Very good place my first time ever using a laundry mat it cost me $9,00 to wash and dry using the largest machine they had

Beware of washing machine #18. It doesnt fill with enough water for the wash or rinse cycles. I was fortunate that the attendant was on duty while I was there because I explained that the washer did not get my laundry clean & requested a refund for which she obliged. She does a good job cleaning and is professional and polite.

Love this place. Does pretty good for a car wash & love the vacuums.

Compared to the other location, which is being renovated, its cramped and parking is a hassle. But the machines work.

Place too small. Wall to wall people. Aisles not wide enough. Someone has to move to let you through. Not safe without a mask and covid vaccine.

Insert 12 quarters... Wait, thats $3 to do one, maybe 5 gallon bucket, load of laundry?! No thank you. Small washers, two were out of order, and tiny. Didnt look at the dryers, didnt stick around that long. The largest washer, probably for comforters, was $7.50. Maybe Im just out of touch, but I am not out of my mind. Lower the prices franchise owner! Lower the prices.

If you must, go, if not dont. It is not the cleanest and small and hard to maneuver.

Nice place to go wash your clothes, they have plenty of machines for washing and drying. They also have snack and drink machines, located beside Bills hot dogs, and they speedy wok, so theres options if you want to eat while you wait on your load

Inside was very nasty

The machines are fairly clean and they leave the lint catchers unlocked so you can empty them yourself which is nice because you can get the most for your money. It could be cleaner inside but otherwise theyre awesome.

Walked into the one at Washington square, the smell was horrendus! Smelled like there was a sewage leak in the facility. Other customers said that it has smelled that way for weeks! Obviously they dont care about their facility upkeep nor the health of their customers as they had to wait outside while they were using facilities due to the smell! Really, paying customers subjected to a poorly maintained Wash house!

Wish this location offered cards instead of using change..

This one needs to be bigger

The place smells and the washing machines leak. I almost slipped and fell. They didnt even put a wet floor sign afterwards.

Very dirty water all over the floor very unsafe

Washer #1 didnt do its final spin. Cost twice as much to dry because of it. Dryers #28#30 never work. Stopped using them after losing money a few times. I thought after leaving notes they would have been fixed.

The place stinks and the toilet is disgusting. The machines dont use cards like the Greenville locations not is there an ATM. Wont be returning.
