This used to be my favorite nail spa, but the last two pedicures have been seriously bad. Today was the last straw. I have a special event coming up and my feet need another pedicure before I can wear sandals in pictures. I am furious! No time was spent smoothing my feet. Cuticles are half trimmed. And no top coat was used, which I should have been paying better attention to. Total waste of money. They are always very nice but the quality has been poor, like they aren’t even trying anymore. Go somewhere else.

Wife loves this place as do my fellow coworkers at the hospital.

This is going to have to be the absolute worst nail place I have ever been to. The level of professionalism is very poor. I came around 12pm and requested a $50 spa pedicure in which only took the lady 15 minutes. Needless to say I got up and walked out without even having my toes painted because it was so bad. Customer care was nonexistent in that place! Not to mention I was still made to pay full price when my toes were not trimmed, filed, or smoothed!

Its a decent little place she spent a lot of time on my shaping and they were very pretty. I liked them alot but they were very brittle so they broke After 2 weeks I would recommend it but, Dont let them file your nails down a lot.

Hannah and Nancy are the best! Today I saw Hannah and she did amazing on my nails. They came out exactly how I envisioned them.As soon as I walked in they were able to start on me within 5 minutes. She removed some acrylics I still had holding on for dear life from a month ago... and did a fresh set, coffin shape, with butterflies on 2 fingers for $55 plus $10 for the tip. So worth the money, I would have paid more in CA for this for sure.

Awesome job by Ted! He did a ombré pink and white acrylic full set for long nails, he did a awesome job. Some of the nails sorta are the same size and some aren’t but I don’t really have a problem with that as long as it isn’t to noticeable. Also I received a lotion hand massage after which I have never gotten before with any other nail salon, it was very nice! (:

The people are nice and all and my nails ended up nice BUT they have cut me and my friend on our finger while filling and shaping. I understand a mistake but they were very reckless. Each time I’d pull away they pull back and continue while I was in discomfort. I have 3 fingers cut on my right and the left I have 2. They hurt really bad that it hurts to run my fingers under water right now. Not only do they cut me. They had overcharged me.!! If anything they should have took money off for cutting me and my friend and making us bleed. They were very rush and didn’t let me or my friend pick a color. I will never go back there again.

Services were rushed, even after getting more than a basic pedicure... My friend accompanied me. After her tech realized we knew she was being talked about, he tried to play it off by saying she picked a nice color based off her circumstances. My tech would flat out ignore me and when I was acknowledged, he acted as if he couldn’t understand what I was saying. They swapped out, and my new tech was a female... she also ignored me and gave me attitude and referred me to Luxx nails as if I’m the one that’s giving her a hard time. I paid $70 for just a pedicure to be extremely unhappy with the customer services.

Great place to get nails done. Everyone is very pleasant and helpful. Enjoy going there...so relaxing.

This place is not as good as everyone is raving about. I went in and asked for Nancy and the man laughed at me. When he sat me down and starting doing my nails I had to ask is Nancy not available today? He just laughed at me again and started talking to the other lady that worked there about Nancy. Worse then this was he then cut me and when I started bleeding all over the place he tried to clean it with cotton wool! Oh and on top of all this he didnt even do a good job painting my nails. I feel like crying. Never going back!! Oh I almost forgot they give you a nice massage at the end.. atleast thats what I thought, he was so rough I thought he was going to dislocate my thumb and he gave me no privacy when I was putting my car pin into the machine. Ok I thinks thats everything

They were so good! I came in to fix a broken nail and get a repaint, and the lady was so gentle and informed me that the previous place I went had made my nails to thin and thats why they broke so soon. She only charged me $13 to fix the nail and completely repaint all of them. Definitely will go back

Went in asked for certain colors and he told me he was doing ombre instead. Not only was the length wrong there are dips in each of my nails and I need a fill after only having them done for one week. Very dissatisfied and disappoint. It cost me 65 dollars for sport short horrible looking ombre nails that have dips in the ends of the nail. Will never go back again.

