I wish I found this place sooner. I was trying to find a last minute same day appt. I had been doing the “quarantine cut” at home for a while. Booking online was simple. I had an appt. with Hector. First time I have been here. I explained how I wanted my cut, and my cut look better than someone else I have been using for some time. And it was the first time cutting my hair. Friendly place, 2 barbers were there, I believe the other was the owner Janier. Great price, easy going convo, sports in the TV and a really great fade and cut I received from Hector. Will now be my go to pace and barber. Thanks.

Butchered my wedding day haircut, told him at point of sale I didnt think it looked right, swore to me it was, and then when it clearly wasnt next day, was completely rude when I went in to have it fixed, of which took another 10 minutes he skipped out on first time around. I in all my life have never experienced worse customer service, and it was the THIRD time I had left there getting my haircut and having to go back to get it fixed. I always went back because he was usually a nice guy, but after the terrible way I was treated, combined with the really awful hair cuts I have been given, Ill never go back and highly suggest you also find someplace else.

Guys at Janice barbershop do a great job and are very friendly. I hit the jackpot finding them shortly after moving to the area.

Had a really nice experience the other day here getting a cut from Hector. He did everything you could ask for in terms of customer service: Greeting the customer, constantly being polite and professional, and focusing on the details. The haircut came out fantastic, exactly what I wanted. Also, the price is very good - much better than other places charge these days. Highly recommenced this barbershop.

I basically come here every 2 weeks cause my hair grows back really fast and they know what haircut I get there really friendly and give free haircuts after 10 Cuts with there card I definitely got the free cut but I lost my card so I guess the jokes on me 🤣 but there some great people they work on your time and they know you have things to do so their fasts and theres great results to prove it would recommend to a friends or for a party or wedding or any event you need to look your best.

GREAT experience! Janier is super-professional, passionate about getting it right; doing right by his customers. Today was my first time. I just wandered in and he got right to it--gave a great cut and fast, for very fair price I havent seen around here in a while. Conversation was delightful also. (Tip: study up on your sports!) Janiers should NOT be confused with a different shop not worth naming that used to be at the same location until ~a year ago. I have no affiliation other than living nearby. Go check him out.

Jannier is a great barber and he can do it all. There is no tall task he cant handle. He got me in and out in 20 minutes. I would recommend if you are in the area!

Ive been getting my hair cut at Janiers for a bit now and ill definitely continue to get my hair cut here even if I eventually move away from Watertown. The price is inexpensive and youll get a good cut out of it. His response to this review should give you a hint on how he handles new customers.Went in with my guy friend and asked how long the wait was, was told 1 1/2 hours so we said that we will wait for our appointment and was told that it was ok to run a couple errands and then come back. He went back 5mins early and sat down and wait, then two other men showed up and sat down, the barber took those men before my guy friend and he got frustrated because we set up an appointment so we left. He was really looking forward to getting his haircut here cause of the good reviews and rating.
