I live across the country so it’s hard to find a florist I can trust to deliver flowers to my mom on Mother’s Day. I’m so glad I went with Hillermann which is local to her! The designers choice bouquet was stunning, they arrived on time and my mom loved them! Well worth the price, thank you!

Hillermann is a must stop everytime we go to Washington. The selection is top notch and the staff is always friendly. I was shopping for a large stone and even though they didnt have one I favored I found other things that I wanted. The lady that cashed us out got us some ice for our water bottles. Very nice.

When sending flowers to someone out of town I prefer to search out a local florist over a large corporate online service. This is my second time ordering from Hillermann and they do not disappoint. Same day delivery and exactly what I wanted. Its hard to find that level of service anymore, so it was especially appreciated during a pandemic.

We went here looking for a new patio set for our new patio. We also looked at Westlake Ace Hardware and Lowe’s Home Improvement warehouse. Out of all three Lowe’s had the most to choose from. But that didn’t mean they where quality choices. Hillerman’s had almost as much, but it was way sturdier and not so wobbly like the products at Lowe’s. We ended up buying the patio set from Hillerman’s that had minor damage since it was the floor model. They gave us a very good 30% discount on it, and because of that we also bought a fire pit and a fountain. Also both very good quality, but we a got 30% off of the fountain for some paint chips. Overall, with or without the discount, all three of our purchases came out to less than what one decent set at Lowe’s was. I would definitely recommend coming here for an addition to your patio area. After we payed for the items, a very friendly man came out to help us load our purchases. Also, we ended up getting a very good BBQ lunch there. All of the proceeds went to charity, and you got a bratwurst with a beverage and condiments included. Cool idea and nice touch. Definitely recommend doing business here.

Not a place to buy any perennials 😕 I am very disappointed at the moment to say the least~ we invested a fortune to landscape our new home last May and June with Hillerman. Beautiful work. Now this year one of the perennials, a purple coneflower, is not coming up so I called . Well.. so sad you lose... they only warranty perennials for 90 days~ no consideration for it not coming up the next year as it should! I think that is a bad policy and the dominos fall.Called Lowe’s they would cover a replacement for a year~ lesson learned what a shame. Guess they get all my perennial business from now on. I would also suggest giving large projects a list of everything put in with ongoing care instructions upon job completion.

Hillermann did the flowers for my wedding this past weekend and they were absolutely beautiful! Julie was absolutely amazing to work with! Prices are amazing! All in all highly recommend!

I want to thank Hillermanns Nursery and Florist for the beautiful plant they delivered to my very ill friend. I had tried through a big box online flower company and they failed. So I decided to go locally and I am so glad I did. From the first person who answered the phone (Kristy sp?) and Katie in the greenery they were nothing but courteous, helpful and respectful. I called on a Thursday morning and before noon on Friday my friend was calling me to thank me. Thank you for a job well done, at an affordable price and in a timely fashion.

I love coming here! Im like a kid in a candy store. Great items i dont see anywhere else, such friendly staff. Once when I came in right after having to have my favorite cat Raven put down, one of the workers was just so kind and helpful. Its little stuff like that that keeps me coming back. I just bought a swing here and Im super excited to get it. Plus its so much fun to come and see the bunnies, turtles and birds! Thanks, Hillermanns. Ill be back soon!

Worst funeral floral arrangement ever!!!Our call in order was pretty much ignored. Picked an example basket to have bright summer colors and vines interwoven.A photo sent of the basket showed a mess of stemless, purple mums! No vines! And no other colors! Certainly NOT WORTH $125.00 dollars.Not to mention our embarrassment at this miserable representation of our condolences!

Have shopped with them for years starting in Webster Groves, then Eureka and now Washington where we are starting with another blank slate. Quality has always been great so I don’t mind paying a little more for successful planting.

Love this nursery! I can find everything...birdseed, floral arrangements, landscaping decor, trees, vegetables and gifts. The selection is wonderful and the staff is so knowledgeable. They host many events too that are fun for kids and adults.

I visited them for the first time before Christmas, and loved it! The place was decked-out nicely for the holidays, as well as offering the full line of plants and gardening supplies. Wide selection and friendly staff, and their seasonal evergreen ropes were priced well -- one rope would decorate a lot of space! Some of their merchandise is priced a little on the high end, but this nursery should certainly be on the list of places to visit for anyone living in our visiting this area.

I came in looking for houseplants for a Christmas present. The man that helped me was super knowledgeable and nice. He helped me pick out plants and pots. He even potted them for me!!! I give you a 5 star!!!!!

Everyone at Hillermanns is very knowledgeable. We needed help with reseeding our yard as well as redoing our front floor bed and Dave was very helpful with both. The sod we purchased looks great! They were also very helpful with learning to grow blackberries.

Hey guys ! If you like Stihl chainsaws, Hillermann’s has them ! I own 8 myself and they have all the parts needed for necessary maintenance or repairs. If you can’t do the repairs yourself they have a top notch small engine mechanic on staff. Highly recommended by tree care professionals !

Spacious and quiet good service

Wonderful quality, selection,and staff. One of the few places to get Missouri wildflowers. But, that very loud radio station grates the whole time, especially those long, loud commercials!! Not all of us can ignore it. A major flaw in what should be a jewel.

Options are always offered to ensure client satisfaction. Landscaping of phenomenal!! Recommendations are given to those who arent 100% as to what they want or simply to show the best end result.

When I saw the negative posting above, I had to write my review of this Washington landmark store. Our town wouldnt be the same without Hillermanns. Sandi is a remarkable community person. The staff is extremely well versed in their product lines. Yes, there isnt always a greeter at the front door. But, if you have a question, they are more than willing to take a hike to the very back lot with you if necessary. My favorite helper in the store is Doug in the Service Department. WOW. Talk about someone who will HELP you! Give them another chance...you get what you pay for at Lowes...

Hillermanns reputation in Franklin County is second to none and it is well deserved. Their staff knows all there is to know about outdoor landscaping needs and questions. I bought a blower from there a few years ago and will go back for all future outdoor product purchases as well.
