They will flat out disrespect you and question you on, if your smart enough to read a number. They will also tell you that your wrong even if you have it in black in white right in front of you. This place is a joke and wouldnt even let them touch my kids toy mower.

So Im writing this about 2 months later from the time action equipment worked on my cub cadet. I had some work that needed to be done. That included changing the blades on the fabricated deck, balancing the deck and doing an oil change. After using it no more then 8 times since I recieved the tractor back, I finally decided to get under the tractor and look at the work due to alot of the problems I had cutting still existed. Shame on me for trusting someone else to do the work and not checking myself immediately after getting it back. As you can see in the picture below, these blades were not changed (take notice the corrosion, the dents and the fact that those nuts havent been broken in 4 years) and also the deck was still not balanced, cutting the yard uneven. The price I paid for the work done, nearly 900 dollars!!! Im writing this review to atleast warn those of the lack of work being done at action equipment. Check your equipment immediately, in fact do it right in front of them. The first issue I found was immediately bringing home the tractor and started the deck, I had smoke pouring out. I turned it off and found the belt wasnt even put back on right. I asked the technician if he turned it on and checked it before I left the shop that day, he said yes, he does it for all the tractors before they leave. Turns out, that was a lie. Avoid this spot at all cost. If you cant and need help, make sure you check their work. I doubt they will do anything to help me since its been two months, so this review will stay.

If I could give negative stars I would. We bought a brand new Cub Cadet RZT SX 46 inch mower on 5/5/21. When the mower was delivered it had a terrible rattle so we sent it back to be fixed. They said it was a belt and returned it. The next time we used it the rattle was gone but returned 45 minutes later so we returned it again. We got it back and it was still not fixed so we sent it back a third time. Now they said they were going to put a piece of rubber weatherstripping on the deck so I dont hear the rattling. This is unexceptable. The owner said theres nothing else they can do because we financed it through Cub Cadet. We called customer service who said they never heard of such a thing. They told us to take it to another cub cadet dealer but we have noway to transport it there and its still at Action. Needless to say I paid $4000 for a mower that I do not have and Action is of no help at all. The owner will insult your intelligence and tell you its out of his hands. Dont buy from this place.

To the Owners Mr. & Mrs. Vigus -My husband and I purchased a brand new Mahindra tractor (2017- 1538 hydrostatic with a cab) at a cost of approximately $35,000 from Action Equipment Center in Washington, PA.With less than 140 hours on the tractor - we have had to have 4 fuel tank replacements. Each time - the tractor had to be taken back to Action Equipment Center for the service wherein they would keep it anywhere from 7-25 days; we keep being told that this is a defect only on our tractor per Mahindra. Each time - we have picked the tractor up, Action Equipment Center does not even put the same amount of fuel back into the tank as was in it when we brought it there. At this point - to put it frankly - this tractor is clearly the definition of a lemon. And yes, that happens, however the company who sold “the lemon” usually makes it right.Your manager (Bob) has now stopped taking our phone calls - he sends them straight to his voicemail. The last time we had to bring the tractor back in - Bob actually used one line of rhetoric that blamed the defect on the “government mandated regulations”.We are making a monthly payment (and insurance) on a tractor that we dont even have working half the time...Also per your manager Bob - Action Equipment Center professes to be a small family owned customer centered local business. Unfortunately, I can honestly say that we have gotten very poor customer service and are basically being told to “just deal with” this completely faulty tractor. Oh and Bob also shared, “…the owners are not going to give you a new tractor so…”Most recently, the tractor was returned to us on Friday, June 5th (again with practically no fuel) at our home in Avella, PA. The first time my husband went to use it was Monday evening (June 8th). He was only using it to move landscaping rock - with 20 minutes, a red engine light came on…. As I am sure you can appreciate, he is very unhappy…Action Equipment Center professes to be a small family owned customer centered local business. It may be owned by your family but your business certainly is not customer centered. All that Action Equipment Center does successfully - is give their customers big run-arounds.

This is the place to buy a mower! Something for every need.....test drive a mower first then deal with a great staff and make your best decision youll ever make. Need a chainsaw, come take a look at what theyve got. How about a Backpack Blower or maybe a weed wacker this is your place! You will be taken care of to the best of their ability, and will have no buyer remorse.

Just purchased a 5 medium duty brush mower and was pleased to learn that even though the mower had a Mahindra name, the mower is actually made in the U.S. by Kodiak. Well built and for a fraction of the price of the other name brands. Easy to deal with and good service.

I took my Husqvarna 26hp lawn tractor here for a new drive belt, a little white smoke, and a tune up. When it came back it had SEVERE vibrations, lots of smoke, and leaking oil. They were very hesitant to take responsibility saying I dont know what you did with it after we gave it back to you. It had only been two days since they returned it to me! I didnt even get to mow my whole lawn yet. They took it back and said they fixed it, but overnight before they could deliver it, they found it still had an oil leak. Three weeks later I finally get my mower back thinking it is good as new (they did give us a loaner for that time, which was nice). But of course, it has new problems; backfiring, hunting from idle to max every 6 seconds, and now It wont start.Long story short, I have spent over $1000 at Action Equipment Center and every time I get my mower back it has new problems it didnt have before. Now I have to take it in again. Im going to find a new mechanic this time.

Young man wouldnt even look at the part I took in. If you didnt bring all the numbers off your tractor I cant help you was his answer. He was messing with the computer and never so much as looked at the part.
