Ive lived out of state for years. But when I was back in Massachusetts and needed auto service, I knew where to go--Santoros Service Center. Walter Santoro and I have known each other since 6th grade science class. Walter has always been a hardworking, kind and enthusiastic person. He is still that way today. His service on my vehicle was superb. He corrected some front-end issues that Ive had for years. He even removed a stick from the drivers door lock that my 2-year old inserted! Walter is the BEST. I take my car here always, he is always so honest, and does a really good job. He lets you know exactly what is up with your car, discusses options and will break down the price of everything for you. Prices are incredibly reasonable, and theyre FAST. When I change my tires out from summers to winters (and vice versa), it took them all of 15 minutes, if even. When Walter took my car in to change out the alternator one morning, the car was ready the same day. Just a fantastic mom and pop shop, I recommend coming here any day for all your car needs.

Great family owned businesses. Took my bmw in for what I thought was a ball joint issue. Turned out to be sway bar bushings. They were honest and speedy. And didn’t overcharge me too much. I would go back for more repairs if I need them. I recommend!! Thanks!

Brought my girlfriends car in with a stalling issue, what we thought might be related to the alternator/battery/etc.Walter was able to get the car in right away and figured out there was a low oil/oil pressure issue causing the engines timing to be off, thus causing the stalling. In a matter of about an hour I had the car back, oils changed, fluids topped off, codes cleared, and running great. He also gave some advice about follow up which was very much appreciated.We live in the neighborhood, took a chance on a local shop, and couldnt have been happier with the service!
