Had a flat tire at the zoo (our new car didn’t come with a spare). Took them over 4hrs to arrive, after an initial estimate of 2hrs. It was 95deg and I was with my kid. By the time they came, the garage we wanted to go to was closed so the driver took us to some random place. I kept calling for updates and kept getting “the driver’s on his way”. So unhelpful. The driver was fine once he got there, at least.

This towing company had a driver that hit me at 2900 14th St NW Washington DC 20009while I was having a negotiations with an apartment security agent over my Minivan I parked for barely 45 minutes at the visitors parking spot, just to go get my friend and get a pass on our way out as my friend was scheduled for a cancer surgery on that fateful day 16th April 2021, I was surprised by the misconduct upon coming out to see my Dodge Grand Caravan on a tow truck already, which the driver was standing outside for some reason and the $150 onsite offloading fee with a phony receipt issued.The driver on another tow truck with another persons vehicle on for mere carelessness hit me while backing up.Ill be suing this company for this as Ive all the photo and video evidence I need and a police report.Hire good people, someone paying for a tow shouldnt be hit for mere carelessness.

The place is full of bull. They are also looking for a way to make extra money in the customer. Please do not have a question that the staff can’t answer they come rude hostile and really can’t handle themselves..

DO NOT Use this service, the two that came to “help” after a car accident on Massachusetts Ave. ended up vandalizing and robbing me as I was picked it by my cousin and got to the house a few minutes after they dropped off the vehicle. The inside looked like tornado had just came through and was missing valuable items I had in there. When I called to let them know of the problem I had they acted like it wasn’t anything new and I was just another person ROBBED by them. Never again

My car was involved in an accident and not drivable,DC police called them to take my vehicle .. When I went to pay for my vehicle and then had them take it to a repair shop, I realized that they towed the vehicle tow low to the ground, so my back bumper was ripped off and they stored it on top of my car, scratching my paint. I have yet to get a good answer from them. Im just about ready to file a complaint with the government ...Update: the government didnt help, so I called my credit card company and take back the money that I had paid them for towing my car and storage.

This place is absolutely trash and super rude and impossible to get assistance from. I called and spoke with someone this morning and was told the lot closes at 5 then get here at 3 and they tell me the lot is already closed. Then the guy hangs up in my face and ignores my return calls. I’m literally standing at the gate as i look at someone in the office. I’m extremely angry. All i needed to do is get my medicine out of my wrecked car.

Will you please explain how is it legal for this company to tow your car with because of a ticket (that shouldnt have been issued at a 2hr parking space, being in the bldg for 10 min.) for that doesnt request towing. Then you bring the persons car back to the area where you towed and then you want to charge $100. Please know that I will be calling the news station to look into this, DC is the worst!! There was another towing company in the area along with MPD and they even said that they do that all the time and this company is shady. :( Note: you only get one star because I cant post without selecting it.

Worst lying towing company, I have been on the highway for 4 HOURS and they keep lying about their ETA. I was nice and I was being patient but seriously this is a business and customer service should be a priority. Obviously they can care less about people’s valuable time. Please DO NOT use this towing company they will never show up!!

This towing company removed my vehicle at 1240 am due to a fraudulent ticket I received in my parking complex. They damaged my vehicle. I have so many dents, scrapes and scratches. My daughter car was taken as well and they can’t find it. They basically stole her car. The customer service does not exist.

The services was not needed. And it was very difficult to set it up. For a Tow.

They should be out of business with their low life no life business. Towed my car soon I went to drop my kids off and came back to having my car missing. If I see any of their tow truck drivers on the road they will get stabbed. Trust believe that. Mark my words jokers. Im be on the hunt for you clowns!!

The most unprofessional place. Got an ETA of 3 hours after waiting that time called to find out that they got the order but the don’t know what happen nothing they can do? Got the order but didn’t care. tow truck never showed up. Hope this place goes out of business soon, don’t play with people.

They towed my car sunday, i called the place they said they didnt have my car and only for police to tell me they had my car Wednesday. The manager is so rude, unprofessional man u can ever find. They qre liars.

Worst towing company, extremely unprofessional. When they were supposed to pick my car up they told me 90 mins after 90 mins past I called again and they said its going to be give or take another 45 mins ´it could be more it could be less. ´ At that moment, I called my roadside assurance company and explained the situation and asked that they would dispatch someone else. I didnt receive confirmation that another truck was on its way so when ABC arrived, within 2 mins the other tow truck arrived. ABC didnt look at the car to see what was going on. The ABC guy came to get the car, they only hooked ONE of the 6 tow hooks located at the bottom of the car this ripping that tow hook hole costing over 2k to repair because its in the bed of the car. They also scrapped my front bumper and almost caused alignment issues to my wheels bc of the way they pulled the car to the truck ( I contested this with my roadside assistance company and ABC is paying for the damages.) After ABC put the car on their truck they were asked to release it by my roadside assistance company bc another truck had been dispatched. That was a whole ordeal the ABC guy spent 15-20 Minutes on the phone without releasing my car or wanting to communicate with me.After a whole ordeal he released it and the other tow truck company jump started the car and drove it it to their tow bed and put it on there and showed me the damages done by ABC.

They towed my car and lost my keys with my key fob to get in my house.Both of my fog lights stop working and the balancer was hanging. They said they didn’t touch my car smh

Also, the office is filthy. It reeks of BO and cigarettes. I was in fear for my safety while there. They will probably damage your car and they are criminals.
