Located on State St just minutes from the FastTrack and McDonalds right in the same plaza as the Stewarts youll find a tax oasis that few people even know exists. The gentleman that owns this location (and several others from here to western NY) is one of the nicest guys you could meet and has an amazing uniquely American success story. With that said I have never left their wondering if my taxes were done right. Now there are some fees depending what route you choose to go some say theyd rather not pay a few hundred dollars when there are all these free apps now. Fair point but in my opinion you cant put a price on peace of mind. Theyve explained things I didnt understand they answer my questions show me my options give me expert advice Ive literally left there before and had the advance on my card before I even reached FastTrack. Theyre work is garunteed. If youre like my family and know whats at stake when it comes to tax time I highly recommend going to talk to a pro who is knowledgeable caring kind and professional and this place has all that and more!

I called to ask about the second part of the loan and I was hung up on which at first I thought could possibly of been an accident bc I couldn’t imagine the lady actually being that rude she sounded to be in her late 20s early 30s but then I never got called back so that explains it all

Ive visited Jackson Hewitt for the past 10+ years to file my taxes. The staff is always very friendly and helpful with any questions or concerns that may come up. They also accept walk-ins, which is great for those who would rather just stop in when given a chance. I wont go to anyone else!

It says there open on Tuesdays 9-4 but when you call nobody answers. Been waiting on our state taxes for months now, not fair!!! Be professional. Will never go thru them again!!!😡😡😡

Wrong directions to this location. It is actually located on State St by Stewarts. I paid for 2 cabs just to get there because of wrong directions
