My parents bought a simplicity lawn tractor from this dealership. Had ongoing problems with the tractor from the beginning. Took the tractor back to them multiple times for service over the 3 year timeframe of warranty. The owner told my parents they were buying bad gas and blaming the problem on them. The service Department cleaned the carburetor multiple times and claimed to service the tractor with no success. The last time my parents took the mower to the dealership my father was told they didn’t want to see my father or his mower again. He took the mower to Charm Ohio to a dealer. The mower was fixed and returned within 24 hours. They have never had a problem since. My parents were treated very poorly and the service was very bad. Would not recommend this dealership.

Talked with the owner. Very knowledgeable with the line of Simplicity tractors. Appears to be a well made machine!

Staff makes toy feel like your bothering them by being there. I like to support local business, but I wont return to this one
