After not being able to accomplish getting a new iPhone through the Apple store up the road, I headed Down to the at&t store to see if they could help, and not could they help!! I’m not sure why Apple struggles with AT&T customers but they couldn’t get anything done for me. I walked Into the at&t store and Ashley and Michael immediately knew what was wrong and how they could help. To say it went flawlessly is an understatement. They were able to get me a phone and get me set up in less time than I had Spent at the Apple store trying to get the exact same thing done. They were helpful and friendly, and showed me a deal to get a screen protector and a case for under $30!! My case and protector were each $45 a piece!! They both made me day by being so kind and helpful and overall so friendly. Its amazing the difference the vibe of that store compared to the Apple fiasco. 100% recommend coming here if you’re looking for a new Apple product and you have at&t vs the Apple store.
Rodney went above and beyond to help us. He figured out what was wrong and did everything possible to correct the issue. He is patient and most of all knowledgeable and extremely competent. Excellent service!
Horrible customer service, agent dismissed me within 2 min of speaking to him after making me wait for 15 min. Told me to call customer service and that he could not help me. After three long hours on a call, they informed me that my agent ASSUMED I was not a business member (which he never asked) and that there’s different policies for business members. He could have helped in store with no problems. Meaning I wasted hours on the phone and a store visit solely because the agent decided to not do anything on his end, instead he chose to sit in comfort when he could have been finding critical information regarding my case.This store needs major training on AT&T policy and ensuring great customer service, especially in such a location.
Very disappointed. I bought a prepaid card, but before that I asked twice if I could use the card in conversations with Canada. I was assured that yes, moreover, I will be able to speak in Canada as well. Lies! I cant be in Canada. Why did the seller lie?

Terrible experience. Was there yesterday to upgrade my phone after he had ordered the phone I wanted. It took him 15 minutes just to process the tax difference of the two phones after swiping my credit card at least 15 times and in the end not being able to process the exchange. In the end, he still put some charges on my credit card even though I walked out of the store without getting anything. Worse than that, I received two emails of receipts of other customers who had purchased products and were in the store sent to my email. Complete lack of privacy. Completely freaked me out. They never answer the phone and the manager was not on the site yesterday.
Was having a rough time getting my new phone and was frustrated but Carlos is very helpful and patient and got it all figured out for me ! Also two regional guys were also there and they were amazing as well! See Carlos if you need phone help or upgrades!

I had an amazing experience at this location! I hadn’t stepped foot in an AT&T store in at least 10 years just because of the nightmare my last experience was. Wait times unbearable, giving me the run around, contracts (remember when contracts were a thing?!). I just kept doing my phone upgrades through Apple bc it was just easier than dealing with the hassle. Overall though I always felt AT&T was the best carrier out there (I switched to one time to compare and it just didn’t match), so I have stuck with them. After comparing my phone upgrade options online between Apple and At&t, I decided it would be best to go through AT&T. So I walked over to the store and Carlos was the first person to help me. What I appreciated the most was his genuine desire to help me make an educated decision about my choices, as well as the full transparency on how much time it would take for everything to be said and done - when I first walked in he was with a customer and told me it would be about 20 mins before he could help me. No problem, I’ll grab a coffee in the meantime. Once I came back, there was another associate who took the time to make sure they had the phone I wanted in stock, to make sure my time wasn’t wasted as I waited for Carlos to wrap up with the first customer. I loved the teamwork. Then, once it was time to trade in my old phone, he said it would take about an hour, so maybe grab some lunch. I came back an hour later and someone else was there to pick up where he left off. He was also really nice and helpful and both of them took the opportunity to make sure I knew about all of the promotions I could take advantage of. I already had an Apple Watch and iPad but if I didn’t, I would have probably walked out with those too. I also ended up getting a free wireless charger for buying a phone case and screen protector (which I needed anyway!). And Carlos took care of setting everything up (yes, I’m talking about those awful air bubbles when you try to put on the screen protector at home 😂). All in all, again it was just a really great experience and I would highly recommend anyone in the DC area to make their way over to this specific location simply for the level of quality customer service you’ll get.

My visit at the AT&T store in Georgetown was great. Daniel Smallwod was the rep who helped me and I must say hes know his stuff. He took his time and his customer service was above and beyond excellent. Very professional and a complete gentleman. Aaron was awesome as well. Keep up the good work guys and stay safe.

Daniel Smallwood took excellent care of us upgrading our two iPhones. We found him to be very efficient and certainly quite competent in responding to several questions we had which really restored our faith in AT&T. If we have any issues in the future, we will definitely call on him again.

Daniel Smallwood, the store manager, in Georgetown is a gem! I have been on the phone with ATT customer service, Mobil dept, technical support for hours (11-9 PM this Saturday) and they could not resolve my issue with connecting my Apple Watch to my phone line. It was a Frustrating mess! I came into the store at 6:10 and Daniel resolved the issue right away. I stayed until we could verify that it had synched and yes victory ! 6:30 and I have a working watch. Go to the Georgetown store with your issues! Thanks Daniel!
Outstanding service. I entered knowing nothing about modern phones, and asked what they would recommend for an inexpensive starter phone.They recommended the Nokia 3.1a.I couldnt be happier with their recommendation.It, together with an AT&T prepaid plan, met both my price expectations and my needs.The service was fast, courteous, and effective.

Great customer service here! Vin was very patient and helpful. I had lost my phone and was convinced it was stolen, he helped me retrace my steps, make the relevant calls, and find it. He also very clearly explained what I needed to do in order to file a claim, deactivate/reactivate my phone. Overall a positive experience, I recommend it.Thank you! :)

I cant believe they closed this store. It was a convenient location for me since I live in Georgetown. The people there were friendly and knowledgeable. I hope they didnt fire the employees and rather just relocated them to other locations. Now im going to have to go to K Street or Chinatowns location for some help. I hope they open up another branch in the Georgetown area.

Lashawn Keys is the most amazing person and BY FAR the best retail help I have ever met in my life. ATT has terrible phone and online support. Ms Keys singlehandedly repairs ATT’s reputation with her knowledge, her positive, sunny attitude toward customers. She is just a delight and fixed all my issues with the phone, iPad and billing plans. SHE IS WONDERFUL !!!
