My mother in law has not had AC for days and they keep telling her to go to the portal for maintenance. When you go to the maintenance tab it says if it’s an emergency call the rental office. When you call the rental office they don’t answer ever. Make it make sense.I work in property management and I know that when it’s 72 degrees and your ac isn’t working it is a maintenance emergency. This is ridiculous and is not the way to handle business.

The management does not handle business like manager should. Non responsive to clients or visitors of the site owned. I had an issue there and no one responded to my complaints

I have been with out a mail box for more than two months and I’ve called multiple times with no resolution. I am not receiving any funding, I am a student and I have duties to fulfill however it is extremely difficult. They are beyond unprofessional there are dope heads living in my building, very difficult place to raise children. Two guys contact information have been given to me CURTIS however nothing is being done but the run around. I call and get the same response every time nothing is being done for them to charge whAt they are charging. MAINTENANCE IS POOR MY CEILING FELL IN MULTIPLE TIMES. They have bugs everywhere, the unprofessionalism makes me wonder how these people maintain a job. Very disappointed, the conditions are horrible and the customer service is trash.

The staff were great. The units were amazing and fully equipped including washer and dryer. I didnt have any pest or rodents. Everything was good. The only reason I moved is because the area was bad and I witnessed too much crime. Otherwise, Id still be there.

My unit has continued issues they not doing nothing about keep cutting corners,doing quick fixes and telling me its good and days or weeks later same thing gnats flying toliet leaks from the bottom. Somebody try to break in gnats land on your food toilet leaks cant sleep gnats are flying in my nose and face

Poor value, as far as how maintenance, is allowed up to 48hrs, by law to come & repair issues, with out giving a specific or, about time, theyll be in your unit. So basicly giving them the freedom to come at ANY time convenient or NOT, (even the weekends) and whether you request that they call you before they enter or you request that they do NOT come in your unit without you being there (Ive had items stolen & riffled through). Its to the point, that they ignore the request of the LEASING AGENTS????. Yet these people are being paid to be loose & reckless with this law & as a customer you have no say.Poor value in how, drug addicts, dealers & drunks run a 4 plex that only has 2 units filled because of IMO, said beings who are allowed to occupy ONE unit. The safety & peace & quiet of ALL tenants (which is a right) is violated daily, & no one sneaks up on that (& in many cases Im sure they already know but filling units is more important than a safe environment for customers), but passive aggressive maintenance cant call a customer, because they dont have to??Yet none of them would have a job, especially now during covid, without TENANTS. It would behoove some people who feel powerful & get a thrill when they violate others, to not cry or complain when it happens to them or their family. Ive only been here a year & its been horrendous, & the excuse about the neighborhood makes the person, therefore we can treat everyone in said neighborhood like trash is old. The laws are set up to protect people with money they make off YOU & you get the shetty end of the stick, while others yell at you, just move??. Or we cant control how others act??But trust & believe as quick as they will tell you to read your lease, they can address someone in violation of the lease and law, including staff (contractors too). Moreover, the elephant in the room is, IMO, its black tenants in certain neighborhoods complaining so screw them.Yet if it were a non black middle class to upper class neighborhood, the complaints would be taken seriously & respected, but since many people, even other black people see YOU as low value, it makes it easier to validate the horrible treatment of their customers & place them ALL in one category, low value, which is unacceptable. You treat people how you want, you & who you love treated, not how you feel, they should be treated, thats not what youre supposed to do, & Im almost certain its not what youre paid to do.This post is not directed to ALL, staff, because I know, just like in certain neighborhoods, not all tenants are the same, but ALL staff IMO should know. & if you dont like being around all types of people, then you should leave, because leasing is a CUSTOMER SERVICE/HOSPITALITY, job. So no matter wether you answer phones or repair an appliance, its ALL customer service related, if you believe that because someone owns something, theyre doing customers more of a favor than customers are doing them,(covid is making that point very clear), them something is off about that & you shouldnt be allowed to keep your job, period.

I have had to get rid of clothes and personal items and pictures due to water damage the ceiling in my unit has been leaking since April every time it rains Ive also retrieved a frog Ive also caught a rat snake on glue traps by the way my window was shot out October of last year found a police report you know September of this year they just now coming to check the window and then they sent an invoice say ing pay $75 for the new window remind you they havent came and fix anything Ive had to go buy my own bug spray roach spray Ive also had a unclog my tubes that was backed up for a month left messages and everything and all they do is come in here take pictures and send the bill I had all the pictures in the world as we speak my one of the rooms in my unit currently leaking water so I guess after it rains I have to get rid of some more clothing so you guys want XYZ whos going to reimburse me for my damage clothes and along with personal items just replace all due to water damage again mind you they came last month and took pictures of everything and sent a bill but havent came to fix anything they go in everybody else apartment
