Absolutely terrible internet constant disconnections, slow speeds, and terrible customer service ( Ive gone through 3 routers trying to get a more stable connection and nothing helps ) I contacted them once and they fixed the problem for about 3 days and then it was back to the constant disconnects and terrible speeds ( even on a hardwired connection )In short terrible company if it can be helped dont use veracity.

I have had too many issues with this provider. Dont waste your time and money with this company. They are complete garbage.

We have been customers of Veracity for over six years. In the first few months the internet service was acceptable but the land-line service was not. Veracity did not bill us with a service charge until the land-line service was fixed. It was some months before the land-line service was acceptable. After about three years and with Veracitys permission, we switched both services to Verizon believing that we would save money. However Verizons charges proved to be significantly greater than Veracitys and after several months we switched back to Veracity for both services. Since returning to Veracity, their service has been acceptable and we plan to continue with Veracity.

Their internet service is so slow that even one person on connection is unable to properly load web content at a decent speed. Mediocre service, mediocre support, high prices. Look elsewhere. Do not let this company survive.

Ive exhausted every effort for the past 2 weeks to try to get veracity to set up internet at my home. First, they dont call me back. Then when I finally can get ahold of them, they tell me they cant find the box to pull fiber too on my house. I find the box myself later that day, right next to my electric meter. Then when I go back to see if they will now set it up, 3 days in a row, no one is in there office. During normal business hours. The number on the front of there office gets you to a northern UT office, which cant help the situation, and tell me to keep trying the sienna hills office. Now, I finally the installers number, and cant get him to call me back. What do I need to do to give them MY business? Finally, one of my neighbors gives me a different company who can service this area. I called them, and had an appointment set up within 20 mins. Im blown away that any business can operate this way and keep its doors open.

If we could give no stars, we would. The service is mediocre, the price astronomical, and the customer service abysmal. Plus, there is a monopoly in our neighborhood. Weve tried to change several times, but there are no other services in our area. Its SO bad, were going with NO internet, rather than Veracity internet.

Jackass in a Veracity truck was just running too close behind my motorcycle. His truck has obviously been wrapped around a post previously. They should think twice before hiring such an apparently brain dead representative for their business, or put them in an unmarked truck. Not a great way to promote a business.
