Super cute spot in Watertown right on the main strip. Very friendly staff. Came in for a dip manicure and a pedicure, and wasnt disappointed.

First time here and Im impressed. Its clean and very nicely decorated and the girls in there were so nice! I only got a wax but you know how you can tell when someone actually cares about what theyre doing? She definitely cared and took the extra time to make sure my eyebrows were just right. Then, they gave me a Christmas present on my way out. I mean, come on. 5 stars and Ill definitely be back ✌

Awesome experience! All of the staff were very friendly. Pedicure was AMAZING and reasonably priced! Very impressed and I will certainly make the trip out to visit my sister-in-law more so that we can go together often! They treat you like royalty and the mini-massage while you wait to dry is just icing on the cake. GREAT PLACE! I will be back soon!!! (I had Emma and she was simply fabulous! She took very good care of me)

I have spent tons of money here. I used to go with my entire family for pedicures. I had a rewards card they never asked for, so I often forgot it & didnt get credit for my $150. visits. The last time Im ever stepping foot in their door was a few days ago. 4 girls had exactly 2 customers- me and 1 other. I had to beg for attention. The girl doing my pedicure spent all her time talking in another language & laughing - (you never know if its at you). I brought my own non-toxic polish and it was clear they didnt like that. While waiting for my toes to dry, two young women hung on each other, hugging and rubbing each others butts. Im not a prude but was so disgusted with the display- they clearly thought I wad completely invisible &totally unimportant. They will never see me or my 5 family members ever again.

We had a really great pedicure here. The staff didnt blink at two guys coming in for a pedi. We were blown away when they offered each of us a glass of wine. The pedi was excellent!! Wish we lived closer.

Superior nail salon. All the employees are very friendly and helpful. Reasonably priced and very clean. They care about the what they do, and ensure you have an excellent quality of service.

Have been several times, staff isn’t too friendly. Came today for a fill. One worker was outside talking on the phone. Inside one was texting and 1 wasn’t with a customer and they didn’t even address me until the one from outside came in. Told me to come back tomorrow. Even though 3 of them were not with anyone. Will not be going back. 3D nails in Waterbury is 100 times better, just wish they were closer!

Great service today with pedicure and msssage

I stopped here searching a place to get a pedicure last minute. All the other places I stopped at didny work out and Im glad it didnt. I dont mind paying extra money for a pedicure well done. This place so nice when you walk in. They serve wine and other beverages, although I wasnt offered one. Maybe because they saw I had my dd cup. I got a reflexology pedicure and it came with a nice massage, hot stones, paraffin wax and the nail shaping and color they have many other types pedicure too. I was so so relaxed. Cant wait to return for a pearl spa pedicure.

Just opened a month ago... Pedicure was very good, manicure was excellent. Will be coming back, very clean and respectful staff.

First of all let me start by saying I came down here on mother Day . Instead of having a relaxing experience it was stressful and rushed!! I asked for the number one special witch was $45 dollars for a manicure pedicure and a 10 min message..... when I asked if I can have gel nail polish instead they said it would be $100 dollars 💵 are you kidding me!! Thats ridiculous!! So let me get this straight for reg nail polish is 12 and gel is 30 so thats an 18 dollar difference not a 55 dollar difference!!! So of course I told her that doesnt make any sense .she calls over her supervisor boss whatever you want to call her and gives me the snotty remark like thats not how we do it here wow ok wont be coming here again . Its to bad bc its pretty inside .All I wanted was a relaxing experience and what I got was an attitude from the boss or whatever, i dont mind spending money for a service but $55 dollars more for gel polish!! No I dont think soYours truly,Very unhappy customer

UPDATE:I have a nice skin infection on my left foot.Thanks guys 👍🏻Changed to one star for being cute.Two stars because its super cute inside and most everyone was friendly. Everything else- not a great experience. A couple of us had appointments (made days in advance) at the same time. All of the people in my group were already on their massages by the time anyone even started my pedicure. So I sat there- cold water, no jets On in the tub; nothing. Finally when the woman starts, she barely acknowledged me at all. I dont even remember seeing her face. So now she rushes all the way through my pedi- I get them regularly, so I guess theres not much work to do- but still. Then all of the sudden, she is doing my massage- and the others in my group are still getting polish- so thats like 8 minutes that it took her to do my WHOLE pedicure. Not to mention, she cut both cuticles on my big toes, and they were bleeding without her acknowledging me saying OWw and pulling my foot away- just painted right over the blood... unbelievable to say the least. Didnt clean the nails at all before polish, so it all peeled off a few days later (seeing as it had a nice base coat of blood) and heels were scratchy too. Maybe youll have a better experience as a walk in if youre alone and not waiting in a group. Im not sure. Hate to leave bad reviews when a place has a good reputation, but I also want to be honest, especially since there was blood involved and none of the proper sanitary precautions were taken.

You get what you pay for! So friendly and such a clean place!

I had Kiki and my girlfriend had a guy named John. They did a great job. I will be back to this place.

Every time I drive by there are many women in there getting their nails done I have stopped in several times for a massage very professional staff
