I recently had a tough week for glass. My front door decorative window was broken by flying rocks picked up during a brush clearing operation. Also, my Tahoe windshield took a rock right in front of the passenger seat, leaving a serious impact divot and a crack clear across the upper part of the glass.Glass Doctor came to mind and Sabrina answered the phone. She immediately scheduled a tech to come check out the damage, we decided on a course of action and orders were placed. With the nationwide glass shortage, the windshield is back ordered but she managed to score the front door glass and it is on its way. Sabrina does a great job keeping the balls in the air, even with the supply challenges here in Alaska.Thanks, Sabrina!So, we are a couple of weeks down the road due to the glass shortage, but Tom and Bryce arrived as scheduled to replace our front door glass. Overall, the shower doors are lovely. We had an issue with the custom master glass being scratched, so we had to reorder. But, it has been replaced and is the perfect fit and definitely completes the shower.

Sarah was fantastic! I called and she was able to come take measurements within the hour. She was honest and transparent about value and what would be best for us. Our installation had to be custom made and was ready in just a week. Sarah came right out and had it installed. She even took extra time to make it perfect. I highly recommend!!!

I went in today thinking I need a new windshield. I have had water coming in my car and causing lots of issues. Instead of just doing what I said he looked at every possible issue took my car apart, its a volvo so thats no easy thing to do:) but after of that it turned out that its probably my sunroof drain that is really causing it! I just wanted to thank him for being so professional and willing to diagnose the issues instead of doing what seemed to be the problem!! Unfortunately its not something he can do because of a airbag being involved so he gave he some other solutions. My boyfriend sent me here because he was so impressed as well!! Definitely if you need anything glass related dont go anywhere else! He will send you somewhere if he cant do it! Thanks again!! Glass Doctor is amazing for windshield replacement. Super easy schedule to work with, getting the right parts right away and even informing me on what I need to do for preventive maintenance! I cannot recommend them enough as their service was super responsive, professional, and very fun!! I no longer have a Rand McNally road map for a windshield!! They even changed my wipers for me too!! They did a 2nd floor bathroom window! I was impressed, they were lower priced than the competitors, and very easy to work with, did what they said they would do, came out and looked at it, provided an estimate, had to order this window so it took two week, it arrived. on time, and they installed it within a day or two. Knik River Road is a ways out too! Very friendly and efficient service.

I heard that a new Glass Doctor had opened in Wasilla. Since it is near my house and having had fantastic results from the one in Fairbanks, I decided to take the wifes car over to get a big rock chip taken care of.I was pleased to discover that the new locally is owned by the same owner as the one in the Interior and within about 20 minutes they had expertly repaired not just the big chip, but one that I hadnt seen as well.As usual, fantastic service, above and beyond. We had Glass Doctor of Mat-Su Valley come and fix a window at King of Kings Lutheran Church and I cannot tell you how impressed I was with Sarah who came at first to inspect and give a quote and then came and installed the window. I showed her some other windows that have been concerns and she gave me some special wipes and it cleaned up a problem we have had for years instantly and did not charge us.
