This place is great! I cant remember the name of the woman who cut my sons hair and mine, but she has done a really good job (she has blue hair 💙 ). The place is good, not fancy but clean. Parking in front of the door. People working there were so kind and very nice 👌

Friendly and quality haircut at reasonable price!

I got a great cut. I walked in without an appointment and only had to wait about 10 minutes to be seen. Prices have gone up since I was last there but they have to make up for the pandemic.

Loved the haircut I got last time at this location and so I booked again. Unfortunately, it seems that they are following COVID19 precautions only in name.When I arrived, the prior client (who was wearing a one way valve mask that puts other people at risk) just left and I was asked to sit at his chair, without allowing any time to air out area (sadly, no cross ventilation in the location, and door closed).I asked to get my haircut in the unused, empty chair two over but was told that she couldnt because shed have to move her equipment and that she disinfected the chair. I explained the situation re: COVID19 being more of ventilation issue (Im in the medical field so I pay attention to these things) hoping she would be able to accommodate what I thought was a reasonable request (I was the 2nd to last customer for the day).Her only suggestion was to book an appointment with her for the next day. I had rented a car to come to this location and it ended up being a wasted trip because they werent able to cut my hair in an empty chair six feet away from the prior client.

The people here are very professional. Appointments are necessary now with the JackAss Governor CharlieFakers wish for all business to fail in MA.BUT I DIGRESS...As I was stating the people who work here are true professionals. They took me in right on time. Did a great job on my hair. And didnt try to sell me on hair products etc.This is my second visit here and I will return!

The stylist showed no interest to interact with me or confirm my preference on haircut. She even added the tip amount by herself without my consent. The haircut is fine but I probably wont come back.

Had Alycia* bleach/ lighten my roots, my tips (masterfully feathered/ blended) and give me a very short cut (upside down bob) and I can hands down say its the best salon experience Ive had in years. My hair isnt the easiest to lighten but she was so patient and caring. Now it looks absolutely amazing (and purple! ) My cut is also exactly what I wanted and Im so ready to show it off. Definitely a wonderful experience and likely the best Supercuts in eastern Mass. When affordability meets skill! Most certainly will be back!*(pardon my spelling just in case)

Great spot, Karissa always gets my cuts right. Ive been going to her for years and she always does a great job.

Its a super cut so you know what to expect. Solid cut but always busy. Id recommend going to Mels for a better cut albeit a few more dollars.

Very bad for beards. They care about the end result with your hair too. Only good thing is that they are open on Sunday

Not all Supercuts are the same. This is the best one in the Boston area. I drive all the way from Dorchester for them. Had 3 different stylists and all have been great. It’s like a more expensive salon at Supercuts prices. I end up tipping a lot bc otherwise it feels like stealing.

Came here after a botched self-haircut attempt. I was seen quickly, the barber figured out how to fix my hair and iterated on a few different styles, the visit was generally pleasant and professional, the price was reasonable. Perhaps most importantly, they were open on Sunday, unlike every other barbershop, so I didnt have to go in to work the next day looking like a crazy person.

We took the grandkids there. They liked the place and came out looking respectable. N

I got a haircut for $20 that looks like it cost $20... Nothing to complain about.

Im always seated quickly when I call ahead. Haircuts are always good and hairdressers are nice.

Went in with a mullet (won a bet, not lost) and came out with a fade. Didn’t even have to wait more than 2 minutes, no appointment. Nice friendly hairdresser. Would recommend.

Good location and I really like the workers there but there definitely could be more as the waits can sometimes get up to an hour long. Make sure you call ahead to see how busy it currently is or will be when you get there.

Total ripoff. Bait and switch pricing. Quality of the cut is mediocre. Declining customer service, lacking enthusiasm. It just looks like some stylist are trying to pass the hours and charge according to their whims.

It’s Supercuts...you should know what to expect. Had good luck here most of the time but sometimes you get a girl that either rushes thru you or needs more practice.

When I first went here, first barber really ruined the hair on the back of my head. Back home, I saw how awful it looked, so I went back. They profusely apologized and fixed it at no charge. Thats good customer service.

Friendly and cheap. Keep in mind, with a $17 haircut, you get what you pay for. Sometimes, each stylist can be very different. Still, definitely worth the value if you dont have a complicated haircut.

I went in for a quick blow out. The woman placed shampoo in my hair before it was wet. She proceeded to pull at my hair because it was tangly from the shampoo she didnt fully rinse out. Left with the top of my hair still wet. The other women talked loudly - fighting over who got to take a smoke break next. 🤦

I go here for all of my hair needs. I get cut and highlights. I cant speak to the job of the entire staff, but Karissa is incredible. Save some money, they do a great job here for a fraction of the price of salons, especially if you do anything other than cut.

People are rude. The person working with me kept complaining about my hair, saying its long, its dense. Thats the whole reason why I have come for a haircut. After all this they were unhappy with the tips. Being a student I could only afford so much.

Helpful choosing styling, fast, little wait times

Got the most awful haircut IN MY WHOLE LIFE at this place made by the tattooed girl in glasses. She is just NOT ready to be a good master. Not sure is she ever will. NOT listening to what customer asks for. Not skilled enough for even basic tasks.

I went here three times, had different stylists each time, and my haircut ended up a bit uneven every time. They were very friendly at least.

Ashlee (barber) she was so unprofessional. I asked her to use scissors and she completed the hair cut in 2 minutes. It was all uneven and I have to tell her to make it even and do a recut. She did it and I have to tell her which sides needs a cut. So unprofessional and unfriendly. I always had a very good experience at Supercuts, but she was the worst barber I have ever had a hair cut.I did a mistake of still giving her the tip. Annoyed...

They do not respect peoples time. The application they have for signing up is useless .I had created an appointment for specific time, I came by and they were ready .They advised me that they could take up to 25 minutes I told them that I would go and come back I came back waited for another 20 minutes with no luck .youre better off getting a haircut somewhere else
