So clean and the staff are so friendly!, they took such care to make sure I was satisfied with my experience.

This is from a previous employee who would like to remain anonymous.This salon is very dirty and not sanitized. The employees there at the moment are not very skilled. They are also unlicensed (please ask to see their licenses before getting your nails done there!). They also do not have licenses to do massage and according to sources, they provide the “happy ending” type massage. I use to work there and that is how I know. When I left by my own choices because of everything I’ve seen there that I was appalled at, the owner was not happy and called my new place of employment to cause trouble. The owner also makes money from the salon but would not pay rent to the landlord. This place is just very shady. Please stay away if you can.

Great experience! They accommodated me as a walk-in, and the employee who did my pedicure was very sweet and professional. The staff were very concerned when I had to run before I allowed my toes to dry completely and obviously take great pride in their work. Definitely a hidden gem!

They never rush a job and careful attention to details. They get pretty busy so make an appointment beforehand. I always do and show up on time so they can get started on me. The place was crowded and it took a while to get everything done but we didnt have an appointment so I cant complain. They definitely never made us feel neglected despite the wait.

I was passing through town for work and needed to get my nails done in a rush. This is a convenient location and very friendly staff. They were able to get me in immediately and nails turned out great. They even offered a cold bottle of water!

Natalia is the only women I EVER get my nails done. As a dancer I expect flashy but also classy and she ALWAYS delivers and they last. Her huge following on ig attracted me but her personality and work captured me

Every year when Im in town for a convention, I visit this salon (5 years now). This past visit was horrific. I went to get my nails done with SNS and the guy who did my nails did them lumpy and too thin. I asked for Matte he still did glossy. When I left I loved the color and didnt realize the horrible lumps until I got to my hotel room ... probably because I was too busy in pain from the cuts that he gave me from the forceful filing. I called to see if I could get my money back but the owner insisted to fix it for me. I bet she wished she just gave me my money back because she had to redo EVERY SINGLE ONE. After sitting there for an hour - I promised myself that I will never come back here again.

Just walked in and Anthony did my gel nails PERFECTLY. I have a very specific way of doing my nails and he did exactly what I wanted. Will be coming back.

Got an acrylic FILL with gel polish (not a full set- basically a color change for acrylic) and they charged me $40. RIDICULOUS. Most salons charge between $25-35 for this service.On top of this it took her over an HOUR to complete this- i would also like to note that I asked her if she would be able to complete it in 40 minutes and she said yes. Again, most salons take between 20-30 minutes on this.On top of this my end result was subpar. Nothing too terrible where I would have to get it redone. But is a bit clumpy and the shaping is only decent.Will not be returning.

Place wasnt that clean and they used watered down polish so it took 4 coats and I can still see streaking through. The lady wasnt rude but she wasnt friendly either. No music or TV to distract you while you sat there.

Nancy is by far the best nail technician Ive found since NYC. The place is small but very clean and Nancys attention to detail and care to make my nails look great every time is much appreciated.As for watering down the polish, they dont do this at all. Sure they use nail polish thinner to keep the hundreds of different nail polishes liquid, but so do all DC nail salons. But my manis and pedis last ages - almost three weeks for the mani and a month for the pedi.Loving this place and the talented Nancy!

I didnt like my nails at all. I went to get them done as early as possible and I felt like my nails have been rushed. The nails were peeling off the next day. I am not happy and will not be returning.

The nailpolish got ruined 2 hours after I got my nails done (not sure why it didnt dry properly). The nail technician did this strange thing where he filed the top of my nails .. it has been 2 months since this and my nails are still peeling.
