The service department is outstanding. Not may dealerships have this caliber of employees. If you are thinking about a new car, think about how important quality service is over the life of your vehicle.
I service my 2018 VW Jetta here. They are very professional and helpful. If you need to stay while they work on your car, they have a clean waiting area with a desk, table, water, and snacks. The quality of the alignment was good.
I had my check engine light come on and was lucky enough to get an appointment the next day. The waiting room was nice and they got me in and out quickly!! 😄 I will be sure to come here next time my Jetta needs servicing.

Assistant Service Manager, John Correia. That’s it. I come back on repeat because I trust John like a young brother. He’s earned it, during our time in working together, with every small and big attention to detail he’s extended on my behalf, and my car. Yes, I love Volkswagens, but I could buy one at any VW dealership. For me, trust is everything.

My wife and I had a great experience today at Valenti VW in Watertown CT. Our salesman Matt Fitzmorris was the best to deal with. He happily took care of us from the time we showed up at the dealership until we left in our new Atlas Sport. He put up with my sense of humor and now has a customer for life.
Wouldnt allow me to test drive a car which I understand its at there discretion but it would of been nice to know before making the 1hr 30min drive. Also the car I looked at had multiple imperfections that we were not told about until I noticed it. Car salesman seemed to not know much about what happened with the car. When I asked for a price breakdown on the car the salesman got the manager and he was a bit rude. And after all of that they wouldnt even take off a bit of money on a lower trim used car.
I had some issues with my preowned Golf wagon shortly after purchasing it. They followed up until it was fixed and obviously care about providing good customer service. Joe from VW and Anthony from Volvo have been great.
We had a few requests for paint color and the sales department went out of their way to satisfy our requests and in record time. Kudos to Valentis sales department!

Sign on the door clearly states everyone must wear a mask! Unfortunately the service desk employees do not comply!For some reason they feel it’s okay to not wear a mask when they are barely behind a small plexiglass partition? Will not be back until this issue is resolved!

After my first phone call I knew there was no reason to look any further. My salesman Frank is a top notch guy! His product knowledge, his great personality and willingness to really help you goes a long way, even after the sale. There aren’t many people in the auto sales industry like him. My Finance manager Kevin was very friendly, knowledgeable and easy to work with. Was my sales rep and he was amazing, but let me make the long story short, I moved to CT from Texas and after the snowstorm I noticed that my Tiguan did not have a remote start (which was very annoying), I ordered a remote start through Valenti and had an appointment for Monday, however, I decided yesterday that I needed a sunroof as well because I can actually use it here, after sending my information Mike P. (Sales Manager) called me right away and we scheduled an appointment for today (Christmas eve!).So, Joe M. (Sales rep) helped me, I gave him a hard time with all kinds of questions, he is the BEST person ever, never seemed annoyed with anything (I’m not a difficult customer, just someone that knows exactly what he wants) I did not like the first car I saw and he went to get another one, he never pushed me into anything, answered all of my questions, I loved the car, closed the deal, they processed the paperwork and 30mins later (after a great explanation of all the features of my new vehicle) I was driving out with my new car, great level of customer service! I have called this Volkswagen for service 5 times in the last two weeks. And every time they are “Busy” and will call me back. Well, guess what, they never call back. If you want service fir your Volkswagen go elsewhere, cause you won’t get it here.
My experience here at Valenti was great. When I first came in I explained that I was just looking and didnt need to purchase a new car but wanted to explore some different options. It was so nice to have a dealership respect that and not put any pressure on me to buy. From the initial visit and test drive I was treated so respectfully. Never ever again. The only reason I gave 1 star is because you have to. I bought a car 5/21/20. Brand new 2020 tiguan. 2 days later water came through the panel/windshield. Brought it back. When I went to pick it up, wasnt fixed so I left with a loaner again. Went back again and brought it home . 1 day later...water again. So within 3 weeks I had my car for not even 2.5 days. Left multiple messages with the owner that will NEVER call you back. They finally found a different car.

