I have been on an extended visit from out of state. A week ago I had my nails done at another salon. The service left my nails in bad condition. Today I came into this nail salon. Peter was awesome. He listened to my needs and was able to fix what went wrong from my other visit across town. He had to clip and file off all the acrylic the other lady did that didnt even adhere to my nails. Everything that was loose and chipped, he corrected. He told me up front what the charge would be....$30 for acrylic fill and gel polish. There was no surprise charges or extra fees for filing my nails shorter. When visiting in this area, I know where to come. The other salon was beautiful and rather fancy but the service was not. This salon was your average aesthetic of a store front nail salon, but the work was excellent. I will take quality work any day over a facade. Thank you Peter!!!!

I’m over 70 and clipping my toe nails has become increasingly difficult. I’ve thought about having a pedicure and this location was suggested. it was my first time; I didn’t know what to expect. I wish I had done it before. At $27 it was a bargain; a splurge for me.The second time I went the price was $37.

Went in for the first time ever for a manicure. First off the man doing my manicure cut the bed of my finger while trimming, my nails were were jagged and crooked and not at all the way I wanted them! Treated my daughter to a manicure also and its been 3 days and her nails are chipping already!! I should never have tipped before service was done but never going there again!!

One of the worst experiences Ive ever had at a nail salon. I came in to get a pedicure and to remove my old dip powder over my nails, and replace it with fresh color. The pedicure was fine, great. I kept asking her if she would start soaking my nails so that we could start working on my feet were done - she said no. When she started removing my acrylic, she took the plastic nail tips on the edges of my acrylic and jammed them in between the acrylic and my real nail, in order to peel them off. It was excruciating. It tore off pieces of my nail bed in shreds and chunks, and of course I screamed. It was extremely painful. The standard for dip powder removal is to soak it off. She did the next nail and it didnt hurt, so I decided to see how it would go because getting them removed how she was doing it would probably be much faster - and maybe only that one hurt. Nope. I had about one left and the manager/owner (? A guy) asked if she had soaked them first. I said no and that I was in a lot of pain and that I wanted to leave. He yelled at the woman removing my nails - she laughed - She looked at me like she didnt understand what was going on. When she finished, my real nails were completely destroyed. Like, peeling off all the way through the bed. I should have walked out when she refused to soak them, but my nails were in such a mess that they needed to be fixed - They were torn to shreds, literally. It was so bad that it destroyed the half inch of nail growth that I have been working on for the past 3 months - Now they are a little nubs underneath all of this acrylic. My cuticles are still swollen, and half of them were lightly bleeding and stinging. I wish I would have taken a picture after the removal, but I was crying and trying not to completely explode and run out of the salon. The owner (I think) took over, probably because was extremely upset. He finished my nails and Im still in pain. There are specs of acrylic all over my fingers, and four of my cuticles are still bleeding. I know that I should have probably walked out, but I was really just trying to get my nails to look normal so that I could go to work later that day. I arrived there at about 2:00, I left at 5.Anecdotally, the back two stations were covered in various nail clippings, powders, and remnants from other clients. It was gross.Ive never had an experience like this in a nail salon, Im not picky and I dont really care as long as I walk away with them looking good and not bleeding or hurting. The worst experience Ive ever had.The gentleman who fixed my nails towards the end was great, I wish I could have remembered his name. If you absolutely have to get your nails done here, I would suggest having him do it.Right now Im getting pictures and a statement from my doctor, so that I can get a refund. I am livid.

First of all I paid 45 dollars. Next, its been 3 days and 1 of my nails popped off. And the rest already look outgrown and about to come off too. When I got home I saw there were clumps of acrylic under my nails and sharp edges that werent filed. Very poor experience.

They were nice and quick but for 60.00 (plus a 10 tip ) my nails should not be chipping already . My daughters have chipped and I get it shes 2 but I thought she was peeling them herself til mine chipped tonight . I wasnt even doing anything but I prob will be driving more into town .
