Troy White was the tech that took my call and helped me out. My company Aires had run into a issue with one of our phone lines forwarding after hours to the wrong number. Troy was able to remote in and configure my TuTTY to work on this issue since our Phone Tech is currently MIA. Troy was able to find the issue, resolve it, and tech me for next time. He was a pleasure to work with.

We were having some issues with our phone system. I called into advents helpdesk to see if they could resolve the issues. They helped me troubleshoot the issues over the phone and even offered to send someone on-site. I would definitely recommend using advent.
