I have been going to get my haircut here for years. Every barber is a master at their craft. The prices are beyond reasonable,if your looking for an amazing haircut in a friendly atmosphere I would highly recommend giving them a shot.

Disappointing. I have been here once before and had no problems. Nice place, polite people. Today I showed up for my appointment early, my barber wasn’t ready. No big deal. I checked back in 10 minutes later, then 20 minutes later, then 30 minutes later. After walking in for a third time I was told by another barber that my barber would come out to my car and get me. 45 minutes later... I need to go back to work. The entire situation seems like a breakdown in scheduling and communication. Good luck in the future guys.

I had an appt for my son at 2:15 pm, I arrived earlier and my barber was busy, The girl who works there asks me to wait outside since I was with the little one I told her I will be waiting inside my car, she said theyd go and get me. I waited from 2:09 pm to 2:28 when I decided to go and check, I asked her what happened and she said HE IS NOT FINISH YET when I saw he already had someone else sitting on the seat. I wouldve appreciated it if they told me upfront the expected waiting time and if they made a mistake scheduling the appt I wouldve understood but they bother to even clear the situation or try to make it right. pretty bad customer service and a very disrespectful way of making you lose your time..... Its a shame because we loved the Barber from this place. JUST UPSETTING

My father has always been a life long customer of Sals in Watertown/Oakville and as I do still love Sal, Ive followed some of his Barbers who have ended up at Barbera & Co. And my gosh do I love them!My sons first haircut was by Bajram and havent been anywhere else sense. The guys are great, atmosphere is great! Bajram is wonderful with kids and such a skilled Barber! I recommend to everyone ❤️

They messed up my hair royally....I showed my barber a photo of how I’d like my hair to be cut. He takes a quick look, too quick to truly comprehend detail, and he utters out “yeah, I got it”.Never being here before, I trusted he knew what he was doing as he mentioned he had been there for over a year, I believe he said 3.After the first cut, I knew it was ruined. He took such a large chunk out of my hair, so much so, that there was no recovering the rest. To say the least, my cut was N O T H I N G like the photo. I was disappointed.So, why the 5 star?Grabbing a second opinion, it was decided I call them and let them know I was dissatisfied, to which the owner asked me to come in.I explained the situation, and the owner (knowing he can’t add hair) offered to fix my hair to my satisfaction (cleaning it up, I went shorter). This was complimentary. He didn’t make me feel bad for not liking the original cut. He simply apologized, cut my hair, and thanked me for coming back.I know it may have seemed annoying (I’ve worked customer service, it can get old), but he went above and beyond. Very appreciated and deserving of a 5 star rating.

Every single time I go for a haircut I know I am going to get exactly what I am looking to leave with. Almost every single person there has cut my hair and all are super friendly. There are 7 talented barbers here right now and I got in very fast and received another fantastic hair cut in a timely fashion at a great price. I always just go to whoever is available as they are all very good in my experience

Great service at this place. Other than waiting a little while on some occasions, it’s worth it. Every barber I’ve had cut my hair there is friendly and personable. Some places barbers can be jackass’s and not give you the time of day, but at this place they take the time to get to know you while doing great cuts in the process.

These guys are all professional and give great haircuts. I have had every person there cut my hair at least once, and everytime it came out great. Their hard work shows as the place is usually packed but worth the wait.

Joey does my hair and I get so many compliments. Its also the most reasonable place around. You might wait, but its totally worth it.

Was with a co-worker on lunch and mentioned I needed to get my hair cut desperately, he picked up his phone called barbers and company to see if there was a wait and off we went. This was my first time to this establishment and honestly was very impressed. In 15 minutes Mike D had me looking fresh. Fade was perfect, edges were perfect, transition to beard was flawless, and most of all my wife thought it looked great. 15 bucks plus a tip is worth every penny. Men trust me when I say give the business to these gentlemen, your going to love the way you look. Great job will see you all in two weeks for the next one.

Ive been having the barbers at Barbers and Company cut my hair since I was a kid. Ive always had a pleasant experience. They know how to treat customers.I always enjoy a great conversation while getting my hair cut. Its good to catch up with them. I live an hour away now, but its worth the drive.I wont get my haircut anywhere else!

Past this place almost everyday without thinking much of it. Wasted years going to the Supercuts next door before a neighbor recommended Barbers and Company. Wow!! They do such a great job. Fantastic cut everytime. They take their time and are meticulous. Straight razor the neck and sides. I couldnt believe with such a great, thorough cut, it was actually less expensive than Supercuts. I hate that I waited so long to try this place out.Strongly recommend for the guys!Only thing is you cant make appointments. First come, first served and it is a very popular place after work. Most of the time I didnt have to wait long but a couple of times it was crazy busy. Still, worth the wait!

Great barbers, my kids enjoy Mike cutting thier hair. My only issue would be the fact they dont allow appointments. This can lead to some very long wait times as the shop is always busy. Aside from that very clean and professional. Fairly priced. I will continue to bring by kids here. Great establishment.

Haircut was okay. Not exactly what I was trying for but after a few weeks of growth, okay. Lower stars for customer service. No response to emails and Facebook messages, and conversation felt forced. Not one person acknowledged me during my 40 minute wait.
