I have been a member of this trampoline park for about two years. We loved this place after it opened because it was clean and the management was amazing. We would show up and everyone knew our kids and called them by name. There was always enjoyable and attentive staff on the floor. I am currently so sad hearted to see this place no longer close to what it used to be. We went about a month ago and I made some comments to management about cleanliness of the place and that I spent and lost 10$ on games that were broken. She was receptive to me. We stay away for a while and finally went back yesterday 08 Aug21. I was so compelled to take pictures because we were the first customer of the morning. The place was so dirty, trash in both bathrooms were full and I couldnt even keep up with all of the ducktap quick fix and forget it issues. All of this means not only are you doing bare minimum.... Your doing NOTHING. Over 10 of the games were broken and no way to know this until my money was sunk into it. There was one teenager working on the floor and all she did the whole 1 1/2 we were there was stand in the corner and looked so unhappy with her job. We are done with this place..... So wish it could have stayed awesome.
Always a good time here. Although, quite a few of the games were messed up and didnt have any signs saying so. Had to get a refund a couple of times which meant waiting in the line at the front for a while. A bit upsetting, but overall we had a great time.
Great place to take kids to burn energy. Certain days they do toddler time, which I think is cool. They have some obstacle courses, they have arcade, and more. I think its great for all ages.
Pay for the monthly membership its way better then paying perhour the kids love it here
Excellent! Friendly staff! Pretty loud though! Wish the arcade games were somewhere else!
Awesome to have this in wasilla for the kids and families, slightly on the more spendy side but worth it for a once a month outting for familys on budgets . But service was great ...to be expected not the best concession stand food quality but still decent ..tons of arcade games to play and win tickets...my only complaint is the cost of the prizes that you can purchase with your won tickets!!!!
VR equipment with two games to choose from, several game choices and color the night on Thursday and Friday nights.
So much fun for the whole family. Its a better deal to get the membership.
It is a great place my grand kids enjoyed it much
It has a lot of mini trampolines connected together.
Kids had a great time but, for me, was too loud.
Check in was a mess. Took about 45 mins of standing in line. One teenager to check in every one.
My kids love playing here their VR is great and
If I could give 0 stars, I would. This shady and underhanded establishment, kept charging me for months through the pandemic. They told me that they told the public that they would stop charging everyone when they were forced to shut down. And then they would start charging everyone when they were allowed to open back up. I didnt receive any e-mail or text stating any of this. And they straight out refused to issue any kind of a refund. They cannot keep their customers safe in the park, but they charged us anyway for a service we will never use. If you are looking for a safe and fun place, I would highly recommend you AVOID Fly Trampoline Park!
Depending on who is working at the time, but for the most part the employees will stop you every few minutes and remind you of the rules ( that change a lot ) even if you haven’t broken any.My boys and I (2 and 9) were having a good time the first 10 minutes. 20 minutes in, the constant interruptions from the staff got really annoying. And 30 minutes into the hour I payed for, we left. We didn’t even take the socks I bought, because we will not be back. And how do you allow 80 people in to jump but you’re not allowed to have more than one person per square? There are only about 20 squares! And how am I supposed to be with my 2 year old at all times, but not on the same trampoline? This place has potential to be a very fun place. Right now it’s being run like a prison yard. I hope that they will fix their ( very simple) problems. Till then, We’ll go to the movies or the park. It’s a lot cheaper and there’s no teenager telling me how to interact with my own children.
My kids love spending time here. My daughter (3 yrs old) just loves running and bouncing all over the place. My son (8 yrs old) love spending time doing the obstacle course, dodge ball, and foam pit. Great for getting their energy out during the winter or when we were bored at home during the summer.
Good place to take your kids during the winter. Lots of perks if you get membership, including free pizza on the first Tuesday of every month! Little strict on the rules, but a fun place overall.
Id say this place is pretty average. It was a little dark for my liking, but I guess it appeals to some people. Its a bit small, so it is suited for younger children. Teenagers and young adults would find a different, bigger trampoline park in Anchorage.