Was referred to VIP by a coworker. Nancy is the best. Not only was she a sweetheart but very quick and the girl can do some nails! Full set, chrome paint, and nail art all done in 45 minutes. She is my go to girl from now on. Love the place.

I prefer the powder dipped nails to acrylic or gel. Ive had my nails done at 2 other places and Hannah is by far the best technician for my powder dipped nails. Im very happy with the results. They feel as close to my real nails as Ive ever had. I highly recommend her.

The whole salon itself gets 5 STARS! But yesterday I went in and got Mimi. First off, I told her Im kinda new to the area and live in Fort Drum with my husband. She said Im way too young to be married(I told her I was almost 20). She said I was making a bad life decision. Secondly, I wanted my nails very long which Ive been doing for 2 years now. She charged me an extra $10 to get them long. And when she went to file my acrylics she shoved the nail up and I yelled ow! And she said I told you they were too long instead of saying sorry, and continued to be extremely rough. Even though Ive had my nails done longer than this for the past 2 years and never once had that problem. Lastly, I wanted a certain nail design with a total of 5 rhinestones and matte top coat. She said she will charge me an extra $10 to get the stones (thats a total of $20 extra for my whole set.) She told me I have to get gel polish in order to get matte top coat while my friend was able to get matte with her regular polish. Everyone else there is amazing. Especially Jenny. I had her the first time.

They do a nice job for this area of the world. I think the pedicures could be a little more better, hence the 4/5. I feel like they didnt cut or clean my nails as well as other places.

Ive been getting my nails done here since they opened. I love coming here, they call me by name since my second visit. Ive gotten my nails done by everyone in the salon, I love how my nails turn out every time. Im definitely not the easiest to please but I ALWAYS leave happy. Ive never had a bad experience at this nail salon, first time in my life Ive found a nail salon that I enjoy spending money at. Ive been getting acrylics since I was 14, Ive gone to many salons in various states and this one is by far the cleanest, with the most polite staff Ive ever encountered. I will continue to come here till its time to move agian. Ive been in 8 times, and I cant wait for my next fill.

I had several great experiences here and would recommend them to others. They are very hygienic and clean. The staff is no nonsense, which some might find off-putting, but theyre just focusing and doing great work.

My mother and I came in for pedicures, waited for 30 minutes then were seated in chairs, no water was started.. here we are now 45 minutes later. Im about to put my shoes on and leave, no one has said anything to us and a few of their technicians arent doing anything.

Some friends and I just went to have pedicures done. Jenny and Ken were working on the three of us. Both Jenny and Ken did a great job. The sea salt exfoliator and the warm wax were amazing. The only thing I was hoping for, but didnt get was the heel grater. They didnt do much in the way of working on calluses.Well be back again.

The worst..they do not listen to your request ..put your nail shape however THEY want....just horrible service. when complaint was given they immediately started rambling in their home language, which is super rude

I got sns nail dip on my natural nails almost four days ago and my nails are already chipping and coming off. Ive been going to a different nail salon for a little while and decided to try vip out, I always get the nail dip and Ive never had problems. The dip on my nails are so thin its not helping me, which I have thin nails already. My dip nails usually last two weeks and I have no problem not just four days.

I have been to VIP a lot and everyone there is wonderful except the person that has booth 5, he is extremely rough and seems to continue to say sorry when he hurt me, I want to go back but I don’t want this man to touch me, he not only was rough but he was sloppy. I give everyone else a 5 star but him I don’t think he should even get 1 star, sorry sorry.

