Machines dont dry well enough resulting in too many quarters used. The owner was friendly though.

The people connected to this business especially the owner is genuinely concerned with compassion...consideration and extremely attentive toward the situation at hand. Variety of washer sizes and cheaper than Logan Circle laundromat. However last Sunday 5 machines completed wash and it was 20 minutes before 2 teens returned to claim. Held up many others, very rude, should be a sign and then allow it to be removed.

It’s really good! The owner was here to assist clients today 04/13 2020. I like it! I didn’t know how to use the machine and he helped me. Although I was bad I slammed the doors he was polite and nice with me. The washing machines are of commercial standard for sure.

They are one of the only laundromats open here in Washington DC during the COVID 19 Virus.. great service 😎😎😎

Im not going to give it 5-stars and pretend I didnt have problems... The change machine ate my $20, but, the attendant at the cleaner next door made sure I had enough to do my laundry, then his boss gave me the full $20 back later in the day (he called, was very polite, and I came back for it). The soda machine also ate my dollar, so that sucked. Other than that: machines worked fine, theres not a lot of seating.

I found them to be rude and overpriced. Im happy that theres a better laundromat close by.

Nestled in Columbia Heights community, clean and friendly staff. I noticed 2 new washers that had been installed. A plus they do wash and fold, also dry cleaners next door!

By far the worst customer service. The owner is also the owner of the laundromat and is rude and the machines dont work and steal the money and the owner refuses refunds or to fix the issues. Do not go!