Fly Trampoline Park was fun. They have arcade games, American Ninja Warrior obstetrical course, and yes a lot of trampolines. My kids had a blast. It is pricey to play here.
Lot of fun, 2 year old daughter had a blast. Only problem is pricing. It is expensive for a group. To make things worse they LIE about the price. They give you one price and then list jump socks as separate item. YOU HAVE TO BUY THE SOCKS, EVERY TIME you go. They do this so the can claim its less than 20 bucks per person. Reality is its closer to 30. Shady business practice ruined a great experience. Dont plan on returning.
This place is quickly turning into the next Bouncing Bears. Dirty & run down. In a matter of months the equipment is showing its wear and tear and grime is building up. Upped their prices with a million rules. A mom and grandma couldn’t go down the runway side by side during toddler time. This place is taking advantage of being the only trampoline park in the Valley. I also got the pleasure of witnessing an employee who got to have their own kid there during their shift, act abrasive and loud mouthed to their small kid. Which I’d turn a blind eye to from a customer but not an employee right in front of my two year old who does not see that behavior at home. There’s also no hand sanitizer out for being a very hands on place, it’s behind the counter if you ask. I’m glad spring is coming because there’s less and less options to take the kids to in the winter.
My kid and her buddies love it. I was unnerved by the distance from the main area to the bathrooms for little kids its creepy and when they play they dont want to stop and pee.I would also like to say that if they bought better toilette paper it wouldnt be all over the floors. Its so thin you cant tare off but a half square at a time.
Looks like a really fun place for kids to get their bounce on 🤣
Liked it better than Anchorage
It’s so much fun! Very entertaining vibe, great ambience for kids and young adults. Practical for adults who are sitting and watching their kids, as they have massage chairs standing by the trampolines. A good variety of different games and fun activities for kids. It’s actually not that expensive. To put it in perspective, at the Extreme fun center in wasilla, it costs $20 for one single race that lasts about 5 minutes. Here you only pay $16 for a whole hour of fun, and every hour after that is only $8. To me, that is so much more fun and affordable than other entertainment in the valley!
My oldest daughter used to work there til the hiring manager left state. She stuck with them thru the pandemic even and when they went back to being open she wasnt getting but about 15bhours a week. When they first hired her she was supposed to be trained to do bday parties but never was thoroughly enough. Thats what I first was upset about when she told me.However, the park itself has a fun and spacious as well as welcoming atmosphere. My youngest daughter enjoys playing the games and getting prizes there as well as jump on the trampolines and listen to the music too.
My kids and I attended a birthday party here today and it was a blast! Shout out to Josh for being an outstanding party attendant and doing great with the whole group!
Great place besides the employees tell you that you cant to this and that 24 7.
People that work there are all nice and its good for fun/exercise.... Unfortunately they dont answer the phone or return messages. Birthday party went to extreme fun center instead.
Monthly membership is the best thing ever. What a great assitant manager too. Just love them. Never thought i could afford so much fun. 30 dollars a month !!!!!!! And my kid has his own gym. I couldnt rave enough about them.
Amazing place. They have a nice VR setup. They also have allot of fun trampoline related activities. There dodgeball is very fun because it is organized.
Horriable place sucks
It the best place I ever been at 👍👍👍👍👍👍❤❤❤❤❤
Great place. Very family friendly. Best jump place we have been to in the region!
Great fun for the kids during toddler time. Check it out!
Great place to take your kiddos. Theres even fun stuff for the adults to do too. We enjoy our visits to fly.
Came out from Anchorage for a family fun day with my wife and two kids because the website says parents jump free with child. Arrived at park and the big sign over register states the same thing. Paid for the two kids and was told that parents in their eyes mean one PARENT both PARENTS. Was told the website was wrong and it only one parent per family even though the sign in the park say PARENTS just like the website. This sounds like false advertising to me. At least the kids had fun while I sat and watched.