They are getting 1 star, because my 1st time here was great, thanks to the female owner. Most are nice too.1st of all, I made the mistake of noticing that their sterilized instruments were in sterilization pouches, but hadnt actually been sterilized. When I asked about it, the man became VERY angry & asked me why I would ask that because, no one asks, were very big & busy, look around. Next, because Id irritated him, he was rough & careless, cutting my finger with a file. The gel polish was a thin, sloppy mess that clearly needed more than 2 coats & Ive been peeling it off my skin, my cuticles, and under my nails since yesterday.My pedicure, I believe Id had the owner. Id asked for a deluxe $45 dollar 45 minute pedicure which included a long list of things. Now, it was timed & I did get my 45 minutes, which included alllll the stopping & starting because of assisting every other walk in that came in the door & check the list of customers. At one point when the man doing my pedicure left, didnt mention he was leaving, then someone else ran over & polished my nails. Because they were busy & rushing, I started off with the pedicure bath Cold, I took my feet out & told him it was cold, he turned the water back on for 5 seconds & had me put my feet back in, I mentioned again it was still not at all warm, he just said okay & continued. I also hadnt realized that my toenails hadnt even been filed, just cut so they are a bit jagged/rough when they switched people on me. I was then ordered/rushed to dry my toes, the toe separator slipped as I shimmied my feet over as carefully as I could, but also trying to be fast because they were in a rush... 2 toe nails smudged slightly. The woman who was rushing me was very bothered by this & told me to sit & shell come back & fix it... This was 2 hours into my visit & I said, I really have to go. 5 minutes later, the nails were fixed and I was told, Ill come back for top coat. I once again stated that I really really needed to leave, I was ignored. Seconds from grabbing the bottle & applying myself, the man whod started my pedicure walked back in, something was said to him & he came over, applied top coat & told me to wait another 10 minutes 😡 I told him I couldnt I had to go pick up my children, I asked for a quick dry of any kind...he told me they dont have one, but would let me take the little flappy sandals to help.To top it off, I went to pay, while waiting (again) for someone to help me, I start reviewing what was supposed to be included in my expensive deluxe pedicure, one of which, the callous remover (which is one of the main parts of a pedicure) wasnt done, on top of multiple cut corners to speed things up. When I asked about the callous remover I was told I didnt need it because my skin was thin. I havent gotten a pedicure in 3 months, work on my feet, and its sandal season... Ive got calluses...which were taken care of last time I was there too (3months ago) FYI. But, I wasnt offered a less expensive price for something I didnt need.If they arent busy, you may have some luck here, like I did last time I was there. But, beware of when theyre busy & beware of the mail owner, hes very distracted.Also, smokers... Some of the staff was leaving during pedicures to smoke & when theyd come back the smelled so strong of cigarettes, then didnt wash hands or out on gloves & went back to the pedicures they were working on.

Amazing nail salon they always do a great job with my nails and are very precise with their work. I highly recommend this salon.

Asked for coffin shape nails. Got super thick uneven nails, even my husband that knows nothing about nails said they looked terrible., she did fix them . But totally did not get what i wanted . Not going back will not recomend.

I wish they took the time to really work on your callouses instead of going through the motions. When you pay for the most expensive pedicure and get a 20 dollar pedicure its not worth it.So go with the girls and get the basic pedicure if you want your moneys worth.

My granddaughter and I had a very negative experience on 9/3, I asked for a pedicure TWO times and all they did was a polish change! My grand daughter asked for a French tip full set which they also screwed up! She got a full set with full nail color! And they made them too thick and it was horriably painful for my granddaughter. We ended up having to go somewhere else to repair the nails! Not only did they completely screw up my grand daughters nails they also used DIRTY TOOLS! When explaining this to the owner he got in my face and scremed at me! Very rude and they have horriably customer service and they shouldn’t be in business! Also extremely overpriced! I did not leave feeling like a VIP

This is my first ever written review on a company, because I am not a regular complainer. I understand a business can get very stressful and overwhelming and getting bad service will happen, but I do not normally hold it against the employees. BUT this was just a terrible experience. I went in to ask for an eyebrow wax, they only had one other customer in their, not busy at all. The lady gave me a dirty look and started walking to the back without even directing me to come with her so she just turned around and rudely said “COME ON”, she put burning hot wax on my face without cooling it, she didn’t do the process right at all, she didn’t tweeze them, or put cooling gel on. She then told me once again rudely not to tip because she didn’t want to pay tax on it, and i left with hair still around my eyebrows. HORRIBLE EXPIRIENCE. If you want to be sour towards customers, fine, but at least do your job correctly. Going home to finish her job and tweeze the leftover hairs.

I went on Saturday for a pedicure. The staff was terrific, the pedicure was amazing and I will certainly be back!