Never try to buy a car that isn’t at the lot because they will tell you everything you want to hear about why it hasn’t arrived after being told it would come midweek and when they know that you have a certain date that you need a car by they won’t have it and they’ll keep lying to you telling you that it will be there the next day and the next day and the next day and then it never shows up. I was in an accident and had a rental they knew that I only had the rental until a certain date told me that I would have my new car before then and then kept making up excuses as to why they couldn’t get it to the lot. They also never bothered to call me to update me on what was going on I had to always call myself. Annoyed and happy to take my $33,000 elsewhere.

By far the best experience I have had with an auto service place in Connecticut! It was refreshing to find such a courteous and responsive dealership staff. Brett Murray always kept me updated on the process and any questions I had were always answered quickly and thoroughly. I always brought my Audi for the scheduled maintenance to this dealer. They were close but also provided a complimentary loaner vehicle which was always clean and roomy.Within a few hours, they accurately diagnosed and repaired my vehicle. When the job was complete I was able to retrieve my car immediately, thanks to their complimentary shuttle service...very convenient!Theyve earned my trust. I would recommend them without hesitation.

Its been a year since i bought my Golf Sportwagen from Valenti. John Gehm Is an amazing salesman and I would recommend him to anyone looking for a VW. I originally wanted to look at a gti, but then saw a slightly used (7500) miles or so Golf sportwagen with a manual transmission. I decided since we needed a new family vehicle that this would be the best choice since it has more storage. John was not phased and did not pressure me at all into trying to up sell me the gti. Financing was an issue because I do not own any real estate, but my credit is still good. They were able to find me a fantastic offer still that I was happy with. My only gripe would be having to pay a couple hundred bucks every 10000 miles for the servicing, but honestly its fine. The oil changes are every 10000 miles, and they go through the entire car per what the maintenance schedules are. I used to do a lot of my own maintenance, but these newer cars are beyond my knowledge, and it sets my mind at ease. The service department has been fantastic to work with, and i have felt good about bringing my car in twice so far for scheduled maintenance. Very Happy I chose them

I had given this company a too harsh review in too short of a time manner. At first, I thought the costumer service was very shotty. While, there could be a contact number for more direct communication, however, it is suffice for what it does. And while they do not offer a return label for returns, a return and exchange is made very swiftly. To put it simply, Europarts4less really is one of the better bargain OEM sites out there, shipping maybe be expensive, mainly due to the amount of packaging, but the parts get here fast and they, most importantly get the part arrived in one piece. Again I apologize to the CR over at Europarts4Less, and whenever I get into a fender bender or feeling like making my car a bit more sporty with some OEM mods, I will definitely be hitting up Europarts4less.
Great customer service
Didnt buy a car or get service done here but we are up from Florida visiting family. I needed some parts for my car to change my oil and needed a roof top travel box to fit all the extra stuff we accumulated while we were here. Parts department was very helpful and friendly. They even sent a delivery van to the place we were staying when we found out we couldnt fit the box on the car without assembly. Thanks again to the lady at the cashier stand the gentleman in the parts department ( sorry cant remember his name ) and thanks to the delivery driver that drove all the way to naugatuck to drop our roof box off. Next time were up from Florida this will be my go to dealership for parts or service. Thanks for helping us with our 2019 Jetta GLI and will be back.