Always fun and definitely a place to bring family and friends, during the day or night! Great employees who are friendly and treat you like family.
I brought my 5 kids yesterday. Everyone has to sign a waiver, even if they are sitting down watching the kids...its a hassle to fill out the forms for 7 of us. Then everyone has to buy their socks on top of the expense of paying to get in, about $100 for an hour for the 5 kids. My 5-year-old wanted to go through a course with me, so I took her halfway through and was told I needed to go buy their socks and a ticket for myself. What a rip off. I said fine, just let me get out. The lady told me, Its back where you came from and stood blocking my way. Dang! How rude. Then, when your hour is up they call your name over the intercom to prompt you to leave. Ive gone to the 2 trampoline parks in Anchorage and never had an issue like this. I will continue to drive there and give them my money.
Awesome place for kids to burn energy
This place was great... Took 9 kids aging from 2-17 fun for the whole family.. Also massage chairs for mom and dad.. And lounge couches for the ones who dont particapate. This is an arcade, photo booth, food court, later tag, etc.. The kids will love it and so will you..
They want a lot of your personal info for a voucher, just so the company can sell it to a third party. No thanks. Its a cool place for parents and kids if your going to stay. For a visitor like me, two stars and Ill never return anyways.
Biggest gripe is the misleading prices. They listed the jump socks separately but you HAVE to buy them. Told them that they need to include them in the price and they just shrugged. Im sure its not up to them as hourly employees but still. Tack on 8 bucks to whatever price they have listed.
The customer service was outstanding and way above anything I have seen in a long time! With 4 kids waiting while they had to figure out a computer problem they could not have been more understanding and very professional about the situation. They were extremely busy on the date we stopped in on our first visit and we will be sure to be back after that! Thank you for the AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE AND CARE OF YOUR CLIENTS!!!!!
It was a great visit and the employees are nice about telling you what and what not to do.
Took my girl out to Wasilla for this trampoline park. By far the funniest date we have been on! Admission for 2 people on a Saturday night was $40 and WELL WORTH THE PRICE! Dodgeball, obstacle courses, foam pits, arcade machines, and loads of trampolines. Well worth the experience for under $100 dollars. Would definitely recommend to any one of our friends.
My son loves it. But 16$ for admission and 4$ for socks??? For an hour??? A little overpriced. Wish they had more games for the kids.
Fun for all
Had my daughters birthday at Fly and had an great experience up until it was time to pay the bill. My party attendant was great, she went above what I have seen other party attendants do and kept me in the loop on everything. After the party I went to the front to settle my bill. The kid at the register was very rude and disrespectful to my husband and myself and even to her coworkers. It was very obvious she sits herself on a high horse. After arguing with her about an additional charge (made by there mistake) she finally waved the amount but kept insisting I was in the wrong. As a mother of 3 young children, I have plenty of birthday party’s in my future but I don’t foresee any of them at Fly trampoline park. I have attempted to call upper-management but she has answered the phones everytime and I have not received a call back.
What can I say but wow. Horrible time my children couldn’t even run on the trampoline. The staff were like junkies pacing around waiting to scold children. The lady at the foam pit just looked at the kids that wanted the rope. It was very uncomfortable and a waste of 50 dollars. Make the drive to get air in anchorage. They have no mafia chasing children and let them run.
Misguided by reps at state fair who were more concerned about earning commission instead of giving me clear information. Thought I had more time to cancel before getting charged. What is worse they refused to refund me for the service I am not using even though I contacted the day I was charged and explained I had been misguided and thought I had more time to cancel. I will just have to take the hit I guess. Place was cool for maybe a half hour but our kids got tired of jumping and wasted the other half hour of jump time playing games that also got old. Went once and it will be our last time going. Need to take better care of your customers! Left a sour taste in my mouth
Awesome but kinda pick on what u can do
If I could give this place less then one star they would get it for their poor customer service and false advertising.Wife took our toddler to the park for toddler time and the advertising states for it 5&under. My wife called multiple times to confirm that she could bring our 7 months old and the staff said yes and then upon arriving at the park she asked the Manager and she stated yes it is fine took our money almost 22 dollars and then stated she couldn’t have our daughter there since she was to young. The manager then proceeded to say she was not going to refund my wife the money for the park. After several minutes of telling the staff and manager that the manager stated before my wife paid that yes our youngest could do the advertised toddler time of 5 and under with no age limit on the younger part. The manager finally gave my wife a partial refund. This is poor poor poor customer service lack of knowledge and false advertisement!!!!!
