$85/mo and all youll see is 500kbps, even tho it says up to 1,000mbps, horrible customer service, just simply poor quality
1st off this is not a review of the people in this area or the way they work this is a review of century link as an entire company. I have only had century link for about 3 weeks and I have had nothing but problems. I do not know why but whoever is supposed to in put this information into their systems completely messed up everything. On my end I can not get into my account, I cannot pay my bill, I cannot do anything even my billing zip code was put in in correctly so I cannot access anything. They have 0 customer service for people who need it since. I work graves I now have to wake up in the middle of my day to deal with this issue. I am going to cancel my Internet with them and I would highly advise anybody to not even think about using century link. I really wish I could do negative stars because I dont even want to give them one star.