I went to this dealer to get some rust warranty done and to get a timing belt job done. The repaired bodywork looks great. Now for the bad,1) When I first went to the dealer to have the manager look at my rust for the warranty, I also had him give me a quote for the cost of a timing belt job. I dont remember the exact price but it was just over $800 that he quoted. I asked if that included a new water pump and he said yes. So I scheduled it to be done when I had the rust fixed. Fast forward picking up my car and suddenly it is $1400 for the timing belt. Apparently he must of only been talking about labor as the bill showed labor as being just over $800. The rest of the price was for the parts and taxes. I assumed the original quote did not include taxes so I was expecting to pay around $900 or less.2) I picked up my car during my lunch so I only quickly took a look at the outside where the rust was fixed before heading out. Turns out the whole inside of the car was covered in a layer of black dust. There were also white scuffs on both the drivers door and the passenger door. I ended up getting black dust all over me and had to clean the entire inside of my car.3) A few days after I picked up my car, I got a call from the dealer asking how my experience went. I explained everything to them, their response was thanks for letting us know.When I take my car to get fixed, especially at a dealer, I expect them to be upfront about the pricing and for my car to be returned in the same or better condition than I dropped it off in. This dealer did not do either of these things.The only reason I am not giving them 1 star is because the work seems to of been done well, the staff were polite and friendly, and they did drop me off and pick me up from my work so I did not need to get a ride.If you use these dealer to get work done make sure to get a quote in writing before having them do it. I learned a lesson and will now always get a written quote.

But I wont be returning, or recommending this place to anyone I know any longer!!!....The problem is every time I go I can never deal with the same sales person!!!...they must have a revolving door for sales people at this place!!.. ???..I dont understand??When I do business I like to build a relationship with the same people Im doing business with!!...so we can have a mutual rapport and respect!!...I dont like going there and being treated like someone whos never bought a car before. That says something about the place, that nobody works there long enough to not know my name, after purchasing 8 cars over the last 10 years!!!!..They lost my business, Im going to find a car dealership that is more personable and thats not so cold and sterile.😕

Called them up and set up a test drive. My salesman was Rodrigo, he was friendly, non-pushy and just a decent individual to be dealing with. After similar interactions with the sales manager and financing coordinator I gather that must be the general atmospheric tone set within Valenti.While I knew going in the list price was unbeatable elsewhere, I still tried to see if they could come down on the price. Unsurprisingly, I was informed of their hassle free pricing and that they would price match, but I was unable to find another vehicle that would justify a price reduction. I much prefer this hassle free policy over haggling and was more than content with how much I paid.Overall I would recommend Valenti to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. Car dealerships in general have a negative connotation associated with the car buying process; if more of them took a page from the Valenti book on how to do business I would hope the bad ones will eventually get weeded out.
When my wife and I bought our used VW Tiguan, I did not want to buy the extended warranty. Boy am I glad we did though.Our engine and turbo were 100% totalled by some thingamajig that got sucked in and ruined both. THANK GOODNESS fir Mark and John at the Volkswagen service desk. They were both ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE. And they went to bat for us and got us a BRAND NEW ENGINE AND TURBO and got both as well as the labour TOTALLY COVERED by the warranty. They gave us an awesome Jetta to drive (free) while they fixed our car.In the end We only paid our $250 deductible for about 11THOUSAND DOLLARS worth of work. I highly recommend Valenti Volkswagen! I worked with Dave, John and Damian and they were all excellent and made the process of purchasing my Volvo XC60! I originally had an appointment with Michael Parrell at the Valenti Volvo Dealership to look at this vehicle but he was very rude to us and didnt even give us a chance to purchase this vehicle, made us feel as though our trade in was nothing and that we didnt know what we were talking about, he wanted to try and sell us another vehicle, wasnt interested in what we wanted as customers. We requested to work with another salesman and met with John Gehm who from the beginning treated us great and took care of us. We were given what we wanted for our trade and had no hassle purchasing the Volvo we wanted from the beginning. I highly recommend avoiding the Volvo Dealership and going straight to the Volkswagen Dealership
This is a great VW dealership. A number of the employees are from New Milford Volkswagen after it closed. The staff is courteous and helpful, and the dealership has a large stock of cars both new and certified pre owned. I purchased my last car from this location, and it was a positive experience. Now that New Milford VW has closed, this is the only location I will use for my VW needs.