I dont like my grandkids names on their backs. I know who they are just put the time on it. Other people dont need to know all of that.
Super fun! A little expensive but still fun at any age. Great for the whole family from little ones on up!
When you first walk in thos place seems kind of small and the line to check in was kind of long. It seemed like they needed help at the front. When you get through and head to start jumping theres so much more. They have a mini arcade and it is a lot of fun. The food was very good and fresh. Every employee that I encountered was very nice and all seem to be great with kids! The whole place was very clean and the vibe is amazing. Totally reccomend going here.
Fun decent size and decently priced. I wouldnt go on a weekend but thats just me.
SO MUCH FUN. Good prices I think. Go on a day they have a deal going on though. It TOTALLY worth it. For kids and adults!
Great experience every time me and my daughter had a blast with the VR system and the lazer maze the staff is amazing super kind
Fun even for my 2 year old grandson!! Friendly, knowledgeable staff. Safe!
Awesome place to keep kids busy and tire them out
Kids and adults love it! After 7pm they go dark and turn on the black lights, pretty fun!
Great place for the whole family, but mostly for kids.
Hurt my self
This place is awesome! And because they offer homeschool days and pricing as this makes them fabulous in our family
Great place to take the kids to and let them burn some energy away.
Strict rules but a fun place for the kids. But you cant jump on the same trampoline as your kid...
Great place for kids. Our first attendance was a kids bday party . Great bang for the buck.
Very bad service. All you hear from employees is cant wait to go home. No one really cares. Never taking my kids there again.
Cost a lot, staff kept talking to us about rules, no running, no hold the baby on it. All things to keep the place safe but it was a little extreme.
Great place for the whole family to have fun.
Everyone there is always very nice to me, I like it there
Horrible policies staff were unprofessional and unreasonable and argumentative when questioned and very bias. Unessasary and insane not to mention ridiculous paper work to get inside
Had a lot of fun here. Me and my son went for a bday party. And he & I both had a blast! Would Definatly recommend at least giving it a try. I wasnt to sure about it at first but Im glad I went. And the staff was super friendly! Will Definatly be going back. The only reason I didnt give 5 stars is because of the prices. I went for a bday party and didnt pay for anything. So I dont know anything about their prices.
Nice and clean. Safe environment and my son loves it.
Best VR experience Ive ever had, as well as cheap jump times, go on a Tuesday for a discount
Really cool trampoline place for every age group( in an evening more oriented towards tweens, teens and adults)At affordable price you get to use Open jump, slum dunk, foam zone, ninja course, dodgeball, arcade games, battle beam, and lazer maze. Jump times start every 15 min. There is also a cafe, if you get hungry.
Something new for the kids to do! Fun place.
I Love this place
Went to a birthday party here and had a blast.
Paint night was great. Will go again.
Prices are a bit high for whats offered. Very crowded.
Best place for energy drops
Terrible customer service and the place looks like it needs to be wiped down completel .
A lot of fun for begginers or experienced tumblers
Fun for my grandsons 2nd birthday
This place was better than any other trampoline place Ive been to.
The manager was rude and didn’t let us in!
A fun way to fly away
Amazing fun and great staff
Kids loved it!❤
Really Fun!
Long story short, I wish I had one of these places in my hometown.
Who closes their concessions before 7 on a Friday night? Who keeps playing inappropriate music? These guys....
Very expensive but the kids seem to enjoy it.
Clean,friendly and tons of jumping
