Rented dehumidifier from tool rental department. Spoke to staff on the phone before picking up and they agreed to stay open until I arrived, because this was late and looked like I might not make it during their regular business hours. Very polite and helpful. Equipment worked well.

Wish they had more equipment selection but the customer service made up for it. Had some issues with a piece of equipment and one of the supervisors helped remedy the situation. Also was a pleasure to speak to!
