How can a towing service not have the means to tow or change a tire?! What’s the point of your company?

Winched out a Truck on a hill in snowstorm. Gave 90 Minute ETA and showed up in 30. Followed Driver down through hills and directed to nearest Truck stop. Very Fair Pricing!!! 5 Stars!

It was Christmas Eve. Not only did they come and tow us, they went back and found the driveshaft. They went above and beyond the call of service. I’m very grateful for their kindness. I would recommend their service anytime. The made our Christmas plans possible and we made it on time. Thank you so much and God Bless them.

ZERO STARS they are NOT open 24 hours just called at 5:30 am with keys locked in my ignition while car is running and was told by the man whom answered the phone from his BED ( as he yawned n stretched into my ear as I explained how I have to be at work n such ) he will “pass” !! Not like oh it will be an hour or two just he will “ PASS” Why are you listed as 24 hours misleading and false advertisement also you are a public business meaning you don’t get to pick and choose your jobs whoever owns this joint need to fire either themselves if it was him answering or whatever idiot he/she. Is paying to work !!!

I would like to say if you need anything towed this company is the one. Not only did they tow my trailer, they went above and beyond to help me find someone to repair it. Im very thankful that I called Dan at Piecknick Towing when our motor home got stuck. It was on a Sunday and it was pouring but he was there in minutes and had us free in no time. He was very kind and knowledge, I would definitely recommend him to anyone!

I called Dan on a Sunday morning with a dead battery on a tour bus. He was there within a half hour, got the bus started, and ended up changing one of my tires! He was very knowledgeable, capable, and pleasant! I would highly recommend Piecknick Towing!

Very rude and unprofessional, don’t waste your time! They told me they weren’t interested in my call and hung up. What type of company says that when you’re paying them to do a job!

Piecknik is in a class of their own. As a small trucking company we all worry about the cost of towing a semi. We had a wrecked truck and trailer and Piecknik was called in. Not only did they charge a very reasonable rate, they went above and beyond helping us in the situation. These are honest people and their help was much appreciated. They went above and beyond helping us out. 5 stars isnt enough, it feels good to know there are good people out there.

WARNING.. WARNING.. HORRIBLE SERVICE, MEAN RUDE AND A RIP-OFF... BEWARE OF THIS CROOK. I would give him a zero star if I could but I cant.The owner Dan told me it would be $325 then he called me back once he was there and told (YELLED) me it was going to be A LOT fn more money... he proceeded to scream obscenities at me and cussed me out over and over because he said there were 3 flat tires and not the 2 I told him. Which I was unaware of. He kept calling me Lady instead of using my name and it was horrible. I think every other word out of his mouth was a cuss word. I tried to explain to him that I was willing to pay the 500.00 that he was going to charge me because my driver needed to get on the road. but because he wouldnt stop yelling at me he didnt hear me the fist 3 times. He then got my driver loaded and I explained that my customer was in Europe and since it took so long I was having a hard time reaching him since it was 1 a.m. there but if he could hold my credit card on file until morning my customer would call in and pay. His very nice wife.. poor soul... said that was fine. Unfortunately the rude evil man blocked my driver for an hour and wouldnt let him leave putting me in a situation that I now had to pay my driver 200.00 additional money. This guy is a crook, liar and is flat out horrible. I would NEVER RECOMMEND EVER USING HIM. Funny how after I said fine on the 500.00 he tried to be nice. REALLY.. I even asked him to please not cuss at me and reminded him that I had a name but neither helped. If you use him.. which I pray you dont .. BE WARNED, YOU WILL REGRET IT AND HAVE TO DIG DEEP TO GET YOUR ITEM MOVED.

Our 39 foot motorhome broke down on I-70W in a construction zone. I called Dan and within a few minutes he appeared and towed us to his garage. He determined the problem was a leaking water pump. Since it was late Saturday, all the parts stores were closed so he hooked us up with electric power and we were able to stay in the motorhome over the weekend. Early Monday morning Dan obtained a replacement water pump, installed it and we were on our way. All this at a very reasonable price. Thanks, Dan, for turning our mechanical breakdown into a fun week-end.

This idiot down right refused to tow my van to the dealership. Outrageous. When I told him the address to where it’s going he flat out said “oh geez! I don’t even want to go all the way there.” Bad customer service. Good luck getting any vehicles towed out of Washington cuz he will refuse it.

Really unprofessional and rude. I needed him to change radiator hose on international truck. He asked how am I paying I said with Credit Card and he said he won;t accept Credit Card. After that I said I will pay with Cash and he said I won;t have enough cash to pay him without even giving me estimate for repair???!!! How the hell he knows how much cash I have with me.
