A+ is all I can say! Arrived way ahead of time quoted. Reasonable priced. Knowledgeable tow truck driver. Could tow bigger truck when most places can’t. Great job- hopefully we don’t them again, but if we are ever in this area and need a tow… this would be the place!

Had the guys come out to help me with an overturned bobcat in my pond. They did a great job helping you get it turned back over with ease. Also went above and beyond and help me take the tire off of the bobcat that was flat so that I could get it changed out. Thanks again guys.

Patriot Towing was there quick. The driver, Mark was incredibly helpful, courteous and knowledgable. He was fastidious and took great care of my vehicle - really great service. As a bonus my wife and I really enjoyed talking with Mark as we rode along while towing the vehicle.

Complete scam of a company. It’s a shame that there is no regulations in the towing business because this “business” would be the FIRST to go. They are absolutely nothing but insurance scammers and my family unfortunately had to be on the receiving end of their services and extreme overcharged prices(which we didn’t request might I add!!). Go elsewhere. GO ELSEWHERE.

I found myself broke down about 100 miles from home on Fathers Day. These Gentlemen found a way not only to get my truck picked up so it didnt sit on the side of the road all night. They took it the 100+ miles needed to get my tools for work the following day(today) they made it possible for my mechanic to be able to troubleshoot and begin working on it less than 24hrs after breaking down.The work was performed as promised, with professionalism and safety of customer and property. I think I can say without any doubt that Patriot Towing definitely deserves your business!!

I called Patriot towing in the middle of the night my car had a flat Mark got to me really fast. He saved the day he was super sweet and helpful not bad on the eyes either lol. I appreciate him getting to me really fast. They got my tire changed quickly. I highly recommend them ask for Mark he is amazing!

A big Thank You to Patriot Towing and the Missouri Highway Patrol for getting our family safely off of Highway 44 in Leasburg MO when our transmission went out on our truck while pulling our 36 foot travel trailer on vacation and Father’s Day! We were broke down partially in the traffic lane. The MO Highway Patrol kept their patrol car behind us and engaged Patriot Towing on our behalf. Mark from Patriot Towing got our 1 ton F350 dually truck quickly loaded onto their Peterbilt Wrecker, and then hooked up our 36 foot trailer behind the wrecker and got us off of the highway. Then he happily towed both vehicles 85 miles to our repair shop in St Charles MO. Great service and professionalism!!! We are grateful at how quickly he got us off of the highway while carefully handling both of our large vehicles! Thank you Mark! Thank you Patriot Towing! And Thank You Missouri Highway Patrol for watching out for our family!!!

Tonight, my toddler son locked himself and my keys inside our car, I called patriot towing to see if they could unlock my car, the dispatcher had someone to our location in less than 2 mins. Mark, was very professional and quick. Very much recommended if you ever need their services!

Insurance scammer 9,200 for a hour and half of your terrible service. Then won’t take a company check only cash from a local reputable business to get back the tractor that they hooked to without permission So this is the kind of company that Matt runs told multiple times don’t need your service did not call him but shows up like a ambulance chaser so he can screw anyone or anybody he can. Even screws over his employees from what I hear. So all and all do not do business with this company unless you want to be screwed.

Big fan. I got towed from a highway rest stop to a mechanic. My Short Bus / RV conversion was on and off the truck super quick. Even had to unload my vehicle in the pouring rain.

I had gotten my car stuck in the yard and called my insurance company because I have roadside assistance. I waited 10 hours with no help. I decided the next morning to call Patriot Towing and they sent someone to my house right away, I didn’t even wait an hour and then it was not even 15 minutes and my car was out of my yard. Thank you Patriot Towing I will never use anyone else.

Owners are nice

My husband had a medical emergency and lost control of his car and went into a ditch. The driver was very nice and helpful. He pulled out our car and took care of all the paper work. He was very polite and helped me when I was more than a little upset. I would recommend them anytime and have kept their card. Thank you for helping my husband and me

After seeing the tow bill and how it was itemized I wound up paying for services that I did not receive bill was over 800 dollars for 15 minutes of work total ripoff would not recommend them to anyone!!!

These guys are great. I had my truck stranded on the side of the road after it broke down. Matt showed up within minutes and towed it to the shop. Very friendly, very professional, and very reasonable on price. I would definitely recommend Patriot if you ever need a tow.

On a Friday night around dinner time, I expected to wait an hour or 2 before an annoyed guy would show up. But what I expected and what I got were total opposites. Called Patriot to send someone to unlock my truck which I had locked my keys in. They were there and had my truck unlocked within 30 minutes!! Highly recommend them!

Patriot offered a great solution to an odd problem today. They were contacted through my roadside assistance service to help me jump start my car. After one vendor fell through, Patriot was sent to help me, but they were sent the complete wrong address. The driver contacted me once he was able to (bad cell service area) and was able to confirm my actual location, 20 miles away. He arrived, couldn’t have been friendlier, and fixed my issue in minutes. After waiting 2 hours altogether, completely at the fault of the nightmare service I was provided by American National’s roadside assistance hotline, his help was great. I’d definitely give these guys a call if you’re ever in a pinch.

I went off the road in due to ice in bad weather. Shortly after I slid off the road, a salt truck also went off in the same location. The driver was kind enough to pull me out of the ditch after the salt truck. He was amazing and helped me when I needed it without asking for anything. I truly appreciated the help. I would call any time I need assistance and would recommend them to anyone. THANK YOU!!!

Incredibly poor communication, it took me multiple phone calls to finally get a tow and then at least 2 more calls talking to 2 different people to arrange to pick my car up from their yard. I do not recommend dealing with them unless you have endless free time to wait
