when you have to wipe down machines Before & After each use and now their closed even earlier on weekends than 9 oclock so whats the membership fee for, cause if your wiping down the equipment its pointless to have employees. There are way better gyms than planet fitness, boycott.

Tanning only 2 minutes, fan didnt work.Thats the only planet fitness in America also the only one in Massachusetts,they allowed only 2 minutes tanning, big fan didnt work. Freaking hot here inside!!!! My rate for this gym is negative 5🌟,I will email the CEO!!

This is a great gym that is kept very clean and the staff are always friendly! What a great place, and environment. A great community to be part of.

My home gym ...love this pf out of most others Ive been too ...always clean ...must wear masks due to covid but wont be leaving them anytime soon..

If you want to use the tanning I recommend not coming here. I am not sure where this two minute time rule came from, but they only let you tan for two minutes for the first three times. Then 4. Ive been to many planet fitnesses and havent come across such a thing. New law?? My 2nd time going today and I had to redress to come out and tell the 2 workers to please turn my bed on. Ive been a black card member for many years and I expect professionalism and at the very least DECENT customer service. Have not been able to use the gym part yet, maybe when this mask bull$hit is over.🙄 Not sure if I will return here.

Been a member for years with no issues until the annoying blonde lady in the morning kept bugging me to download the app. I went in there today and told her Im not downloading the app and she said theres nothing I can do for you then and wouldnt allow me to access the gym. So I asked to cancel my membership and to my surprise she went through with my request with ease. Maybe she owns this branch Im not sure but all I know is thats some poor customer service.

The gym is kept very clean and everyone respects the mask rules. Lots of cleaning stations so people can clean the machines after use, which I see everyone doing.The only con is that there are people who just sit at the weightlifting machines for 30+ minutes and dont do anything. Due to COVID, sometimes there is only one machine to use.

So with COVID raging and people not wanting to expose themselves any more than they have to, to cancel a membership Planet Fitness requires you to COME IN to sign something....are you kidding me?!?! EXACTLY what we DONT WANT TO DO!

Very clean and well managed. Only drawback is every other machine is closed for social distancing. Not very crowded. No judgment!!!

If I could put a no stars I would. Staff watch members walk around with no mask and say not one word. I’ve pointed it out several times nothing was done or said. Unsafe environment. I don’t see there staff clean all they do is stand at the front desk all day long.

This location was very convenient to where I lived and worked at the time. When I worked out at this Planet Fitness, the employees were not too friendly and most of the equipment were not wiped down. Customers are responsible to wipe down when switching machines but employees need to monitor as well.Locker rooms are decent size and kept clean.

I really love this place and Im proud to call it my home away from home. Its the single spot I spend the most time outside of work or home.... The general vibe of the gym is friendly. The bulk of the staff is very nice and personable. The (short) assistant manager of the gym is eady going and very helpful with all gym needs. The staff always tries to help with any problems and is pretty quick to remember if youre a frequent visitor. Building is kept pretty clean and thats important to me. I could go on and on....

Front desk staff was cool and the gym experiece was great i love this location

Place is always clean and now post covid they have set it up 1 way .... people dont seem to pay attention but THEY are trying at least. Mask must be worn in the door and while walking around but once you reach your station you can take it off.

I have been a member since February of this year and enjoy the location as it is close to home. The staff is great and very welcoming. One if the issues I have are other members not using the 30 minute room correctly (per the signs you have to shift machines when the light is red and some people will stay on the machine far longer). Also, other members dont always clean the machines they were using but that is a member issue. Overall, I enjoy coming here and like the black lounge which is always tidy.

Worst place ever. Ripped me off money refuses to pay back. Raised prices without warning and their customer service is something else. Do not go here!

Big gym just missing a rower machine and a few odd ones. Otherwise Id give it a 5 star.

Lady working there wasn’t reasonable at all, and was very disrespectful.

Clean facility, very friendly staff. Prices are a tad high but worth it for the quality.

I always go early morning. The woman who works the front desk is pleasant and attentive. Gave me some great advice as far as what product I needed to buy. On site cooler is always stocked with decent brand protein shakes and any other beverage you may need during your workout.

I am quite happy with this location. Its bigger than many gyms and the staff are very friendly. It does some days get fairly packed at 7 in the evening when I generally go.

I have been going to this gym for a year plus now and used to love it, but when the manager tells me I cant bring my jump rope and weight belt (any outside gym equipment) after Ive brought it for months to take my training to the next level. If this problem gets fixed Ill come back and give a better rating, but now Im looking into another gym...

The place is great, everything you could want for equipment is there as well as option to tan, spa, get a massage. But do wipe equipment down before and after you use it, not everyone has the common sense you have!!!

Convenient location from my house. Always clean and spacious. The equipment are updated unlike some other planet fitness locations

Best time to go is 7am id if u wanna beat the rush... typical gym otherwise theres some great shows some days that really make the effort worth it!!

Its clean with a lot of machines and not screaming body builders. But I did not really like the lack of free weights. It seemed very machine driven. If you want a proper work out, you need free weights to work stablizers in your muscles

Lost my kid here 2 weeks ago, been looking under every machine since and NO STAFF help me! But its a pretty clean and nice establishment.

I interviewed here for a weekend position while in college about a year ago, which went great, but I didnt get the job. I applied again earlier this year and they scheduled an interview with me for a different position and I told them I had been interviewed before in the past. About half hour before my in-person interview (which was 2 days after the phone interview) I was called by an associate and told that the manager had to leave unexpectedly for an emergency to another PF location where a manager walked out and they were short staffed. The girl I spoke to sounded very unpleasant and nervous, and I was the one who had to ask if they would call me to reschedule and she said um yeah...well yeah....(long pause)...she will call you back, definitely. Follow up never happened. This was an extremely unprofessional experience and I believe it was all an excuse to cancel on me. If they lie to me about something as simple as this, I can only imagine how they treat customers. I live locally and was planning to have a membership at this planet fitness but due to this experience, I have no interest to. My boyfriend and his family were also planning to get memberships here to all go together, but we decided to get memberships at another fitness center. Planet Fitness, get your s**t together please.

