Terrible customer service. Spoke to multiple people over unjust 400 dollars early termination fee. They apparently sent a notice in one of the bills that they renewed my plan for two more years, without my permission. Not even a separate notice for renewal.switching all my office lines, home lines, Fios and Verizon wireless lines.