I just purchased a 2015 Golf TDI (certified pre-owned). This is the 4th car Ive purchased from Valenti in the last 20 years, and it was the best buying experience, yet. John Gehm was low (no) pressure, knowledgable, and personable. He responded promptly to my emails and phone calls. When we agreed on a price I knew exactly how much I was paying and for what. The closing took just a few minutes, and I drove away.

I accompanied my daughter around the area as she looked for a car to replace her ailing car. We test drove several different makes and models (new and used), and I sat in the back seat each time. When we got to Valenti and she test drove the Jetta, I was sold -- and even though my daughter leased a different car, I went back to Valenti and Michael Parrell and leased a new Jetta for myself. Love the car, and the transaction was very pleasant from start to finish. (Michael treated my daughter with respect, and when I went back he treated me the same way.) Im looking forward to doing business there for service for my lease, and again when this lease is up.
Was quoted via text and email a payment that I thought was genuine, and actually not a bad deal. It was said to include ALL taxes and fees. I was about to pull the trigger when I got a text saying, oops we forgot that you need to pay sales tax, and BAM payments went up $25 a month. Sorry, Ill go elsewhere for my VWs.
I called and spoke with a salesman named Michael who for the first 2 minutes told me how he was the best salesman in the tristate and that he had won all sorts of awards. He then in the same 2 minutes informed me how he had one a trip from VW and his girlfriend didnt want to go with him. I felt uncomfortable from the start but tried to give it a shot because they had the one 1 of the car I wanted in the state. He was extremely pushy and really rude. He asked my age and told me that the car I wanted was way to nice for a 25 year old and basically tried to talk me out of the car I wanted. I would not recommend talking to him. I decided to get my car from a different VW dealership even though the one at Valenti was my dream car.

WOW!!!! A truly SHOCKING experience at Valenti VW. I wanted to purchase a Passat. I was received by Chris and right away I noticed something strange. He was sweating profusely and asked me my name like 5 times. I asked for a test drive. Once in the car, Chris started to complain about the suit that the dealership forced him to wear, that he should wear business casual instead. Whatever. I started to ask a question about the vehicle, and out of the blue he told me to stop talking and focus on the drive. Really??? Once back in the dealership, he asked at least 3 times how old are you, where I worked, and refused to give me a simple price quote, saying word for word I dont give a crap or you can lookup the price on edmunds, there is nothing I can do for you.... WTF?? Polite at all times, I asked him if there was anything wrong. He looked behind him and said this is because of the guy over there. I really started to be concerned about the whole behavior of that guy and was very uncomfortable about the situation. I thanked him and left. Unbelievable. By the way I make a good living and my credit score is close to 800. AVOID THIS PLACE!!!!
Fantastic experience at Valenti VW! After a few weeks of research I finally narrowed my search down to a few different vehicles. One on the list was a VW. I went to the dealership in Watertown ready to test drive a few cars. The sales person Michael Parrell greeted me right away and was pretty quick to get me sitting in a few different vehicles for a test drive. He recommended I check out a Jetta GLI, and long story short it was perfect for me. I was able to drive it home that same day! Mike was very knowledgeable of all the vehicles/features and the service at Valenti was top-notch. Mike and the team worked really hard to get me on my way with my new car and made my first car buying experience very quick and painless. I highly recommend stopping by Valenti if you need a new car and want great costumer service.
I had a great experience at Velenti VW. The Internet Sales Person (Danya Kross) was available at all hours, and even had the car waiting for me when I came in. Eric Knapp made the sale simple, including DMV and Insurance, and James was great with the financing. It all took less time than I had imagined.Oh, and I like the car, too.

Came here to get brakes done - almost $500 for rear brakes. Assumed they did pads and rotors for that price. Less than two years later I take my car my local mechanic. Rotors are shot; turns out they didnt replace them at all. Price at local garage for new pads AND rotors: $368