Gym is Clean and maintained. Unlike other gyms in area. Staff is friendly and helpful. Ive been a member since they opened and will continue!

The only reason why I give this gym a 1 star is because Im training to go overseas as Veteran I can not train with my training mask due to intimidation reasons! Im at the gym here to get myself ready to go and do missions in high altitude. If they changed it is would recommend it more to people.

Treadmills are high tech and Nice atmosphere

The staff is awesome, very helpful and knowledgeable. The facility is state of the art and kept in tip top shape. There are just so many machines, you never have to wait.

I go to Webster Planet Fitness late at night and the third shift staff, Miguel has always been a very accommodating host.

I’ve been a member here for at least a year and I swear that the staff just get ruder as the time goes on. Aside from the two girls that pay NO attention to anyone and act bothered if a member asks them a question. They will definitely answer with more attitude than a female on her menstral. Theres also that one guy that works the late shift on the weekends.... Don’t get me started with him... ALL he does is read a book on his shift. You wouldn’t think it would be possible To be ruder than those two females but he makes it happen. Just wow. Besides the sweat stains left on most benches that NO ONE cleans up on the late shift.... it’s a pretty decent place. It would definitely be better if people scanned in their own card to get in instead of having to deal with this Brady bunch. Usually the attitude I get at the entrance bothers me enough to not want to be there more than 45 minutes or so. - get a new staff team will ya. Thanks.

Great location great hours great staff

The Black Card Membership is misleading. The sign in the front lobby says unlimited guest privileges for black card members. The sign fails to mention guests are not allowed in the black card member areas. THERE IS A $20 FEE TO DOWNGRADE YOUR MEMBERSHIP FROM BLACK CARD TO REGULAR MEMBERSHIP. I wish Planet Fitness had a more straightforward price and fee schedule. The $10 a month gimmick is starting to get old just tell people how much you are going to charge them every month/ year and quit the hidden fees. I think most people dont like surprise fees but maybe its just me.

For a Planet Fitness, they have a surprising amount and variety of machines.

AMAZING! This gym has a great staff and is very clean! The black card is definitely the way to go! They keep the tanning beds and hydro beds very clean.

This gym is overcrowded and people need to use deodorant that work out here ! Also there is one short bald guy that thinks he is huge who is loud and always talking to everyone instead of working out he is very annoying. I have seen other members get offended by this .

Great gym for a great price staff is great the only problem I have is it closes too early on the weekend I like to go there at night time but they close so early on the weekend thats my only problem overall everythings great.

Advertised as 24/5 but they close at 9 on Fridays.... Thats 24/4 and its the biggest problem with this location. Other than that, its a nice full size and clean gym.

I mainly only go very early in the morning, and I must say that Miguel is great, he makes you feel comfortable on your way in and out, overall his friendliness and eagerness to help is awesome.

Clean and well kept. Friendly staff. Peak times get a little crowded, but always room for something.

New location, great staff and equipment for getting just what you want out of a workout. The Hydromessage chairs are pretty cool too...

My kids, (13 and 14 years old), and I joined. We make it there a few times a week. There are so many things for all ages.

Absolutely wonderful experience. Miguel at the front desk was extremely knowledgable, helpful, welcoming and professional. It is because of the excellent customer service at this location, that I will make it my primary PF to work out at and upgrade to the all inclusive membership.The facility was spotless as well as the womens locker room. Good atmosphere and complete judgement free zone. I was skeptical about the hydro massage chair, but after trying it I absolutely loved it.Plenty of cardio machines and a couple of each other type of work out equip.Id highly recommend this location.

This facility is about five minutes maximum from my house but I choose to drive twenty five minutes to another facility because the staff in Webster are very rude. I signed up online and when I came into the facility for the first time, they didnt offer to show me around, or even conversate with me for that matter. Their tanning has a two minute maximum that they dont bother telling you about either. I cant wait until my 90 days is over so I can transfer to the Dayville location!

This was my first and last visit to PF in Webster. Walked in and asked to do a max time tan in a booth. I pay for this as I have a black membership. I was told I could only do 2 minutes because this was my first time. When I stated I go to PF in Killingly CT and Shrewsbury MA, he said it did not matter because Massachusetts state laws restrict how long you can use a tanning devise. After doing research, I could only find laws for tanning restrictions for minors which I am NOT. This is a violation of what I pay for with my membership!!! I will be contacting headquarters to file a complaint!!!

I like tje massage beds but sont like that tjey dont offer classes

Claims to be 24/7 online but only when you go there its 24/5 this is really annoying I wanna go to the gym right now at this specific time and I cant because they arent open 24/7 like they advirtise. SWITCHING BACK TO PURE FITNESS !!

Im only giving this a 2 star because i love the package deal but the gym itself is not great. My first 2 days i got really bad service and just today the manager yelled at me and my friend for not doind the 30 min workout exactly as instructed. We were skipping the cardio and skipping certain machines and the manager came over and said we had to do it in order or we cant be in that section. Mind you we were the only 2 people in that section. The service is rude and they definitely dont make you feel like you belong.

So I a member for over 3 years and this location suddenly makes me sign a waver for tanning and limiting me to 2 minutes at their location. Freak you . Agree staff is rude as wellFirst visit to Webster and last one !!!!!! Will pass the word on this for sureOh yeah lets not forget the 4 page waiver Im to sign . Seriously !! Like I have time for that
